MainStay Suites Knoxville North I-75

We did not stay there overnight. I called you on the phone and tried to get your help. While I was on the phone this group of construction workers blocked my car in and I couldn't leave. Did not feel safe. The hotel was not in a good area, and I asked you to cancel my stay because the desk clerk would not and insisted that I had to go through you. We ended up staying at a Hampton Inn in a better/safer area. I hope that your staff I chatted with took care of this and sending me a survey on the stay is an oversight. Dr. Melinda S Hill

Dirty forks in so

Went for Luke Combs concert. Waited in line to check in for approximately 50 minutes. Only saw 1 person working at check in desk. Luckily our room was ready when we finally got checked in but others in line were told that their rooms were not ready. It was 3:45 and all rooms should have been ready. Also when we were in line with our luggage the man cleaning rooms took the elevator in front of all of us and said we could catch the next one. That normally wouldn’t bother me but we had just waited in line for 50 plus minutes so it was aggravating. The room itself was great I loved it!
