Bonne situation, à 10mn de l’aéroport, personnel sympa, chambre grande et confortable, literie super, bon wifi, parking gratuit. Mais… secteur pas terrible, petit déjeuner gratuit, mais très limité. Pendant tout mon séjour (5 nuits), la machine de jus ne marchait pas et qualité très bof. Les chambres sont propres, mais le reste de l’hôtel, surtout ascenseur et machines à glace pas trop. Il manquait sûrement un fauteuil ou du mobilier dans ma chambre, car il y avait un grand vide. Très bizarre : la chambre était en pente !bref, situation pratique mais pour un Holiday inn, il faudrait vraiment se remettre à niveau…

Room wasn’t cleaned our first full day there and didn’t get a clean set of bath towels; I had to go ask for clean towels. Guests next to us were being loud and obnoxious past midnight but there was no room phone to notify the front desk. I had to go in pajamas to notify the front desk manager. Limited continental breakfast choices.

Well, first thing i noticed was that the location was under 🚧 at the front gate. Upon checking in I gave the young man my ID and expected to be charged a deposit like always but then he asked me a rather strange question, "what is the reason for you staying here ? Shocked at the question I said, "What do you mean why am I staying here?" . He replied "well since you're local I need to know why you're staying here because for local people we charge $250 cash only deposit " is exactly what he said. I was kind of at a loss for words but I asked "what does it matter why I stay here ?" and he answered, "well, we have a real big problem with the locals that's all we have to charge $250 cash deposit only " I said "well the reason I'm staying here is because", and this is true, " I'm a cancer patient my house is not ready for me to return yet so I need to at least stay here for 2 days. He looked at me as if I was lying, I so embarrassed i literally pulled out my chemo bag and showed him " look you see ,is this proof enough for you?" After an awkward silence I told him I said look I do not have $250 cash to pay you for deposit for the night the and the room are already for. So , he "waived, the 250 cash only deposit policy" and i left a 100 deposit with my credit card. Next day I had a caregiver visit me and he held them at the front desk until I came down from my room to literally come and get them from the front desk. Uncomfortable!

Check inn y check out rápido. Estacionamiento con algunos cajones con sombra. Desayuno muy variado y rico. Habitación con suficientes conexiones eléctricas, luz de respaldo bonita, una lámpara touch hermosa, camas y almohadas muuuy cómodas. Con caja de seguridad, microondas, frigobar y cafetera. Artículos debaño de primera calidad, marca Dove. Me encantaría regresar, todo queda muy cerca y es un hotel tranquilo, solo q si es en invierno me gustaría tener acceso a una secadora de pelo.
