This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.A damage deposit of 1.000€ is required and is payable upon arrival by card or cash. The amount will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage or destruction has occurred in the villa.Please note that the villa includes live-in on-site staff who reside in two separate staff bedrooms and provide daily maid service. The staff is highly discreet, ensuring guest privacy.Event PolicyUpon request, the villa can accommodate weddings, events, and parties. Your event will take place in the villa's outdoor area, which can host up to 120 guests with an additional cost payable via bank transfer 10 days before arrival. This fee covers only the use of the outdoor space and includes an additional cleaning service on the day after the event. A damage deposit is also required.
