Our stay was less than ideal. The elevator was “out” (actually had a bullet hole in it), so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage in tow. The volume on the tv would not reach a level that could be heard over the air conditioner running. All around bad experience.

I reserved a king size room. Upon arriving, was told there wasn’t any available, but could get 2 queens. We do not rest well in a queen, which meant sleeping apart. Then we were told pool was out of service, as well as elevator. For a 70 year old lady to carry luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs is a little much. Will not be returning.

The rooms were really nice, However When we got to the hotel my kids got ready to get in the pool, got dressed, went to the pool my card didn't work to let us in the pool are, went to the front desk and was told it was closed due to a part needing for it to be fixed. No notes on the door, no notes on the website of pool being closed and no one told us when we checked in. This was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. kids were left very sad.

No breakfast hotel lost power due to a power line issue. One bed stunk, room was ok few stains on the walls and shower water takes a while to warm up. I called and asked to make sure hot tub and pool worked worker assured me they did. Me and my kids get in and water was freezing cold. Was not at all impressed for what I paid. Hilton is right next door and way better. Save your money and go somewhere else. I never leave reviews so this should let you know how unhappy I was.

The elevator was broken, the pool was not accessible, the hot tub was not accessible. The ice machine was empty and the front desk attendants make you stand at the empty desk for long periods of time. I left a day earlier and had to pay Expedia for this crappy service. I will not use Expedia anymore.

The price was great however the property ended up charging me for all the rooms I booked. They did explain that it was not their fault but the fault of Hotels.com. I was very unhappy that all the rooms did not have a hairdryer which is always I thought in a hotel room. The coffee maker for breakfast in the morning was broken and all the ice machines on every floor were also broken. It was a nice stay but it was the little things that were missing or broken that made it inconvenient. We had to go somewhere else to pay for coffee, I had to buy a blowdryer and ice everyday.

The staff was friendly when you got ahold of them. Elevator has been broken for 4 months so lugging all our stuff up and down the stairs. We are a family of 4 so we had a lot of bags. The breakfast was pretty good. Good selection to choose from. They did have fresh coffee around the clock so i was happy lol. Wouldn't stay again

Fist of all I was in the room with my kids already sleeping, when all the sudden another family barges into the room, my wife and kids freaked out and started screaming, the guy that opened the door did apologize immediately stating that it was the room they gave him and his family. Another thing is that the bathroom reeked like cigarette, and to top it off the bathroom tub was backed up and had a discolored spot by the drain that appeared to be urine, this made me wonder if housekeeping really do their job . This was probably the last time I will book this hotel!!!

Chose this as a stop on our way up to Roswell then Tuscon on a cross country road trip since it got late and we were tired of driving. Overall very convenient location, however the hotel is old and really not taken care of. Check in was easy enough, but then elevator was really dirty going up to our room, then when we got to the floor there were a few dirty towels spread throughout the hallway up to our room. Once in the room you could tell it's old and definitely needs a renovation, however it seemed for the most part clean enough. That was until I got in bed and 2 of the pillows had these gross looking yellow stains on them and one of them had black stains. We switched them out but still something to be wary of. Entire place needs a lift not sure I would stay again if I had an option I would pick one of the other hotels nearby.

Our room looked decently cleaned but our bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. There were used shampoo bottles and soap bar in the shower. Also, the coffee maker is stored in the bathroom.

It was horrible issues first room was sticky disgusting smell and have bodily fluids residue all over the place the second room stunk and have stains all over the wall most the outlets didn’t work key card had to be replaced like twice a day had to have front desk let you into the pool none of the outside doors locked and most the out side lights was out they was letting people swim and was loud all night couldn’t get any sleep there

The hotel on the outside was alright its along a big belt of other hotels so there is another to one side of the parking lot but on the opposite side was an very empty ghetto lot. The check-in was quick no problems, but the hotel interior was very worn and used. When we got to our room there was multiple areas of the carpet that weren't vacuumed and the bathroom shower seemed to have either mildew or black mold, we also found out that the room window opened all the way which is unusualfor rooms on the second floor. Later that night we left and came back when it was dark and in the parking lot there was people just loitering in the parking lot like there was a party or something some guy had his shirt off just chatting it up with people at the bed of his truck. Me and my wife felt weird when we pulled up because the parking lot filled with vehicles and we were pretty sure some of those vehicles weren't guests. The breakfast was good though no issues there.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful. My room and hallway were fine but my daughter and granddaughter's hallway had a very unpleasant odor and there room had a faint odor also. My biggest complaint with the trip was the lock on my door. I took my key to the front desk 3 times because it didn't work and on my third trip the receptionist took me upstairs to show me how to open the door. She preceded to pull the door and then slide the key card in and out until the door was unlocked. This became very frustrating and the last time I unlocked the door, I counted how many times I had to slide the card in and out and it was 56. I will not go back there for this reason.

The door key wouldn't work. I got it reset, still didn't work. Third time the clerk came up to my room and had to repeatedly insert the key to get the door to open. I had the same issue when I came back later that night. The tv never worked, said "no signal." I asked for a receipt but the front desk person couldn't log into the computer. She said she called her manager who "had to get dressed to come in to log her back in." I couldn't wait. Said she would email me the receipt, which 14 hours later, I still haven't received. Breakfast was Mexican food spicy - eggs, gravy, etc. Tried a bagel and the cream cheese was gross.

