The pool area was nice, but the indoor spa was too cold. Very good food - buffet considering, but not a very effektive system at the restaurant entrance. Very good service: had a water damage from above, but they quickly fixed it and offered us a bottle of champagne as apology. Sweet cleaning crew that left candy for my daughter. Overall a nice hotel and a good experience.

Great hotel and great facilities for families. Indoor pool a god send for our baby as outdoor pool was too cold and deep for her to splash in. Staff all really friendly and so kind to our daughter. Breakfast amazing, so many options. Lady cooking the eggs so happy and pleasant.

The hotel is located up a very steep hill that connects to an extremely busy road, which makes both access and the surrounding area quite noisy. Unfortunately, the noise continues inside—there’s little to no sealing on the windows and doors, so you hear everything. Cleaners start working from 8am and can be quite loud, banging mops against walls. Guests who are early risers often chat loudly on their balconies, and due to the poor soundproofing, it’s impossible to sleep through it. The pool is overcrowded, with no available sunbeds and no real space to relax. The poolside menu is very limited, overpriced, and consists mostly of uninspiring junk food. Overall, the atmosphere felt chaotic and not very relaxing. I wouldn’t choose to return, although I can imagine this might still be considered a decent hotel by some, depending on what you're looking for.

We only stayed one night, nice indoor pool and partial ocean view was great. Room was a bit worn out, but hotel overall was clean and in the nice quiet neighborhood. At reception they did charce deposit from towels, but didn't offer ropes wich woud have been nice to have since it's "spa" hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist eher günstig. Auf ältere Generationen ausgerichtet. Dies wird in unterschiedlicher Hinsicht deutlich. Auswahl an Speisen ist gross. Vielfach jedoch nicht mehr frisch. Zu oft wiederverwertet. Pasta für die Kids waren teilweise ausgetrocknet oder Meeresfrüchte rochen unangenehm. Kaffee gewöhnungsbedürftig und wässerig. Aktivitäten für Kinder wie z.B. eine Zaubershow, sind viel zu spät angesetzt. (22:15) Flexibilität betreffend Uhrzeit beim Check-In / Check-Out fehlt. Für Abweichungen werden EUR 30.— verlangt. Wäsche waschen viel zu teuer, Maschinen jedoch in schmutzigem Zustand. Gewisse Personen im Mini-Club verhalten sich genervt gegenüber den Kindern. Die normalen Betten in den Zimmern sind „mobile Betten“ mit rädern und sind sehr instabil. Personal meistens freundlich. Die Lage ist gut. Zum Supermarkt sind es 5min zu Fuss. Zum Strand 10min. Das Hallenbad ist in Ordnung. Einige Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen und funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen. Keine 4 Sterne.

God beliggenhed og mange aktiviteter for børn. Air condition på værelse larmer og udsender meget kold luft. Dejlig pool som dog lugter lidt af klor selv om hotellet skriver at den renses med saltvand. Dejligt med spa. Venligt personale. Aftensmaden kunne godt være af højere kvalitet og mærkninger af allergener/intolerancer ved retterne mangler. Dyr parkering i kælderen, så det er bedst at finde på vejen.

A great place for a family holiday. Ideally located close to the beach at the quieter end of the town and only a short ride from the airport. The outdoor pools are lovely and just the right depth for kids of all ages. The pools and deck were cleaned down each morning before use. The organised entertainment and activities both day and night were great fun.. The Friday foam party in the pool was a highlight. Food in general is great, the restaurant is well organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a different theme each night, some of the specialties were a bit disappointing, especially Italian night but still plenty of quality food to choose from. Rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning kicked in quickly to keep the room at a lovely temperature. All of the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly.

Animation war gut. Essensauswahl war vielfältig. Vollständige Küche auf dem Zimmer eingerichtet. Betten war sehr einfach und begrenzt bequem. Spielen im Pool mit Wasserball oder Bällen nicht erlaubt.

