Nice hotel. The stormy rainy weather was not ideal but the fact the hotel has a cinema and bowling and arcade, and all the other facilities was great . Staff were very nice especially our cleaner Turka and Ali who was very helpful great at arranging transport. Having Serdar and Nouf was a blessing especially when our luggage was lost and Serdar managed to get it back for us as well as helping to get lost medication..a BIG thank you to him. It's a great idea to have assigned people to help you during your stay. It's a lovely hotel although the only downfall is that there's not much around it but the bus to land if Legends is very handy. The food is nice and having the People's restaurant open 24 hrs was great as well as the late night buffet. Lovely hotel and I would highly recommend .

Our second stay here, one year later. A last minute booking for a four night stay. Another outstanding experience all round. This time without kids but clearly outside of the school holiday season it’s a bit different, with more adults plus families with pre school age kids in the main. Service levels remain really high, dining is excellent, we loved a bit of daily stand up paddle boarding and my wife embraced a lot of pool exercise classes. We have stayed in three Rixos hotels and this one shines the brightest, just that slight edge all round. Special mention for yesterday’s Oktoberfest which looked like a huge operation to provide and was really above and beyond. Superb all inclusive all round. Highly recommend.

Only downside to staying in november was the kids pool outside was closed and the warm pool outside was too deep for the kids. Poolside facilities and beach area really nice. Staff all very helpful. Good choice of food however can be difficult to book a table at the restaurants. Rooms very spacious and cleaned every day.

Our holiday at Rixos Premium Belek was absolutely outstanding. With our dedicated personal holiday assistant, Ms. Jannet, ensuring our comfort and fulfilling our every desire, it truly felt like a dream come true. The food at the main restaurant was delightful, and the dishes at the à la carte Z’ASYA were both exotic and delicious. The hotel's overall concept is marvelous, offering ample options even for our 2.5-year-old. The indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the kids' water section, were fantastic. The cleaning services were exceptional, whether it was room cleaning, restaurant upkeep, or restroom maintenance. The spa facilities were outstanding, featuring amenities like sauna, salt rooms, and hamams. The bar provided a vibrant atmosphere with daily entertainment programs and a variety of exotic cocktails and drinks. The daily entertainment programs, tailored for both adults and kids, were abundant and enjoyable. All in all, we've already made plans to visit Rixos Premium in Belek regularly.

Great stay at Rixos Premium. We were 4 and got big and spacious connecting rooms with a view to the sea. Plenty of dining options - highly recommend the a la carte restaurants, but make sure you are quick on the app to book your spot. Pools & beach both very nice

Really loved our time at Rixos - exceptional food and very friend staff, Everything was made seamless by our holiday assistants; Yulia and Ramsay. Enjoyed all the amenities including; beach, fitness centers, spa and Haman. Rixos was overall amazing, and my family and I look forward to future stays here.

I wish I loved this place as much as other people are saying, but for the price they’re charging they need a lot of improvements. 1. The rooms and hallways are tired and need work. The carpet in the hallways is stained. 2. To book something at the front desk (golf in our example) we had to go through 5 people to be told it was closed. 3. The breakfast buffet needs more constant refreshing. 4. The beach was dirty. 5. The hotel overall has an unusual smell. 6. Staff are not friendly or helpful. 7. The shops sell fake designer brands and people standing outside asking you to come in which feels unusual for a hotel priced at this point. I wouldn’t stay back here nor recommend it. Upon sharing this feedback with the hotel, they did however arrange for us to dine at a restaurant not included in the package which was lovely but still didn’t compensate the poor experience we had.

