The room we stayed at had a small smell, it didn’t bother us, cause it smelled like furniture. But we did noticed that some areas were dusty like the lamp next to the bed. It looked like it hasn't’,t been dusted maybe after a few weeks, also we noticed there were some shoes under the bed, we guessed from the last guest, so the floors maybe were not thoroughly clean?..And we noticed there was no alarm clock in our room. We did not let the front desk know cause we were busy those days. But it seemed to us or maybe it was just this time, that the cleanliness were not uphold lately, at least from the last time we stayed there. We want to think our last stay was the exception cause the housekeepers was in an extreme rush? Etc. We and we hope they keep up with the cleanliness. The staff were friendly when we checked in and checked out. We did not use the laundry this time…so we cannot give an opinion…

This is my go to when I stay in London. The owners are awesome, as are all the staff. Kash (hope I spelled it right) is by far onenof my favourite humans!!! Our room is always clean, spacious, and works perfectly for the two of us and our giant Pyrenees dog, which is important!! The area is relatively quiet, has a great outdoor space, and has a great restaurant and shopping right across the street. Everything we need within walking distance. This hotel is worth the stay!! Comfortable beds, clean spaces, laundry for guests, and again, great staff!!