Overall, pretty good, good food, excellent coffee. Our experience was negatively influenced because of sewage odour in our room, due to overflow in the bathroom sink. We asked to change room but resort was full. They did a treatment which helped for one day but terrible odour was back. We complained again and never heard from anyone neither were we offered compensation. This was poorly handled and a bad experience. We were out a lot but we had to close the bathroom door in mornings and evenings and leave the patio door open. Had to share

Het hotel is netjes en schoon. Het ligt aan de onderkant van benamaldena waar het rustiger js. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo het strand op (500m) en is een winkel dichtbij. Het eten is niet goed, weinig keuze bij het buffet en niet lekker. In de snackbar een keer pizza halen kost je 18 euro voor 2 diepvries pizza’s, echt belachelijk. Klachten hierover wordt niets mee gedaan. Het is een mooie kamer met een kleine keuken en aparte slaapkamer / airco. Voor kids alles goed geregeld. Het wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt.

Rien à dire : tout est très bien : gentillesse et accueil du personnel, infrastructures et services de l hôtel. Restauration testée en pension complète: repas de qualité et variés. Ménage et propreté : nickel. Animation efficace pour ceux qui veulent en profiter et discrète pour ceux qui veulent du calme. Cet hôtel est très bien situé : il convient aux couples et familles . Le prix est très correct . benalmadena est une très belle ville à 25 min de l aéroport dd malaga. Je referai ce séjour en 2023 ! Merci à l ensemble du personnel de hôtel Benalmadena Palace !

Das Hotel ist sehr alt. So würde man heute kein Hotel mehr bauen. Das Zimmer im 7.Stock war schmutzig. Die Stühle hatten klebrige Flecken, die Schrankfächer waren dreckig und man fand noch Krümel, Haare, Zahnpastareste und Einkaufsbons von unseren Vorgängern darin. Das Sofa war einfach nur ekelig. Das Bett war nur 160cm Breit. Das Badezimmer mit Dachschräge ist für große Menschen ungeeignet. Dusche undicht und lief ins Zimmer aus.Die kleinen Handtücher hatten oft noch Make-Up-Reste von Vorbenutzern. Zu wenig Fahrstühle mit schlechter Steuerung. Zu Stoßzeiten haben wir oft mehr als zehn Minuten auf den Fahrstuhl gewartet, der dann so voll war, dass wir dann doch zu Fuss gehen mussten. Das Essen ist ok, wenn auch eher für den englischen Gaumen ausgelegt. Ein positives Highlight war der Wok, was aber leider sehr von dem jeweiligen Koch abhing. Obwohl das Dinner bis um 22 Uhr gehen sollte, wurde um 20:30 Uhr schon nicht mehr nachgelegt, sogar beim Salat nicht. Im Restaurant leider wenig Möglichkeiten um draußen zu sitzen. Der Poolbereich war zwar eng, aber man hat immer einen Liegeplatz gefunden. Der Spieleraum mit Billardtischen usw. war gut ausgestattet und funktionsbereit. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Fazit: Wir haben schon sehr viele 4 Sterne Hotels in Spanien besucht. Dieses war das schlechteste 4 Sterne Hotel in dem wir jemals waren. Leider war es bei weitem nicht das günstigste. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Everything was perfect and spotless. Found a welcoming display in the room of an elephant made out of a towel and some sweets. Lovely spread for breakfast. The staff were very helpful too. 2 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Will be returning soon.

Hébergement plutôt bien dans l’ensemble. Si ce n’est que le restaurant reste limite en therme de qualité de produit… Notre chambre étant situé au dessus de l’entrée cela état devenu une horreur la nuit avec le passage des voitures et le stationnement des bus d’arrivé laissant les moteurs tourner…

L’hotel est sympa mais ne vaut pas se 4 étoiles, la nuit c’est compliqué de bien dormir car on est réveillé à cause des bruits. Il n’y a pas d’isolation. Le buffet n’est pas varié et pas de saveurs. Les piscines extérieures non chauffées mais il y’a celle interieur. Le personnel est à l’écoute.

Cleaners start working from 8am and can be quite loud, banging mops against walls. Guests who are early risers often chat loudly on their balconies, and due to the poor soundproofing, it’s impossible to sleep through it. The pool is overcrowded, with no available sunbeds and no real space to relax. The poolside menu is very limited, overpriced, and consists mostly of uninspiring junk food. We only stayed one night, nice indoor pool and partial ocean view was great. Room was a bit worn out, but hotel overall was clean and in the nice quiet neighborhood. At reception they did charce deposit from towels, but didn't offer ropes wich woud have been nice to have since it's "spa" hotel.