Absolutely incredible. Can’t wait to go back! Food was endless, with so many a la Carte restaurants as well as the food court and buffet. Beautiful well-kept grounds with helpful and friendly staff. Room was incredibly spacious with wonderful bathroom. Would highly recommend - to families, couples or friends.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful everywhere in the hotel - from the rooms to the beach to the kids club and restaurants Room cleaning has been outstanding We loved every bit of the food and the variety. We had the chance to eat at Turquoise severally, people’s, the Italian one, the food court and Aksam. Access to the Land of Legends was also exquisite. Would definitely do this again

Ankunft sehr souverän. Auch das Zimmer schlicht, gross und sauber. Mini Bar jeden Tag kostenlos neu aufgefüllt. Buffet war sehr gut, aber die Restaurants, die auch kostenlos waren, sind unschlagbar gut. Strand sehr schön sandig und auch der Pool sehr angenehm. Jederzeit Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten sind auch der Hammer. Mit Kindern ohne Probleme empfehlubgswert.

wow, what an amazing stay. Thank you so much to all the staff at this glorious hotel. All of our rooms were beautiful and clean. The food was of a high quality with lots of options for our large group of 20 people! The entertainment options were varied and of a good standard. ~~~~~~Special thanks to Malissa in the Turquoise Restaurant for being so kind and accommodating to us as well as Serkan from the food court who was such a positive and attentive waiter.

The best staff of all Belek hotels we have stayed in, and it has been most of them. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful and the food is wonderfully abundant to choose from and for the first time in any hotel in Turkey, the cakes, pies, tarts and such each have their own taste. Sounds strange but typically they all taste the same: cheap colored variations of the same thing, just looks different. Their Medivik cake was heaven. Rooms were great, although we were not in a larger room this time, it was more spacious and well designed than we expected. The many restaurants and lounges, bars were great. Best whiskey sour in the main lounge. The staff made the stay though, one has the feeling they very much love working there.

Generally the property is great, shows are amazing and food are nice. Only slight let down was that the bedding was not as comfy as other 5 star hotel hotels.

Had a great experience at Rixos Premium Belek, which started on entering the property. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and introduced to our assistant who would be available via WhatsApp for anything we required during our stay. In fact we had a TEAM of assistants and each of them - Atilla, Esra, and Zhypar - were terrific! The sea-view room was great with a lovely balcony, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a bath and huge rain-fall shower head. It was also quiet, even though the property was very busy. The buffet-style restaurants had a large variety of food selections, the the 'grab & go' restaurant just off the pool, was great for a quick lunch. The Beach Bar was fantastic, with servers and bartenders making almost every cocktail you could dream of. And, the a-la carte restaurants - we ate at Aksam and Mykorini - were lovely, especially Mykorini with super fresh fish and complete with smashing (literally) plates! We also had a great time on the beach, with the fresh fruit from the Vitamin Bar and working off the extra calories paddle boarding. Lastly we spent a fun half-day at the Land of Legends, dove with the fish, rode the roller coasters, and really enjoyed ourselves, before heading back to our favorite lounge chairs by the pool to relax before another evening of dancing at the Beach Bar!

Great stay at Rixos Premium. We were 4 and got big and spacious connecting rooms with a view to the sea. Plenty of dining options - highly recommend the a la carte restaurants, but make sure you are quick on the app to book your spot. Pools & beach both very nice

Amazing stay at this full service hotel. Rooms were good - maybe a bit dated. The service was awesome from the holiday assistants (Hanson/kaan). The food at the Asian restaurant Zasysa was the best we had eaten. The service and food at the turquoise was brilliant - chef Deepak was the best & service from Hakki Mert & team was excellent. El Kahn & Mahendra provided fantastic service under Prince’s guidance at the Italian restaurant

I wish I loved this place as much as other people are saying, but for the price they’re charging they need a lot of improvements. 1. The rooms and hallways are tired and need work. The carpet in the hallways is stained. 2. To book something at the front desk (golf in our example) we had to go through 5 people to be told it was closed. 3. The breakfast buffet needs more constant refreshing. 4. The beach was dirty. 5. The hotel overall has an unusual smell. 6. Staff are not friendly or helpful. 7. The shops sell fake designer brands and people standing outside asking you to come in which feels unusual for a hotel priced at this point. I wouldn’t stay back here nor recommend it. Upon sharing this feedback with the hotel, they did however arrange for us to dine at a restaurant not included in the package which was lovely but still didn’t compensate the poor experience we had.

