The villa was beautiful with direct access to the pool. Two minutes walk to the beach and amazing service and staff

Hotel is lovely, very big. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a great size with plenty of room for everyone. They had tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, great view. The hotel wasn’t overly noisy even with lots of families. Lovely spa facilities and excellent facilities for children in the children centre. Pool and slides were good. Plenty of food options in the restaurants but can get very busy. My only dislike of the hotel is that the pools depth were not suitable for small children. My daughter and nephew age 8 were not able to stand in any of the pools as they were all 1.40 depths. Most children had to wear/buy floats. For a hotel with 10 pools this is not great as they should have pools with smaller depths. The hotel also does not provide irons for guests to use so if staying here, bring your own.

Der Strand ist sehr schön und wird sauber gehalten und man findet problemlos eine Liege. Im September war es vllt. zu 1/3 belegt. Der Service war überwiegend sehr gut, aber es gab auch einige Situationen, wo ich mir bisschen mehr erhofft hatte. Das Essen war gut. Sehr gut waren die lokalen Speisen sowie der Nachtisch. Internationale Gerichte waren eher Durchschnitt. In einem Restaurant draußen, hätte ich für solches Essen kein Geld bezahlt. Manchmal war bspw. der Cappuccino einfach nur milchig. Ich habe täglich das gym und die Sauna genutzt und ich hatte alle Geräte, die ich gebraucht habe. Insgesamt kriegt das Hotel von mir nur 4 Sterne, weil das Hotel hochpreisig ist und eines der „besseren“ 5 Sterne Hotels sein soll, jedoch nicht in allen Bereichen überzeugen konnte.

Really top notch on this. - Great beach with no concerns getting a sunbed. Well-staffed with lifeguards etc.. No drinks service to your sunbed though. For such an exclusive hotel you might expect this. - Great evening shows. I mean they have really bought in the best. Shout out to the Shamen dance group who were amazing!! All shows very loud though Could be improved: - Had to pay extra for golf. Even had to pay for drinks at the golf club (Ultra all-inclusive? I think not). Golf course is not well maintained, full of weeds even across the tee-boxes. Greens were well kept I will say - a la carte is pricey at €25 per head (free for under 7). It is not a la carte, it is table-service at best. Poor table etiquette. They need to train their staff better - No free a la carte, not even one per week - Diamond restaurant in large with lots of food but with zero variety to that food and no theme nights. So unless you pay for the above 'table-service' you'll be eating the same thing everyday - Entertainment we felt was late. Mini disco doesn't start until 08:45, with the main show at 21:45 - Room service is a little too full on. You should expect x4 visits a day. Room clean, mini-bar refill, fruit delivery, and towel change - Generally, the hotel needs work, they are painting over the cracks

Супер отель. Стоит своих денег. Все внимательные, обходительные. Невероятно, все понимают английский. Обслуживающий персонал работает слажено и быстро. Очень милые . SPA супер. Ida профессионал. ( Из Бали). Rezeption ist Perfekt , показали лично комнату для инвалидов. Очень достойная. Поручни по обеим сторонам , спуск в бассей с поручнями по обеим сторонам, что очень важно для инвалидов. Beautiful property, great customer service, most everyone spoke English, amazing food! They have something for everybody on the property, and if not on the property they can get you to where you would like to go.

The food at every restaurant, café, and bar was consistently fresh, delicious, and served promptly. The pier bar was a fantastic spot to relax, listen to the waves, enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, and swim in the crystal-clear sea. Our children (2 and 4) absolutely loved the water slides — from the kiddie slides to the six exciting larger slides, they were entertained for hours. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, memorable, and truly unforgettable.

The experience was way below my expectation.Right from checkin, the staff was not welcoming and language was a big barrier to make them undestand even a simple thing.The person at reception Mr Kader was very rude. In the room, the bed was sinking and the aircondition was broken(in spite of continuous follow ups with reception whole afternoon they were not able to fix it and eventually came and fixed at 9.30pm till 11 pm in the night). For every request, I was told to contact reception. I had booked a superior sea view room and paid higher price for same. I was given much smaller room. Also the food and drinks were not upto the mark, considering the price I paid for same. Regarding the spa, it was not clean at all. The jacuzzi was not working and when we complained, they said call reception as language was big barrier.The spa staff couldn't understand simple english. It wasn't worth the money. My money should be refunded. I regret my choice and will not recomend this hotel to anyone. Please take it up with the hotel and get me refund for my stay.

1) we got the room late. 2) when we asked for late checkout for two hours they refused. We needed one room out of twelve for two extra hours and they refused. 3) no activities and engagement at the pool. 4) they advertised that there are six restaurants in this all inclusive resort. We found out that we have to pay 25 euros per person to go to them and that only one restaurant was available. They deceived us. 5) rooms are outdated. No usb or international outlets. 6) many of the games at the arcade were broken or not working. Bowling was out of order. 7) staff did not speak English and did not understand basic requests.

Коктейли в баре были намного лучше, чем в других отелях. СПА - Султан хамам очень приятно, следующая процедура для тела была « так себе». Комфортные номера ( двойные с входом в бассейн), но очень большой и шумный ресторан . В целом отель понравился. Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовы были всегда прийти на помощь ( сначала аннулировали наш рейс, затем ТК понизил наш класс с бизнес до эконом , проблему помогли решить работники отеля.

The staff were not prepared to see that a mistake had been made booking garden rooms when I wanted a suite. I was charged for two rooms for the whole stay. Then when I left a day early they made me pay for the whole stay, an extra day. Totally unimpressive display on their part.

Hotel war wirklich 10 Sterne für mich personal war sehr freundlich so nett ich kann nicht schlecht sagen. gegen Rezeption Kunden Service war auch alle Leute freundlich umd hilfberech ich war verletzt wegen meine Schulter sie haben für mich Arzt organisiert Termin vereinbart umd nach dem Arzt 3 tage jeden tag mich angerufen umd fragen wie geht es mir .Draußen personal auch höflich ich habe mit meine Tochter zusammen laufen wir Strand ich habe meine Tochter gesagt wir habe Handtuch vergessen wir müssen wieder zurück laufen und holen diese zeit eine mit arbieter gehört und er hat mir gesagt nein Sie müssen nicht zurück laufen ich bringe euch am Strand ich habe gesagt wirklich kannst du machen er hat gesagt natürlich ich mache kein Problem ich habe einfach sprachlos.Ich denke Name war (Baran )ich hoffe ich erinnere michName richtig.. Danke nochmal.Essen war für mich auch überrasch war jeden Tag leckeres essen und war einfach alles lecker und köstlich. Nur einzige stört mich am poll wegen Rauchen überall Leute raucht wir haben mit Familien meistens Kindern aber trotzdem die Leute rauchen in der näher kinder sie müssen meime Meinung extra platz machen nur wegen raucher Sie können ganzes Tag no stop rauchen .

We went in July for a 3 days vacation with husband and a one year old infant , food was generous drinks were plenty as well , it was all inclusive with a lot of food and drink options … pool buffet was amazing with all of that summer vibes …. The only think was weather which was humid and hot and the air conditioning was a bit weak and did not accommodate all that heat and humidity …. We were sweating inside the property .. otherwise I’d give it 8.5

Otel gerçekten çok güzel, yemekler inanılmaz güzel ve kaliteli, mutfak ekibini tebrik etmek lazım. Ama yılbaşı yoğunluğuna oranla çalışan sayısı çok az kalmış, servis yavaş ve aksaklık çok. çoğu yemeği içeceğimiz gelemeden yemek zorunda kaldık.