Estadia agradável em hotel em que é notória a simpatia dos funcionários. Perto da praia mas com 100 metros de rampa inclinada para chegar ao hotel. Boas piscinas assim como os divertimentos programados. Relativamente à alimentação, buffet variado para uma semana, depois começa a ser repetitivo. Alojamento com baixa pressão da água assim como inconstância da temperatura, mas como não reclamamos tb não sabemos se seria só daquele quarto. Parque de estacionamento caro (18€/dia) mas sem muita dificuldade em arranjar alternativa nas proximidades.

The pool area was nice, but the indoor spa was too cold. Very good food - buffet considering, but not a very effektive system at the restaurant entrance. Very good service: had a water damage from above, but they quickly fixed it and offered us a bottle of champagne as apology. Sweet cleaning crew that left candy for my daughter. Overall a nice hotel and a good experience.

Overall, pretty good, good food, excellent coffee. Our experience was negatively influenced because of sewage odour in our room, due to overflow in the bathroom sink. We asked to change room but resort was full. They did a treatment which helped for one day but terrible odour was back. We complained again and never heard from anyone neither were we offered compensation. This was poorly handled and a bad experience. We were out a lot but we had to close the bathroom door in mornings and evenings and leave the patio door open. Had to share

Vi har hatt det veldig bra på dette hotellet. Utrolig bra service fra alle vi har møtt i personalet. Og bedre enn jeg kan huske fra noe annet sted vi har bodd. Veldig hyggelig!!

Perfect location. Not too far from the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very clean, restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but there was one female receptionist who wasn’t very friendly at all.

A great place for a family holiday. Ideally located close to the beach at the quieter end of the town and only a short ride from the airport. The outdoor pools are lovely and just the right depth for kids of all ages. The pools and deck were cleaned down each morning before use. The organised entertainment and activities both day and night were great fun.. The Friday foam party in the pool was a highlight. Food in general is great, the restaurant is well organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a different theme each night, some of the specialties were a bit disappointing, especially Italian night but still plenty of quality food to choose from. Rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning kicked in quickly to keep the room at a lovely temperature. All of the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly.

Hotel troszeczkę na uboczu. Do plazy 7 minut spacerem ale powrót pod dość stromą gorę. Dobrze posprzątane cysto wszędzie chociaż hotel swoje lata już ma. Przewspaniała obsługa nie ma problemu z niczym włącznie ze zmiana pokoju po jednej nocy ze względu na widok. Zawsze usmiechnieci i mili. Smaczne zawsze ciepłe jedzenie wybór sredni . Super basen kryty woda mysle 35 stopni w srodku tez cieplutko i przyjemnie. Z basenu na zewnątrz nie korzystałem ni ta pora roku. Wyglada dobrze i czysto. Wieczorne rozrywki do 1 w nocy. Jeden minus jak dla mnie to przewrażliwienie na zasady covidowe. Pewnie bedzie lepiej za 2-3 miesiące

Nous avons un studio avec une chambre fermé , pour 2 personnes c’est excellent ! Très bien situé , resto , bar , épicerie , mer tout se fait à pied . Les piscines intérieur et extérieur sont sublimes Attraction pour enfants et adultes aussi ! On va revenir c’est certain !

God beliggenhed og mange aktiviteter for børn. Air condition på værelse larmer og udsender meget kold luft. Dejlig pool som dog lugter lidt af klor selv om hotellet skriver at den renses med saltvand. Dejligt med spa. Venligt personale. Perfect location. Not too far from the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very clean, restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but there was one female receptionist who wasn’t very friendly at all.

Everything was perfect and spotless. Found a welcoming display in the room of an elephant made out of a towel and some sweets. Lovely spread for breakfast. The staff were very helpful too. 2 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Will be returning soon.

Estadia agradável em hotel em que é notória a simpatia dos funcionários. Perto da praia mas com 100 metros de rampa inclinada para chegar ao hotel. Boas piscinas assim como os divertimentos programados. Relativamente à alimentação, buffet variado para uma semana, depois começa a ser repetitivo. Alojamento com baixa pressão da água assim como inconstância da temperatura, mas como não reclamamos tb não sabemos se seria só daquele quarto. Parque de estacionamento caro (18€/dia) mas sem muita dificuldade em arranjar alternativa nas proximidades.