This property is beautiful. We spent four nights and it was amazing. We were assigned Nouf as a personal assistant who took care of all the details from making sure the room is perfect to making restaurant reservations for us and also updating us daily on all activities going on in the resort. The restaurants whether buffet, menu or beachside are all excellent with so many options that will meat any diet. All fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.

Nice hotel. The stormy rainy weather was not ideal but the fact the hotel has a cinema and bowling and arcade, and all the other facilities was great . Staff were very nice especially our cleaner Turka and Ali who was very helpful great at arranging transport. Having Serdar and Nouf was a blessing especially when our luggage was lost and Serdar managed to get it back for us as well as helping to get lost medication..a BIG thank you to him. It's a great idea to have assigned people to help you during your stay. It's a lovely hotel although the only downfall is that there's not much around it but the bus to land if Legends is very handy. The food is nice and having the People's restaurant open 24 hrs was great as well as the late night buffet. Lovely hotel and I would highly recommend .

I would rather go to Lara barut than to go back to Rixos, they only prioritise VIP people, so, even you spending a lot of money for the holiday, this hotel is not worth it.

Excellent 6 nights stay at RIxos Premium Belek for me, my wife and my 9 month old son. The Hotel staff were superb and really helpful throughout our stay, catering for our every need. There are endless things to do at the resort, never a dull day!

Really loved our time at Rixos - exceptional food and very friend staff, Everything was made seamless by our holiday assistants; Yulia and Ramsay. Enjoyed all the amenities including; beach, fitness centers, spa and Haman. Rixos was overall amazing, and my family and I look forward to future stays here.

Ankunft sehr souverän. Auch das Zimmer schlicht, gross und sauber. Mini Bar jeden Tag kostenlos neu aufgefüllt. Buffet war sehr gut, aber die Restaurants, die auch kostenlos waren, sind unschlagbar gut. Strand sehr schön sandig und auch der Pool sehr angenehm. Jederzeit Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten sind auch der Hammer. Mit Kindern ohne Probleme empfehlubgswert.

Only downside to staying in november was the kids pool outside was closed and the warm pool outside was too deep for the kids. Poolside facilities and beach area really nice. Staff all very helpful. Good choice of food however can be difficult to book a table at the restaurants. Rooms very spacious and cleaned every day.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Essen war sehr gut. Was uns den Urlaub allerdings kaputt gemacht hat, war der Baulärm, der überall im Hotel zu hören war. Direkt am Strand war Baustelle. Auch in den Zimmern hörte man die Bohrer und Hammer. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir auf keinen Fall gebucht! Das geht besser Rixos!

Einfach super vor allem für Familien sehr geeignet. Alle A la carte Restaurants sind inklusive, man muss nur für den Abend rechtzeitig reservieren. Transfer zu Land of Legends inklusive.

The carpet in the hallways is stained. 2. To book something at the front desk (golf in our example) we had to go through 5 people to be told it was closed. 3. The breakfast buffet needs more constant refreshing. 4. The beach was dirty. 5. The hotel overall has an unusual smell. 6. Staff are not friendly or helpful. 7. The shops sell fake designer brands and people standing outside asking you to come in which feels unusual for a hotel priced at this point. I wouldn’t stay back here nor recommend it. Upon sharing this feedback with the hotel, they did however arrange for us to dine at a restaurant not included in the package which was lovely but still didn’t compensate the poor experience we had.

