Probably the worst hotel experience that you can ever have. If you're looking for a luxury stay... Don't even look at this hotel. The Rooms are very old, Moldy and dirty. Walls are made of paper. You can literally hear everything your neighbours are doing. They do night events that are just loud and ugly. The quality of people there is not where you want to be. That's for sure. Everyone gets super drunk and extremely noisy by midnight and they keep you up till 4 am. I got food poisoning from the first day. The food there is just terrible. The staff doesn't speak English and have no idea about hospitality. When we first arrived and saw the room I immediately requested an upgrade because a room like that would certainly make my kids sick. I paid extra of course for an upgrade and honestly it was the exact same experience. Just dirty... After the 2nd night we couldn't stand it. I was poisoned and kids became sick. So I booked in another amazing hotel and left. Before I left I had spoken to reception and told them that unfortunately we would have to leave. When i tried to explain why, they were looking at me like I'm speaking martian because, no english i asked Expedia to cancel and get me whatever refund even if one night as a gesture. The hotel told me no issue for the refund but then when expedia spoke to them. They said no to refund. I really didn't want to leave this one star reviews but after this experience I have to tell everyone so they don't fall for this scam.

Worst stay ever, room very dirty, no cleaning staff, no towels, mosquitoes everywhere. The team is very bad. No one is helping, my husband lost his shoes from our room. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They do not speak English but Turkish. Our room is dirty all the time. No hand towels only for shower and after 3 requests. Bed sheets are very dirty. The bed is not comfortable

Öncelikle şunu kesin olarak belirtmeliyim ki binalar çok eski doğru düzgün tadilat dahi yok ve bunun yanı sıra kullanılan mobilyalar beş para etmez konfor hiç yok fotoğraflara aldanmayın sakın konum olarak asıl gezilecek olan yerlere ortalama 30 dk / 1 saat gibi bir mesafede yemekler idare eder çalışanları güler yüzlü ama hizmet ve konfor anlamında fiyatları eylül ayında gitmiş olmama rağmen çok pahalı bu paralar yurt içi veya yurt dışında çok daha güzel yerlerde tatil yapabilirsiniz.

Maalesef otel eski , servis alalade , kapı kırıktı Personel ilgili ama genel olarak verilen ödeme ile alınan hizmet arasında çok fark var.