When we were given are cards keys and when we walked up to the room, the key cards didn’t work. I went back down and let the staff know these weren’t working. She then told me they had to stay away from electronics, which I already knew but completely understood why she mentioned it. I said okay, thank you. Went back up to the room, was able to get in and met with a terrible sewage smell. We checked out the bathroom and noticed it didn’t have a shower curtain which was odd. We had to leave the hotel and upon arrival, our key cards once again weren’t working. The card was in my pocket, away from my phone as it was in my purse. Once again, we had to ask the same front desk woman to help. She didn’t even speak this time. Once we returned to the room, we were still met with the same smell and this time the room lights had issues turning on. Had to flicker the switch a few times. We turned on the tv and went to change the channel but realize the tv doesn’t work. It only works to turn on the tv and adjust volume. It will not change channels and also there is a big purple spot right on the tv. Super annoying. We decided to check out the pool and hot tub which we were told is not accessible without a staff member both were dirty. The next morning around 9 we had someone banging on our door, my husband got up to find out what’s going on and they asked us if we were staying or leaving. Checkout is 11.

Let’s start with the door we got in and our key would not work. We took it up to the lady she redid another key. We did it again. It did not work. We got her to come do it. She couldn’t get it to work so she had to go get her little machine to open the door. No soap in the shower only lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The lady that helped us in the evening was very rude and made us feel like we were bothering her and she was ready to get off work.

When I checked I was told no downstairs rooms, next day I was moved downstairs. I booked additional days and that's when it went south. 6am some TRIED TO OPEN MY DOOR!! THEY GAVE ANOTHER GUEST MY ROOM AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT!! THEN THEY WOULDN'T EXTEND MY STAY HAD TO BOOK ONLINE AGAIN WAS DOUBLE CHARGED!! When I checked I was told no downstairs rooms, next day I was moved downstairs. I booked additional days and that's when it went south. 6am some TRIED TO OPEN MY DOOR!! THEY GAVE ANOTHER GUEST MY ROOM AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT!! THEN THEY WOULDN'T EXTEND MY STAY HAD TO BOOK ONLINE AGAIN WAS DOUBLE CHARGED!! So disappointed at this hotel, they didn’t let us check in late because we got there at night, we were stuck in the snow storm we couldn’t get there early, staff was very rude, and they did charge me for the night I am never going back to this hotel, horrible service

Staff were on helpful on this stay. They could not even provide me with a working blow dryer. Also, the breakfast was horrible, as there was no one restocking breakfast items, etc. the waffle iron was burnt and it smelled terrible, yet no one was attending the breakfast area. Coffee ran out, not good at all.

I've stayed here several times in the past with good experiences. This time, the graveyard clerk, I'm guessing (6:30a), was very rude to my wife over her key not working on the gym door. At 7a it was a different clerk at the desk that was very nice. Unfortunately, I don't know if we will stay here in the future over this experience with the clerk.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful. My room and hallway were fine but my daughter and granddaughter's hallway had a very unpleasant odor and there room had a faint odor also. My biggest complaint with the trip was the lock on my door. I took my key to the front desk 3 times because it didn't work and on my third trip the receptionist took me upstairs to show me how to open the door. She preceded to pull the door and then slide the key card in and out until the door was unlocked. This became very frustrating and the last time I unlocked the door, I counted how many times I had to slide the card in and out and it was 56. I will not go back there for this reason.

Beautiful property, very well taken care of inside and outside. Property is conveniently located to restaurants.The room is very spacious and the bed is super soft. It’s a busy area but still peaceful in the room.

The hotel on the outside was alright its along a big belt of other hotels so there is another to one side of the parking lot but on the opposite side was an very empty ghetto lot. The check-in was quick no problems, but the hotel interior was very worn and used. When we got to our room there was multiple areas of the carpet that weren't vacuumed and the bathroom shower seemed to have either mildew or black mold, we also found out that the room window opened all the way which is unusualfor rooms on the second floor. Later that night we left and came back when it was dark and in the parking lot there was people just loitering in the parking lot like there was a party or something some guy had his shirt off just chatting it up with people at the bed of his truck. Me and my wife felt weird when we pulled up because the parking lot filled with vehicles and we were pretty sure some of those vehicles weren't guests. The breakfast was good though no issues there.

Been to a lot of Motel stays and honestly was very surprised of this Motel, check in was easy, the rooms were clean, Best Breakfast I have had than any other Motels, the lady made sure everything was fresh. If I every go back to Hobbs NM, this is where I will be staying.

Two days without coffee. Worker said the machine was broken. Decaf was cold. Sunday morning no one at front desk to ask for room housekeeping. Had a sign to call, but no answer. Will not stay here again.

The price was great however the property ended up charging me for all the rooms I booked. They did explain that it was not their fault but the fault of Hotels.com. I was very unhappy that all the rooms did not have a hairdryer which is always I thought in a hotel room. The coffee maker for breakfast in the morning was broken and all the ice machines on every floor were also broken. It was a nice stay but it was the little things that were missing or broken that made it inconvenient. We had to go somewhere else to pay for coffee, I had to buy a blowdryer and ice everyday.

The hotel was very nice. Clean, good location, and modern. Breakfast was good and very tasty. Room location was not good due to being across the hall from the laundry and pool entrance. I went to bed early for an early morning departure and found it hard to stay asleep due to the banging door of the pool and laundry room. I wish they could dampen the door closing as it was very loud. Everything else was good. I'll stay there again but ask for a different room further away from the pool and laundry room.

Double booked us and didn’t call us to let us know, showed up couldn’t do anything everything in town was booked up for the weekend and had to drive 2 hours back home. Wasted time, gas money, terrible.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and even while under renovations it was well maintained. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely happy to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to coming back again!

The wall’s are thin and you can hear everything going on. Breakfast was good. Had to change rooms because the shower was broken in the first one. Was overall fine.
