Definitely a "Budget" Hotel, but Plenty hot water, clean, friendly help, fridge has actually has a freezing freezer and good micro. Bed and chairs were OK and TV Great.

Our stay was comfortable the room was old but well furnished coffee pot, microwave , tv an fridge all clean, for the price it was good carpets an chairs an lamp shades could have been cleaner but it was a nice stay an saved us money. DO NOT STAY HERE! Let my lack of planning and this being the only available place to stay be your warning. There was coffee in the pot from a prior stay, the bathroom floor was not cleaned, the sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off the mattress, and the final straw was seeing a roach in one of our bags.

This hotel isn’t high grade but its functional, reasonable, and easy. Its an old hotel so it doesn't look great. Bed was fine, plumbing worked, had a fridge and AC. Im into function and efficiency and high dollar amenities dont impress me. It worked. Ill go back when Im there.

I used a discount site to reserve the room and it worked out fine. The check-in was easy and the room access was great. The room was big enough, the bed comfortable, there was WiFi and cable. I'd stay there again.

FILTHY! Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled strongly of smoke. One of the beds was unmade as if someone had already slept in it. There was hair in the shower. No light bulb in the lamp beside the bed. Carpet was stained badly. Wallpaper was coming off the walls in several areas. No internet connection even with their "password". Coffee pot still had coffee residue and coffee grounds or trash. Flies and bugs in room. Guests appeared to be "long term" residents with recliners and chairs outside. Clerk didn't know where downtown was nor could she answer any other questions. REQUEST FULL REFUND!

If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay for just a night & won’t be spending much time in the room, this place is fine. The room we had was pretty dirty (stains on carpet, hair in bathroom floor, gnats, stained toilet, the list goes on) so I definitely wouldn’t recommend more than a night.

Old coffee was left in coffee maker. We were provided with only 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper, no extra roll. No hairdryer. Beds looked like a toddler had made them. Bathroom counter was dirty, hair was stuck to the counter. Over all, everything was dirty. Someone’s dress was left hanging in the room. I wound not stay again or recommend this hotel.

Sign at desk said no prostitues in room. The 2 guys next door were on something all night constast non stop loud laughing . I turned up tv could still hear them. Slept in car . Could not get a hold of front desk sign said closed at 9am . Called later to tell them not staying a 2bd night.no answer.

Reserved a room online earlier in the day and when we got there to check in/pay the man at the front desk said he already sold our room because we didn’t credit card verify it. When I told him that was not an option online he changed his story and said when we reserved it online we had to check in before 4pm in order to keep it (we got there around 4:30). However online it says check in between 3:30pm-11pm. When I then asked to buy a room he charged me $55 more than what I had reserved the room for 12 hours earlier. The room itself was dirty and the sheets and towels smelled like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. When we showered the floor of the tub was so dirty the water was brown as it was pooling in the bottom of the tub. Would not stay here again.

The staff was nice. Apart from that, what a shitshow. Wasn’t able to get in my room until well after 7pm due to the system being down and the clerk being new and having nobody there to help her. The room was atrocious. Dirty, stained floors, beds straight from 1960 and just overall a crack house vibe. It may be cheap but it does come with a price. Literally stay anywhere else. A tent by the river would have been a night at the Hilton compared to this dump.

We were in an emergency situation and had to pick a motel on the road. Picked Relax Inn because of the price. Pretty run down and room was in need of some repairs. Dresser was broke. Toilet very low, beds very low. Fridge had drinks from previous renter. Beds seemed clean and we slept great on them. Would not choose to come back but host was friendly and check-in and out was smooth.

If you need a roof over your head for a few days this is perfect for you. The staff was friendly, the area was quiet. The bedding was clean, the water was hot, and there were no bugs. There is a bit of a funky smell but nothing a bit of fabreeze couldn't tackle.

Unfortunately, or not, the normal clerk had walked off the job that morning. The clerk that was on was doing her best with equipment not working. We were told that we had a nonsmoking room, but smelled like an ash tray. Quiet night with parking near the door.

Bathroom had 20 or so live sewer flies, plus dead flies tucked into bath towel. Other obvious maintenance issues (bathtub faucet dripping steady steam of water, bare light bulbs, dead light bulbs, exposed electrical parts for keyless lock, frost filled mini fridge, etc). Truly worst room I've ever seen. I was going to stay regardless since sewer flies aren't a disease vector and just ask staff for a fly swatter when I saw a small roach in the bathroom wall. I decided immediately to not stay. Front desk staff was polite about my decision. Offered to have housekeeping clean the room again but the issues (roaches) went beyond what a quick sprucing could fix. Property should not be offered on hotels.com. (I have stayed at many bare-bones, budget hotels across the US with no concerns. This is the only time I have ever chosen to walk out.)

Offered to have housekeeping clean the room again but the issues (roaches) went beyond what a quick sprucing could fix. Property should not be offered on hotels.com. (I have stayed at many bare-bones, budget hotels across the US with no concerns. This is the only time I have ever chosen to walk out.)
