Clean room, quiet location, convenient parking

Staff and management were wonderful and offered great suggestions for things to see during our brief visit. This was a lovely property with very comfortable bed and two chairs, which is nice not to have to lie on the bed the whole time. We didn't take advantage of the microwave or fridge, but they are nice to have when travelling. Outside there were two barbecues set up for guests to use. Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut and the Tipsy Fox pub Re a short walk from the motel. We had a fabulous meal at the pub.

The room was clean and in good condition The air conditioner was noisy enough that a good sleep was not had. The bedside lights worked but were inoperable from a lying position. The bathroom counter-space was small to non-existent. The plumbing was noisy. There are no dining facilities. All in all, not enough value for money.

This hotel was a great price and was very convenient and easy to find. It had picnic tables and barbecues for us to use. The staff were exceptionally friendly

I liked that i could park my vehicle in gront of the room. It had easy access.

I stayed here for four nights for work, and the property is quiet, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The desk and chair were great for working on my computer. Lots of parking, and the staff are very friendly. My only minor complaint is that the windows at the front of the room didn’t open, and while the bathroom window opened, there was no way to get cross breeze. I did prop the door a little bit, which unfortunately let in house flies, which was totally my fault. My only suggestion would be to make the front window openable to enable a breeze. Otherwise, this is a great place for families, couples, or individuals.

Clean rooms, good staff, and picnic table!!

We were quite disappointed with this $250/nite stay. Rooms were neat, fridge, bed was ok comfortable. We booked this hotel because their ad said free breakfast. However, we found out they havent had breakfast since covid, so they should remove that false advertising because people are paying for something they arent getting. Also, the tv did not work. Owner said cable was out that afternoon but we went next door to eat, and cable was working. Tv still did not work the next day, so.... Wont stay here again. Not worth $250.

This is Our 4th stay at this Hotel.It has always been clean and spotless. The Staff is Friendly and helpful making sure You are happy. The barbeque area is clean and ready to go. The beds are comfortable and clean with ample towels.

The room was very quiet. There is not food available on site. The furnishing were old, looks like from the 70s. The bathroom was very small. The TV did not work properly, and did not have any added stations, only local cable.

The staff was friendly but the bathroom could have been way cleaner. The tub looked like it hadn't been clean in a little while. The maid came in with our be butting the cleaning sign on the door.

Our room was very clean and quiet! The Nights Inn was full while we were there but we never heard any noise. The owners clearly take pride in their Inn and it shows!

Very clean accommodations. Very friendly staff. Classic 1960's style motel with modern conveniences. We were very impressed. Would definitely stay here again if we pass this way in the future.

The floor was covered of hair and the bed sheet was not clean when we arrived.

Mold in some areas of the bathroom (grout in bathtub).The bath mat should have been discarded. Dust on the fixtures.

The air conditioner was very noisy and made it hard to sleep.

The Inn is very nice, room clean, bed comfortable. I didn’t like it being stuffy, only bathroom window opened, which didn’t really help. Weather was comfortable, so I was able to keep door open to accommodate fresh air. They’re is a/c in room, not what i wanted in the fall. All in all nice place.

Nice quiet motel. The Inn keeper very friendly and helpful. We couldn't get the fan on AC to work to have airflow so room was a bit stuffy. Overall a nice stay and will come again

Very clean, large spacious rooms. Check-in was easy and it was a convenient location for our travel itinerary. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and the beds are comfortable. My only suggestion would be that because they only have blackout drapes it would be nice to also have a second set of sheer curtains so you can open the drapes and still have some privacy while letting some natural light into the room.

I’ve stayed at Night Inn Owen Sound a number of times in the past six months, I’m always 100% satisfied. The rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly, check-in is very efficient and I always get an excellent sleep, the property is very quiet. I will certainly return next time I go to Owen Sound

Older property but well maintained Our room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. In room thermostat that let us keep the room cosy on a snowy winter night. Owners were pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was the TV. Small, older model that only had a cable package. Even with my glasses on it was almost impossible to properly see the picture on the TV from the bed

The room was clean and well apointed with coffee maker, microwave and TV. The staff was polite and friendly.

