When both rooms are reserved by the same booking, the unit will be for your exclusive use with no shared common areas.Common areas including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared only within the same unit and not with guests from other units.Pet policyPets are welcome with prior confirmation. A maximum of two pets is allowed per booking and additional fees may apply. Pet fees do not include excessive pet hair cleaning or pet waste removal. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets during the stay.Parking informationFree overnight parking is available. Street parking is available on 26 Ave and 16 Street.