The pool area was nice, but the indoor spa was too cold. Very good food - buffet considering, but not a very effektive system at the restaurant entrance. Very good service: had a water damage from above, but they quickly fixed it and offered us a bottle of champagne as apology. Sweet cleaning crew that left candy for my daughter. Overall a nice hotel and a good experience.

L’hotel est sympa mais ne vaut pas se 4 étoiles, la nuit c’est compliqué de bien dormir car on est réveillé à cause des bruits. Il n’y a pas d’isolation. Le buffet n’est pas varié et pas de saveurs. Les piscines extérieures non chauffées mais il y’a celle interieur. Le personnel est à l’écoute.

Great hotel and great facilities for families. Indoor pool a god send for our baby as outdoor pool was too cold and deep for her to splash in. Staff all really friendly and so kind to our daughter. Breakfast amazing, so many options. Lady cooking the eggs so happy and pleasant.

The hotel is located up a very steep hill that connects to an extremely busy road, which makes both access and the surrounding area quite noisy. Unfortunately, the noise continues inside—there’s little to no sealing on the windows and doors, so you hear everything. Cleaners start working from 8am and can be quite loud, banging mops against walls. Guests who are early risers often chat loudly on their balconies, and due to the poor soundproofing, it’s impossible to sleep through it. The pool is overcrowded, with no available sunbeds and no real space to relax. The poolside menu is very limited, overpriced, and consists mostly of uninspiring junk food. Overall, the atmosphere felt chaotic and not very relaxing. I wouldn’t choose to return, although I can imagine this might still be considered a decent hotel by some, depending on what you're looking for.

Aktivitäten für Kinder wie z.B. eine Zaubershow, sind viel zu spät angesetzt. (22:15) Flexibilität betreffend Uhrzeit beim Check-In / Check-Out fehlt. Für Abweichungen werden EUR 30.— verlangt. Wäsche waschen viel zu teuer, Maschinen jedoch in schmutzigem Zustand. Gewisse Personen im Mini-Club verhalten sich genervt gegenüber den Kindern. Die normalen Betten in den Zimmern sind „mobile Betten“ mit rädern und sind sehr instabil. Personal meistens freundlich. Die Lage ist gut. Zum Supermarkt sind es 5min zu Fuss. Zum Strand 10min. A great place for a family holiday. Ideally located close to the beach at the quieter end of the town and only a short ride from the airport. The outdoor pools are lovely and just the right depth for kids of all ages. The pools and deck were cleaned down each morning before use. The organised entertainment and activities both day and night were great fun.. The Friday foam party in the pool was a highlight. Food in general is great, the restaurant is well organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a different theme each night, some of the specialties were a bit disappointing, especially Italian night but still plenty of quality food to choose from. Rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning kicked in quickly to keep the room at a lovely temperature. All of the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly.

Déçu par cet hôtel par rapport aux commentaires. Chambre correct sans plus mais propre. Petit lit double dans les studios, mieux dans les appartements avec 2 lits simples. Le pire, le restaurant. A part le petit déjeuner correct (bon café) le dîner était peu varié sans goût et froid. Tarif des bouteilles d'eau élevés. Sinon personnels à l'écoute et efficace. SPA très sympa. Parking gratuit à proximité de l'hôtel.

Arrived slightly earlier than check in but room was ready ... Very clean with water and towel animal waiting for us, which the kids loved. All members of staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Pool area did become a little cluttered at times with cups and paper plates but otherwise all clean. Entertainment staff did not stop, kids loved the pool entertainment, especially the foam party! Nice touch having Benny the tiger visit at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner food quality was great, all fresh better than expected. Egg station was fab. Did try lunch once as was half board and could swap dinner over but dinner was much nicer, room for lunch abit bleak. Location wise, abit of a walk into main area but we knew that and didn't want to be in the main drag - still plenty of restaurants and bars near by. 5 mins walk to the beach. Daily cinema, football pitch, padle court, separate spa area with lounge beds, all clean. Hotel feels like it should be busy given the size but never waited for anything. Was on floor 5 above pub but didn't hear the entertainment. Would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is fantastic for children, with a huge variety of activities for them to participate in. The buffet style options meant, there was something for everyone. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was fantastic for the 4 of us. Thank you