The manager, Frank, was super accommodating. The hotel is really clean and comfortable.

Smooth check-in. Stayed 2 nights and they provided housekeeping on day 2. Very quiet ... the rooms beside me were occupied but i heard no noise. Very clean room. It's not close to the major restaurant area, but there are some places nearby. There's a Tims almost next door. I would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I booked multiple rooms at this motel for Fri-Sun. Upon checking in, the day manager was pleasant, however, we had a much different experience with the night manager, "Sam". He was belligerent, unreasonable and irate. He targeted my group of friends (a group of 9 women, all professionals). He was aggressive towards us, and hurled insults and profanities at us, telling us that there was a "curfew" of 10:30 p.m. at the motel (I might add that he approached us and started harassing us at 10:20 p.m.) After complying with all of his requests, he continued to harass us all, attempting to invoke a reaction from us. When my friends tried to reason with him, he simply walked away, called the police and demanded we turn our keys in and the police were forced to remove us from the property. The police officers advised us that this had happened several times over that past month or so.This was a humiliating experience for us all. To top this all off, one of the women, an elderly woman who was already in bed and had to be woken to be removed from the property, ended up being infested with BED BUGS from this facility. This also seems to be a scam that the night manager is running to evict people from their rooms at the beginning of their stay and then proceeding to charge them for their accommodation. We were told we'd receive a partial refund only, although we were only there for a few hours on Friday night, which we still have not received.

Called me on the day of check in asking for $100 deposit otherwise they won’t guarantee a room, although I already prepaid full price on Expedia. They never returned the $100. Beware of this scam.

We stayed at Nights Inn for 3 nights. We like the room cleanliness most. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, Frank, who was working in the administration office, helped us a lot with check-in and out and settling down in the room, and showed us the restaurants around the hotel area. We will go and stay at this hotel next time.

Easy to locate, quick check in. Quiet rooms - you don't hear anyone next door. Clean - wow was it ever. Comfortable bed, chairs - AC worked great. Fridge, microwave, tv - everything I needed. They even recommended places to eat.

Front desk was nice, breach of privacy was not so nice

Our group had three rooms for an overnight stay to attend a family wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owners were fantastic. Highly recommend.

You have to pay a $300 damage deposit that was not mentioned which kinda ruins the vibe when it is a surprise

Clean, quiet, and close to everything! There's a Tim Horton's literally next door. You can walk 2 minutes for your morning coffee!

This is my go to place to stay in Owen Sound! Great location with everything you need within a 2 minute walk.

Stayed in the King Jacuzzi suite and had a wonderful evening. Close enough to walk downtown for dinner. Would stay again.

This typical small motel is very clean and comfortable. The owners obviously take pride. It is easy to get to and a very short drive to downtown.

Reception staff was very friendly and even gave us ideas on what to do and where to visit. Lots of dining options near by. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Had a small fridge and a microwave. Place was quiet and he had a restful sleep!

The entrance to the property included landscaping with potted petunias in full bloom was breathtakingly beautiful. Close proximity to downtown Owen Sound. Multiple dining options, banks, and shopping in the Owen Sound River District. Bed comfort was very good promoting a restful night's sleep. The innkeeper was friendly and very helpful with driving directions beyond city limits.

We had this booked for our trip to Tobermory. At 146$ per night. This was quite affordable for us. And with 2 double beds it was spacious too. Clean and well maintained. We booked 5 rooms. They provided soap and shampoo, tea coffee maker, tv, chairs and cups. Everything was good except in one room the micro oven doesn’t seem to work properly. Rest all are fine. No dining options but Motel was near to few restaurants. Tim Hortons was beside this place. Worth visiting again

Bathroom floor was cracked and had sharp edges on it. The living room floor you could hear the floor tiles that were broken under it. I called to say we would be late and they insisted on payment up front and leaving the key in their mailbox. Plus when I got there, the office was still open and they wanted a $300 deposit for the room. I find this unacceptable. I won't be back
