This hotel provides excellent services. Very family friendly. Got kids playground. Free handcraft program for kids. Free transportation services to Disneyland, airport, train stations, and bund. Free evening treats… highly recommended, especially for family.

ディズニーランドまでのバスも、事前に予約は必要な駅から空港のバスもあり、とても助かりました。施設も大変綺麗で広々としており、快適な滞在でした。 事前のバス予約だけ、少し連絡がつきにくかったため、早めに一度連絡してみることをお勧めします。

Pool closed which we weren’t expecting- everything looks slightly tired. Staff in restaurant were lovely and ever so helpful.

Very close to Disneyland and they had shittles to the Bund , airport & Disneyland. English is OK. Everyone was very friendly. Perfect stay!!

Soooo convenient. Shuttle to and from airport, plus shuttle to and from Disney. Staff very friendly. Bed super comfy. Perfect stay.

Room and staff were all great. 1 thing we liked about the hotel is that it's relatively close to Pudong airport and they provide multiple and frequent shuttle service for guests to various key places in the city (including the Bund, Disneyland and key transport hubs). I personally dropped my phone in the bus to Disneyland and managed to retrieve it after a quick call to the hotel who contacted the driver no problem at all so TYVM!

虹橋空港＆浦東空港やディズニーランドへのシャトルバスが本数も多くて便利でした 地下鉄駅からは、ゆっくり歩いても７分ほどで 夜、１０時頃に歩いても怖くなかったです 特に、帰国日は大雨だったので地下鉄駅まで歩かなくていいので助かりました ちょうどプールの営業が始まった日（6/20）だったからか？泳いでる人はいなくて、水もキレイで気持ち良かったです！ ただスイミングキャップが必須なので持って行きましょう（忘れても売ってます） タオルや更衣室もあり便利です リゾートのプールとスポーツクラブを足したような感じ プールバーはないけど、チェアやパラソルはあります エコ対策の為、歯ブラシなどのアメニティは部屋には無くフロントでもらうスタイルです フロントには、お水やコーヒースナック菓子も置いていました 空港まで迎えに来てもらうときは、 バス乗り場をメールで送ってくれるので 必ずチェックインの２４時間前までに連絡をして下さい！ 私達は虹橋空港第１ターミナルでしたので 地下鉄で虹橋駅（２つ目）まで行き 駐車場Ｐ９（バス専用駐車場）へ行きました 荷物を取って出た所で上海パスを買い、地下鉄駅へ行きましたが、そこまで１０分は掛かります 虹橋駅を降りてからは、送ってもらった写真の通りに行きましたが、行くまでには不安なので余裕をもって行った方がいいです ホテルの前にファミマやリーズナブルな中華レストランもあるので便利でした。 また泊まりたいと思います

水、ジュースが毎日サービス フロントに無料のコーヒー、お茶、お菓子あり キッズルームが巨大 ディズニー行きのシャトルバスが11月から増便した模様6時30くらいからあるようだ。 目の前にファミマオープンした 2024/11.11時点 品揃えは良い 夕飯はディズニー終わりでコンビニ利用したが、2130からレストラン？で安価な夕飯サービスがあるみたいです。 フロント以外は中国語しか話せないと思って良いでしょう。Google翻訳アプリで中国語ダウンロードしておけば、オフライン利用可能 ディズニーの為だけに利用ならこのホテルをオススメします。

シャワーの排水が悪く、水が溜まり自分で毎回掃除しました。また、シャワー室から水が漏れてました。 ミネラルウォータがたくさん置いており便利でした。 コンシェルジュの人も翻訳機を使って一生懸命対応してくれたのは良かったです。

I visited this hotel on 2019 during my first trip to China. I was very impressed. Sadly, it seems since then the hotel has been maintained on a budget and if it’s another 6 years until I return, I’d think twice and double check reviews as at its current rate, I’d be worried. The room was just about acceptable as clean. Hairs, stuff left behind from the previous guests and cigarette singed sheets were not great. Not to mention that despite the hotel being non-smoking, my room smelled of smoke all 3 days. I considered going in the pool when I saw the photos but took one look and thought better of it. It didn’t give me a good clean vibe. The airport shuttles are great but you have to have a flight time of 9:30am earliest to use them. I think they only started at 7am which I can understand why, but lots of flights are underway by 9:30. My flight was 8:20, which is quite usual for a Saturday, but no flexibility from the hotel on transfer times. So I had to book a taxi. The main benefit is proximity to Disney and the coaches were great. The staff were just ok. I think they were doing their job alright, but I didn’t really get the sense they’d go out of their way unless prompted. Overall I think 3.5/5 is fair. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotels ratings gradually come down over time. All the above said, I had a great 2 days at Disney and if you don’t use the hotels coach, the metro is about a 10 min walk and very cheap / easy. It wouldn’t be hard to turn the hotel round.