Absolutely incredible. Can’t wait to go back! Food was endless, with so many a la Carte restaurants as well as the food court and buffet. Beautiful well-kept grounds with helpful and friendly staff. Room was incredibly spacious with wonderful bathroom. Would highly recommend - to families, couples or friends.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful everywhere in the hotel - from the rooms to the beach to the kids club and restaurants Room cleaning has been outstanding We loved every bit of the food and the variety. We had the chance to eat at Turquoise severally, people’s, the Italian one, the food court and Aksam. Access to the Land of Legends was also exquisite. Would definitely do this again

This was our first time at a Rixos resort and we were not disappointed! We were upgraded to a legendary suite upon arrival, which was lovely, and meant our children had their own space! They were also given the cutest mini robes and toiletries pouches! Nouf and Soumaya set up a WhatsApp group with us and were so helpful! They were part of our concierge service and it was so easy sending them a message instead of having to call all the time! The food was my only issue! The quality in the buffet restaurant and food court was superb! But my only qualm was the way you book the a la cart restaurants! It meant we didn’t get to try them all. The places are released at 10am and then you almost wait in a queue until you get through to book! This was really disappointing as with little children we needed earlier dinner times which were gone by the time we got through, despite trying from 10am! The staff were hit and miss. Most of them were lovely but some didn’t understand English so it was much harder to explain to them what we wanted! The kids pool / play area was amazing! We could let them run free without worrying as there were life guards- the kids / teens areas were lovely too with softplay / play stations, and activities all day including meet the trolls, face painting and discos! Overall it was a really lovely trip! The resort is easy to navigate the strip of beach was nice. We went to land of legends wishing was also easy with free transfers! I’d go again!!

The best staff of all Belek hotels we have stayed in, and it has been most of them. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful and the food is wonderfully abundant to choose from and for the first time in any hotel in Turkey, the cakes, pies, tarts and such each have their own taste. Sounds strange but typically they all taste the same: cheap colored variations of the same thing, just looks different. Their Medivik cake was heaven. Rooms were great, although we were not in a larger room this time, it was more spacious and well designed than we expected. The many restaurants and lounges, bars were great. Best whiskey sour in the main lounge. The staff made the stay though, one has the feeling they very much love working there.

Only downside to staying in november was the kids pool outside was closed and the warm pool outside was too deep for the kids. Poolside facilities and beach area really nice. Staff all very helpful. Good choice of food however can be difficult to book a table at the restaurants. Rooms very spacious and cleaned every day.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist renowierungsbedürftig. Insgesammt finde ich das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Zudem war der geschmack des essens im Restaurant und bei den Alakart Restaurants nicht besonders gut. Positiv war der Service und der Strandbereich der sehr gut bewirtschaftet wurde.

Amazing stay at this full service hotel. Rooms were good - maybe a bit dated. The service was awesome from the holiday assistants (Hanson/kaan). The food at the Asian restaurant Zasysa was the best we had eaten. The service and food at the turquoise was brilliant - chef Deepak was the best & service from Hakki Mert & team was excellent. El Kahn & Mahendra provided fantastic service under Prince’s guidance at the Italian restaurant

When my wife arrived at the resort prior to me and texted, "It's stunning here," I knew I made the correct choice in resorts. Our five-night stay at the resort was amazing. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. Esse é um hotel completo, é difícil encontrar defeitos, a comida é excelente, não comi nada que fosse ruim durante a estadia, a equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa e atenciosa, não há dificuldade em encontrar lugares pra ficar perto da piscina ou do mar, a piscina interior para adultos no Spa é um diferencial. A atmosfera noturna com o show no bar da praia é fantástica, os quartos são espaçosos, com camas aconchegantes. O lumin assistente funciona muito bem, tdo o que eu requisitei foi atendido pelo hotel com exceção do late checkout mas compreensível por o hotel estar lotado. Se pudesse colocar alguns pontos negativos seria a falta de secador de cabelo nos trocadores perto da piscina interna, os trocadores do kingdom hotel são melhores nesse quesito inclusive com chuveiros separados só para mulheres, achei a equipe do Spa um pouco menos simpática do que o restante dos funcionários do hotel, talvez sejam mais simpáticos com quem comprar os serviços (o que não foi meu caso), de resto esse é um hotel fantástico que você tem vontade de voltar.
