EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BONITO, SOLO QUE....CUANDO FUIMOS A LA ALBERCA ERAN LAS 8;45PM, Y FUIMOS POR LAS TUALLAS A RECEPCION , Y DIJERON QUE YA ESTABA CERRADA LA ALBERCA, Y HAY UN CARTEL QUE CIERRANA LA 10:30PM....Y NO NO NOS DIERON LA OPORTUNIDAD PARA METRNOS A LA ALBERCA...

Room wasn’t cleaned our first full day there and didn’t get a clean set of bath towels; I had to go ask for clean towels. Guests next to us were being loud and obnoxious past midnight but there was no room phone to notify the front desk. I had to go in pajamas to notify the front desk manager. Limited continental breakfast choices.

Well, first thing i noticed was that the location was under 🚧 at the front gate. Upon checking in I gave the young man my ID and expected to be charged a deposit like always but then he asked me a rather strange question, "what is the reason for you staying here ? Shocked at the question I said, "What do you mean why am I staying here?" . He replied "well since you're local I need to know why you're staying here because for local people we charge $250 cash only deposit " is exactly what he said. I was kind of at a loss for words but I asked "what does it matter why I stay here ?" and he answered, "well, we have a real big problem with the locals that's all we have to charge $250 cash deposit only " I said "well the reason I'm staying here is because", and this is true, " I'm a cancer patient my house is not ready for me to return yet so I need to at least stay here for 2 days. He looked at me as if I was lying, I so embarrassed i literally pulled out my chemo bag and showed him " look you see ,is this proof enough for you?" After an awkward silence I told him I said look I do not have $250 cash to pay you for deposit for the night the and the room are already for. So , he "waived, the 250 cash only deposit policy" and i left a 100 deposit with my credit card. Next day I had a caregiver visit me and he held them at the front desk until I came down from my room to literally come and get them from the front desk. Uncomfortable!

Check inn y check out rápido. Estacionamiento con algunos cajones con sombra. Desayuno muy variado y rico. Habitación con suficientes conexiones eléctricas, luz de respaldo bonita, una lámpara touch hermosa, camas y almohadas muuuy cómodas. Con caja de seguridad, microondas, frigobar y cafetera. Artículos debaño de primera calidad, marca Dove. Me encantaría regresar, todo queda muy cerca y es un hotel tranquilo, solo q si es en invierno me gustaría tener acceso a una secadora de pelo.
