When we checked in Front desk girl was very nice, chaged our room for us when we had alot to carry to 1st floor. Ice machine has rules not to use for coolers. But charge $7 a bag thought that was a little much

Very clean. Staff were very nice. Only thing I didn't like was there was only 1 parking spot for handicapped parking. Should have more

Good budget stay. I travelled from Toronto with family. I stayed for rest and I got a good one. Parking free!! Wendy’s Tim Horton pizza pizza etc at walkable distance.

Clean but shows it's age. Hallway is dark.

Convinient location. Staff was very nice. Parking was big. Yard was cleaned well. I liked outside picnic table space. Towel was super clean. Bed was big. Facilities are all old. Wall seems very thin. We could hear the neighbors a lot. AC worked very well! Price was very competitive. Overall, it was ok.

The room was suitable for my needs (2 night stay while attending a family function). The staff were kind and helpful. I'd probably stay again, if needed.

If you have any pets they went from 20.00 a night per pet to 50.00 so they jumped 30.00 a pet and if you have more then 1 pet be prepared to spend over 100 a night for just your pets

Room is definitely not clean. There's hair in here that was here when we arrived and I don't think that it is splitting any part of the fee for the night. There's strange holes in the sheet, there's also no fitted sheet just in their flat sheet. Clearly people have smoked in here. I don't know what's nearby. I know nothing about the shops nearby but it is London so I assume there's something. Parking was fine.

There was food in the fridge, contact lenses on the sink, and gair in the shower.

There was nothing good about my stay here. It is absolutely my worse experience at a hotel/ inn. All the rooms are DIRTY. It took 3 TIMES before finding a decent enough room that didnt smell mouldy or like smoke and it was STILL DIRTY! All the sheets on the bed are very old with tears and stains. Two beds had white stuck on excrement on them and a brown/red stain. I am not sure if it food or bodily fluids but they're all disgusting. I booked for a king bed and ended up sleeping on a double/ queen bed. The walls are nasty and so are the washrooms. The toilets aren't cleaned properly, one room had no towels and damaged shower curtain another room had towels but no curtain and the last room had a dirty ring around the toilet. The walls and curtains are stained with brownish type of splatter and I'm not sure what it is. The headboard of the bed has dried up dripping liquid that looks like bodily fluid. I was looking to extended my stay for an additional day while checking in, but after encountering these issues, I've decided to cut my trip short and go home. I slept on a sleeping bag I had in my car from my camping trip and with a blanket I keep in my car for emergencies and park visits with my kids. I didn't sleep well. taxes they said the room would cost an additional $130 and that is TOOO EXPENSIVE for this type of hotel. Its more like a hostel that should charge $25 a night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WANT A REFUND! EWWW!!

Nothing about this property is very good...1st room we were put into had a roach in the fridge with hair and dust inside the botton. Desk and end table were sticky and dirty..carpets were awful..elderly man..(maybe staff or owner)when we tried to explain the issues he just kept saying. "We are really busy" no excuse for a dead roach in the fridge or a dirty room..besides him staff (younger manager) helped us out and apologized many times..and changed our room..

This time it was so dirty. Hair, dust and dirt. I found some dirty towel, maybe used to wipe the floor, it was hanging in the shower. The blanket had a cigarette burn and white spots.

The property on a the whole is old and needs updating badly, think late 80's early 90's decor. The room was not cleaned properly as the pervious occupants had left socks in the bathroom. The worst part was that it wasn't until we were packing up to leave that we noticed a bed bug on the outside of the suit case while it sat on the bed. I won't be returning there.

The room was not clean, stain on the walls and bed sheets had cigarette holes on them. AC's are super old and noisy and the room was very humid. Had to call front desk because room services skipped my room although I left them the note.

Our stay was fine, Room dated but was clean.except for shower curtain was ripped, bathroom fan loud.