シャトルバスサービスが便利だった。 お部屋の清潔感や従業員の対応も良かった。 1つ欠点としてはバスルームの排水口が小さく、排水スピードが遅いため、シャワーを流しっぱなしにしていると定期的に水が溜まること。

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting disney. Checked in late, there were eye drops left in the bathroom and hair in the shower. Second day the glass which we used wasn’t cleaned and just left on the counter. The staff are not very friendly and can’t be bothered to help you. Didn’t even tell us our room numbers when checking in, had to ask. The lifts take ages to come, breakfast was nothing special. There are a few fresh stations where they cook Chinese food and the two elderly staff there were the nicest we encountered. Very limited English amongst the staff and google translate is blocked in China so had to use the staffs device to communicate which they hesitantly use.

ディズニーリゾートに行く場合は素晴らしい立地です。 また、日本人慣らされているので、言葉がわからなくても大丈夫です。 部屋も広いのですが、掃除等は微妙なところ。洗面台やシャワーブース、窓など汚れが目立つところは結構ありました。 日系ホテルやマリオット等と比べるとここら辺は数段劣る印象です。 サービスは素晴らしかったです。

お値段の割に清潔感もありスタッフも親切。ただシャワー室の水捌けが悪く洗面所まで大量の水が流れて大変だった。少し使っては水が流れるのを待って、、、とにかく使い勝手が悪かった。スタッフに伝えても、「ノープロブロム」と全く内容を理解していない様子できっと改善される事はなさそう。空港からホテル、ホテルからディズニーへのシャトルバスが運行しているのが今回のホテル選びの決めてになりました。

スタッフは、良かった プールが出来なかったのが残念だった 清潔でスリッパもあってよかったが、連泊だったためか、掃除が手抜きに感じた

ホテルはロビー、お部屋共に綺麗で広々していた。 日本人を嫌っているような接客はなく、チェックアウト時には全て英語で対応してくださった。 飲み物も毎日補充される点やスリッパが上質だった。 ３泊したが、シーツは交換されず整えてくれるベッドメイキングだった。

There was noice from building next to the hotel. Don’t know what’s that.

部屋が広くてよかった!

ディズニーと外灘観光のために宿泊しました。 価格に対して、非常に高級感があるホテルで大満足です。 部屋はかなり広く、外の音も聞こえにくいので過ごしやすいです。 朝は鳥のさえずりが心地よかったです。 もったいないところは２つ。 一つ目は部屋の隅々が汚れていること。 気にならない範囲ではあります。 二つ目はWi-Fiがかなり弱いこと。 それ以外は完璧です。 コンビニが目の前に2軒あり、便利です

깔끔하고 무엇보다 바닥에 카페트가 깔려있지 않아서 좋았어요! 무료 제공되는 물은 맛이없었고요 ㅋㅋ 침구 아늑하고 셔틀운영해주는것도 좋았습니다.

ディズニーまで無料バスで10分で着いた。ホテルの前にファミリーマートがあった。 地下鉄が近いため、かなり電車の音が聞こえ、目が覚めました。 ホテルは、受付は、きれいですが、部屋は掃除はシーツを変えただけ？と思わせる感じです。 3泊しましたが、清掃を毎日してもらったが、ずっと、カラーコンタクトが床に落ちたままだった。 日本語対応ありだと思っていたが、受付の2人は、1人は中国語のみ。もう1人は、中国語英語だった。翻訳アプリとジェスチャーで乗り切りました。 朝食は、中国らしい料理や洋食もあり、種類が豊富で満足でした。 歯磨き用とポット用でペットボトルの水がたくさんもらえました。エレベーターの前にもありました。 冷蔵庫の中は、飲み放題で、清掃するたびに補充されていました。

部屋は2階で移動は便利だったが窓の外は壁なのか自然光がほとんど入らず昼間も薄暗かった。

この日は暖かく部屋の温度も高かったので冷房を入れようとしましたが、エアコンはウィンターモードに設定されており、冷房を入れることは出来ませんと言われました。窓を開けて対応するしかなく、寝苦しい夜を過ごしました。もう少し臨機応変に対応してもらいたいです。

上海ディズニーランドが目的なら、コスパが良く、十分なホテルだと思いました。ホテル目の前にコンビニもあります。 ただ、私たちは電車の線路に面した側の部屋でしたので、音がうるさかったです。次に行く時は、線路と反対側の部屋をリクエストしようと思いっています。

バースデーケーキありがとうございました。 帰りの空港送迎バスへのスタッフの案内、親切で助かりました。また宿泊したい、友人におすすめしたいと思えるホスピタリティの高いホテルです。

This hotel is very close to metro station and there is shuttle bus to Disney land and airports as well as inner city for sight seeing. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I list my property and contacted t the hotel 3 weeks after. The manager and staff were trying their best to help me find the item. In the end it was my misunderstanding. The cleaning lady on the 9th floor is very friendly and helpful and even left a note in my room written in English and always make sure I have enough bottles drinking water in the room. She is very hard working lady as well. I highly recommended this hotel especially if you are going to take kids to Disney land.

