Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brown Deer - Milwaukee North

We recently stayed at this hotel under the new ownership, and I can definitely see that they are trying to make improvements and create a better experience for their guests. The front desk staff was very nice, welcoming, and pleasant to deal with. I also really liked the addition of the warm cookies, which is a nice touch and something they didn't offer before. Little things like that show that the new owners are making an effort to make guests feel welcome. There are still a few areas that I think could use some improvement. One thing that would be especially helpful is having coffee available throughout the night for guests who may be up late or getting up early. I think that would be a simple addition that could make a difference. The hotel also no longer has a hot tub, but I understand that this is something the new ownership really can't control since it has been cemented in. There is still a pool, although it only goes to about four feet deep, so the pool area is somewhat limited. Overall, I appreciate the effort the new owners and staff are making. Not everything can be changed overnight, and I think they're trying to listen to their guests and make improvements where they can. With a few additional touches and continued attention to the guest experience, I think this hotel has the potential to be a really nice place to stay. Would I stay again? Possibly. I would definitely be interested in seeing how things continue to improve under the new ownership.

My stay was really pleasant..being the first time staying there and at Milwaukee..ty very happy and attentive staff..breakfast is just awesome..and fresh

Our one night stay was excellent. It was very clean. The free breakfast was remarkably better than most. Plenty of options, clean and very tasty it was. We esp. enjoyed the homemade oatmeal w/plenty of choices for toppings. Even the scrambled eggs were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay here. The staff very professional and friendly! 5 stars
