Everything was wonderful the 1st night. Food and room was great. But then there was a loud celebration of a tv sports event that occurred right outside my room which was by the dining area. It was 11:30 and we all were asleep only to be awakened over and over by it. When so confronted the staff on duty he told me that all was well because the people were happy at a win they had seen. I was very upset and he then finally asked them to quiet down.

The room was just run down. Carpet and bathroom fixtures old and didn’t work properly. There was no sunlight due to a giant brick wall blocking the window.

the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. unfortunally the bed was noise, too low and the matrix damaged. it bended when you get on it. they hotel should rent that room until it changes the matrix. Gustavo