Very average. Bed was broken so they switched us to a different room with a much better bed. Room was very small. Rate thru hotels.com was excellent which made it ok and we only slept and left which made it bearable.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and im an frequent traveler. Upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman who performed a friendly and quick check-in.The rest is downhill... got to our room and the bathroom sink was located directly at the front door. On the other side of the wall was a bathtub and toilet, so squished that if you misstep getting out of the shower, you would land directly in the toilet. Tried to get some work done on my laptop and the internet connection was so slow, it took almost 15 minutes just to ipen the internet. Then the TV would not let me connwct to any pf my third party providers such as Prime or Netflix. The connection was so bad it would open a program and lag trying to load forever, forcing me to reatart everytime be ause it would freeze. After calling the front deak swvwral times i was tild the TVs were too new for the internet connwction. This makes no sense and the ultimate result was me being told to wait and eventualt it would work. 3 calls to front desk akd the woman was absolutly terri le

The staff was great and the place was comfortable, it's a good enough sleep, but the quality of the establishment is not up to it's price. The problem came with multiple lights not working, tv also with multiple issues, the showerhead and the extractor making terrible noises. Exposed wires on their lamps.

The AC is so loud, avout 80 dBm or more. Can’t sleep with AC working

The air conditioning was excellent and the room was clean. The view outside the room was good and the area outside the room was quiet. The internet and cable TV were not functioning.

King size bed was lumpy with a indent on the right hand side.

Arrived no ice, in the morning, no hot water for a shower and the staff tried to act surprised. Knowing full well that they were aware of the problem. No offer of a solution, just “I can’t offer you anything for compensation” last time there, never again.

After I checked in and was trying to get to sleep, the staff opened the door of my room twice. The only thing that stopped them from coming in was that I closed the latch. They then yelled at me and asked what my name was, as if I was in the wrong room. I was in the room they gave me keys for obviously. Then in the morning I realized there was no coffee pot in the room, so I went downstairs and no coffee there. The staff offered me coffee packets for the pot in my room, which I didn't have.... Will not stay there again.

The lady on the front desk in the morning was rude and unfriendly.

I didn’t get there until 9:00 pm. The gentleman on the reception desk was very friendly. I use a walker, he had an accessible room left, so he gave it to me. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked wonderfully!

Check in was brutal. Staff barely said a single word as they were on a cell phone talking to someone else the entire time. Ran my card, what sounded like 4 times through the machine with no communication when I asked what was up. We were given keys after 20 minutes of check in, got a room with 2 doubles instead of the king I had reserved. When asked if we could get the room we reserved, she said there were no other rooms availble but she woudnt charge me for the more expensive room that she had put us in. The one bed had what looked like grease stains on the sheets, then the other bed had burn marks in them from what looked like cigarettes. The TV only had 1 working channel and the wifi info we were given kept saying not working.

I booked room with hot tub 6 weeks in advance. Confirmed 3 weeks later with Kumar at front desk that yes our reservation is good and it is for a room with a hot tub. Drove 3 hours on treacherous roads to arrive at motel only to be informed our reservation was cancelled that morning, as credit card was declined. No phone call no email nothing. I checked the bank account that morning to make sure that when we got to the motel we would have more than enough in account to cover motel costs....as booking specifically says PAY AT MOTEL upon arrival. Needless to say room was no longer available, no hot tub rooms that could accommodate 3 people and a dog. I was very upset as I had tried to plan a special treat for Christmas. Bad enough it had to be in a motel, but then to have the motel basically screw you over with no warning was devastating. First time we had ever chosen to stay at the London Travel Inn as well. If you would like to see my booking that states pay at property I would be more than happy to provide it to you. Very disappointed and upset.

The hotel itself is old. It needs a lot of upgrading. The room was clean for what it was. We saw no bugs, and the staff was amazingly friendly. Outside at night can be a little sketchy.

Only reason i booked a stay here was it was advertised they had a continental breakfast. Was surprised to find out when i checked in they do not. Room was okay. Bathroom setup is a bit awkward to navigate. My room card deactivated after 1 of my 2 nights. Parking space is limited

Everything was good.But,I would like to suggest about Breakfast.As,we have an habit from several hotels in several cities,we have access to a free breakfast that I did not have during my stay at London Travel Inn.

No breakfast Towels not replaced. Used towels were thrown in dresser which we noticed. No in room coffee maker.

I've stayed in many hotels and motels, this one I certainly won't be returning to. I could have had more comfort in the parking lot under my truck. The beds were rock solid, the heat in the room didn't work. I listened to the washing machines smashing around for a solid 2 hours. They've got a nice big dining room, but no breakfast served. You walk into the front lobby and theres a horrible smell. This place needs help!

for the price, it was a great bang for your buck. Surprising, nice place. However, they offered now morning coffee.

The staff were kind and welcoming. My bed was very squeaky. Wish they had breakfast. Perhaps have more breakfast items in vending machines(protein bars, crave eggs, breakfast sandwiches).
