Highly recommended apartment based on close access to local shops, beaches and iconic view from balcony. We enjoyed our stay and kids loved swimming pool( favourite part of their day). Very prompt customer service and apartment has everything what we need in day to day life.

The communication prior to and throughout our stay was excellent. Parking was convenient and secure. The property location was excellent. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, providing additional comforts we had not expected. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. We have had a appartment in the basement with no view. The WiFi was bad and also 4g was bad. The pool was very good. Also de reception was good. Location perfect with across the road the sea and shops and restaurants on walking distance.

Great location and friendly reception. For a 7 night stay it would’ve been great to have a fresh set of towels, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. Also could consider connecting each pool deck chair to the table rather than the chairs to each other so that guests can move according to the sun.

The property was conveniently located close to everything that you need in Byron. The beds were clean and comfortable. A few other areas of the apartment need some attention and extra cleaning. The property backs onto a lane way which is quite noisy at night and in the early hours of the morning. Overall we had a lovely stay.

The people running the place are fantastic and friendly The bed in the Main bedroom needs a new mattress it is bent in the middle causing spine pain at night and a bad nights rest.. The security need s a look at. we had two men climbing over the front wall by the pool and opening the security gate at 4am in the morning on two nights and then entering the building. Make sure you have shower wash and shampoo none is provided in bathroom.

But we had to pay $55/ night extra When I booked one bed room apartment it says it could accommodate up to 3 persons as one person can use the sofa bed so we thought we will be alright as we were three persons They didn’t do anything extra at all We are not happy about it

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed a 10/10 experience. Not so on this occasion. Mainly due to my choice of the room, but in part also the 2 noisy groups of arrogant guests above this room during our stay. Constant thumping as they stomped around and irritating chalkboard like scratching echoed as furniture was dragged around. The second group in the room were still active when we departed the property at 3.30am to catch an early flight to our next destination. Little rest was had that night. The room is basically an economy, sub ground floor dwelling and advice is provided by the property of this fact. Perhaps due to this sub floor structure and location noise is enhanced. Unfortunately due to its location, privacy is nonexistent unless curtains are drawn front and rear. Ok if your intention is to day trip and sleep only, but the weather was unfavourable for a couple of days during our visit and we were happy to read a book. Upon first entering the room there was a sickly smell that took a couple of days airing to clear. It would appear that prior occupants incident required clothes washing, as after washing some clothing that sickly smell went through our garments. A washing machine drum clean cycle was performed but we rewashed the clothes elsewhere. The room itself was relatively comfortable and basic, but not to the same degree of quality as the lovely room provided prior. Location is ideal & staff are great but I would not recommend this economy room.
