The TV did not connect, however, did not call as we were only there one night and it was already late. I will stay here again because the hotel is still pretty good and in a good location since I have family and friends nearby. Plus we ate first at the waterfront restaurant “Di Edge”next-door, which was excellent

Overall not a bad place. Service was good but place is a little older. Some plugs didn’t work in the bathroom for my electric razor and wife couldn’t do her hair properly. Restaurant was nice and service was good. Water pressure not great for shower and toilet.

1 Night stay for a nearby (walking distance) event, so served the need. Good enough to stay again since other options in Merrick/Freeport are worse. Had to climb outside stairs in the rain, modest room, but comfortable bed and slept well. Next booking will try and get an Inside Room if available

Friendly staff, clean room. Wished there was a microwave in the room and that the shower wall wasnt halfway finished, but pleasant stay other than that

The room had a musty smell, and a non-working outlet. Online it featured two Queen sized beds, but they were most definitely only Full. Pillows were mushy. Three travelers, and only one coffee cup and two towels. We asked the cleaning staff for more, but that never was provided, nor was the room cleaned. The lighting in the bathroom is atrocious and bizarre, and the toilet was loosened from the floor. And don't get me started on the weird shower where the water temperature was extremely hot or boiling. The best part of this place is Di Edge Bar next door, though drinks are $21 and no one seems to know how to make a proper espresso martini despite it being prominently featured on their cocktail list. Two thumbs down.