ディズニーランド、空港、市内（外灘）への無料シャトルバスがありがたかった。部屋は広く清潔で使いやすい。シャワーのお湯も十分出る。コンビニが近い。 一方、英語がほとんど通じないため、中国語が分からない場合は翻訳アプリの画面を見せるなど工夫が必要。大半のスタッフが協力的なので、それで問題なく意思疎通ができた。 総合的にはとても良かった。次回上海ディズニーランドを訪れる際も使いたい。

Maybe I underestimated China, but the staffs here were extremely kind and helpful. I lost my phone in the taxi and 4 staffs came and helped me to find them by calling all places. Taxi driver requested 500 yuan to return (which was insane but I had to, to get the phone back). The hotel has shuttle that is very convenient and I returned to hotel at 4pm from Disney to rest and went back to Disney at 7pm. Very nice. I'd return here and stay again! Thanks again for those who helped me to find my phone!!

送迎サービスも充実しており、スタッフの対応も完璧です。上海中心部から遠いのはちょっと難点ですが、ディズニーランドが目的ならこのホテルをおすすめします！

ディズニー観光のために宿泊しました。シャトルバスが充実しているので交通費が全くかかりませんでした。残念だったのは向かいのコンビニが24時で閉まってしまうこととホテル内の自販機でアリペイが使えないことですね。

空港　ディズニー　外灘　シャトルバスがあり 目の前にコンビニがあり便利でした。 最寄駅から徒歩７分位かかりましたが大通りなので治安良いです。

無料の空港シャトルバス、ディズニーシャトルバスがあり便利。 敷地内の目の前にファミマ、セブン、数軒の(大衆)食堂あり ホテルのすぐ前が幹線道路で鉄道の高架線路があるので階によってはうるさいかも。

ホテルから空港、ディズニーへのアクセスがよく10分程歩くと地下鉄もあるので1時間ほどでシティーに行くことが出来ました。 スタッフさんも英語が上手な方が居ましたのでスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。 ただ、空港からのシャトルを利用しない場合電車、タクシーと乗り継いで行かなければならないのでご注意ください。

浦東空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスが出ているので、便利です！ホテルからディズニーまでのシャトルバスも出ています！ホテルのスタッフさんに日本語も英語も通じませんが翻訳機で中国語にすればしっかり対応してくれます！ディズニーに行くためだけに上海へ行かれ方はぜひこのホテルの利用をおすすめします！チェックイン前の荷物も預りをしてくれたり、ドリンクを提供してくれたりとサービスが充実しています！ホテルの目の前にファミマがあるのでとても助かります！空港送迎のシャトルバスは事前にメールで予約必須なので気をつけてください！！

Wow that is all I can say about this place. The room was spectacular and the breakfast was amazing and free. The free shuttle Disney was also superb.

深夜便で到着してチェックインが出来ました。朝食は種類が豊富で朝からたくさん食べれて良かったです。部屋はとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。ディズニーや空港へのバスがあったのが便利でした。夫が旅行中誕生日だとお伝えすると飾り付けとケーキを用意してくれたり初めての中国でしたがスタッフの方も親切で英語や日本語も対応できるスタッフもいて安心しましたし、不自由なく快適に宿泊出来ました。また上海に行く時は是非泊まりたいです。

Perfect for Disney! Not a lot around to eat at except Disney and the hotel. However, the food at the hotel is excellent and definitely value for money. Would happily stay again

I choosed the hotel due to proximity to Pudong Airport. Hotel is nice, not too many people spoke English but with the translator it worked well. Breakfast was pretty pretty basic for a Novotel. During breakfast I couldn't see any sign that omelet was an option, I asked if it was an option and the guy named "commi" got kind of angry and went to do it. i was quite surprised he got mad from a simple question. besides that the brief stayed was ok. Also during check in, I asked about the options of the shuttle to the airport and I was shown a table with options at 07:00 and 10 am. i found out there were shuttled at 08:00 and 9 am also but not shown on the table. i had to book a transport which could've been avoided by taking the 08 or 09 am bus.

Vi hadde et fint opphold. Bodde her primært for nærhet til Disneyland. Perfekt med shuttlebuss fra hotellet. Frokosten var god og barnevennlig. Utendørsbasseng var topp. Vi likte oss så godt at vi ble en natt lenger enn planlagt. God service og alle var hjelpsomme og hyggelige.

Serviço de shuttle excelente e pontual, facilitando demais a estadia. Quarto confortável, café da manhã com bastante opção e funcionários super prestativos.

綺麗で居心地良く過ごせました。レストランの食事が美味しかったです。お昼に提供されているお鍋と夜の夜食ブッフェが最高でした。スタッフの方の対応もよく、帰りにはレモネードの入った水筒をプレゼントしてくださり、よいお土産ができました。また泊まりたいです。
