Room was great, spacious. Pool was good but I found the water colder than it should’ve been. One of the pool jets was sending cold water into the pool… you’d think it would be at least warm water… breakfast was ideal for a quick bite before leaving. Staff was very friendly! Would stay here again!

very nice staff, just be aware that this hotel has a dog can stay policy, if you do not care for other people's pets, be sure to stay off of floors one and two. We lucked out and was on floor 5. Nice rooms, and easing parking. highly recommend except for the pet policy

This hotel Is Not Pet friendly ! I was shocked to find out that I was being charged 50 per Night pet fee per dog . I have 2 5lb Maltese dogs and therefore my bill for one night was over 350.OO to stay in a 3* hotel that was a dump inside the room , poor towels and bed linens ( the lobby was very nice ) Incidentally my dogs behave better than most children as upon entering their were 2 teenagers soaking wet coming from the pool dripping water everywhere and they stay for free Im not against a pet fee as most all hotels charge one but in my experience we are charge a single fee per room per stay NOT per pet per night Had I known this on this site I would not have chosen this hotel but I could not cancel as it was too late and I would have been charged for the room regardless Stay away from this hotel if you have pets Not pet friendly pet extortion!

This was a great stay, very clean, great staff. The pool was clean, warm and open late. The basketball court was a great add on! Staff were kind. The only issue I had, was receiving a wake up call at 730am when I did not request one. Overall experience was excellent

Decent place to stay. Walls are a little thin between suites so you can hear a lot. Cardio equipment needs some maintenance. Excellent housekeeping and the morning breakfast was good.

Our stay was perfect, and we were impressed by the service and the amenities. The breakfast was excellent, and the Wednesday evening light meal on offer was a very pleasant surprise! The pool, basketball nets, and games available to borrow make Homewood Suites Sudbury an excellent place for families, and whenever we’re back in town, we will definitely stay there!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful especially the woman at the front desk. Very nice breakfast. The hotel and some of the furniture in the rooms could use a freshen up. Some things are a bit used up.

Property is dated. Room was clean but for price I didn’t expect to have torn carpet, torn up chairs and scratched furniture. I would have expected better from this hotel.

The room was very comfortable. It was large, clean, modern and had everything we needed: fridge, dishwasher, cook top, microwave. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and the block out blinds keep sunlight out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The common areas are nice and the breakfast had a very wide selection of hot and cold options. The pool was over chlorinated. We didn't get cleaning service or fresh linen and towels in the 5 nights we were there. There aren't many tv channels. I would definitely stay again.

Desk staff were very good. Poor ventilation in bathroom resulting in moldy areas around tub. Surface of dinette table was dirty (we wiped a spill and remnants of red sauce came off) and dinette chairs seat covers need to be recovered. Sofa and chair were new.

Very friendly and courteous young man working the desk at night when we arrived. Room was clean, and with as full Family the pull out sofa was needed, it was in good working order and quite comfortable. Room was showing its age a little but always a nice stay here.

While the actual rooms in this property are somewhat dated, they were clean and comfortable. The rest of the property was very well maintained and had lots of amenities. The staff we absolutely excellent and very friendly and helpful. The food service at the buffet was a delightful surprise - well stocked and delicious!

We stayed here to allow my husband to recoop from back surgery (we are from out of town) The property was nice, bed very comfortable. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable however. Sofa sank uncomfortably (i think the sofa bed affected its comfort) Side chair was extremely tall compared to the sofa. Kitchen chairs were solid, but fabric definitely showing its age. Wifi was challenging - we were told it is because of the side of the building (too close to sister hotel - so we kept picking up their wifi, but it wouldn't let us connect to it) I had to keep taking my computer down the hallway to connect and then return to our room. Very inconvenient. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

We had a suite - 2 queen beds in a separate bedroom and a pull out sofabed in the living area, with a kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone. This was perfect for our family of four with 2 teenagers. Loved how much space we had. Nice to not be on top of each other. The sound proofing is lacking though as we could hear neighbours talking and kids screaming from the rooms on either side. Breakfast area was spacious with a good variety of foods to choose from. All sorts of restaurants and stores very close. Would stay again because of the layout of the suite.

The kitchen staff were amazing!! So helpful, happy and efficient!! Wonderful selection of food!! Sadly, our pull out couch was HORRIBLE!!! I asked for a replacement but was told there were not any. Myself and my daughter slept on it for 2 nights and had actual springs sticking in our backs!! My back is still sore at home.

Got a suite. Thinking its a nice place. Oh did we get a nice surprise. Walls are paper-thin could here every footstep and conversation like you were beside them from the corridors to the room next door. If you stay here, bring your own pillow i swear it was filled with air. Your face will be kissing one of the worst mattresses Ive slept on in a while. You might as well of left the pillow on the ground. To top it off, in the morning... the cream was spoiled and ruined the one good thing the room had going for it, the Coffee machine But... it did come with a fresh roll of proper papertowel. For that ill give it an extra star

The hotel rooms need to be updated. The couches were so uncomfortable and rock hard. The cable channels didn’t line up with what was showing. The drawers in the dresser kept opening up(wouldn’t stay closed) on two dressers due to them being slanted, so we kept knocking into them. Other than that we had a nice time in the pool and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Loved the front desk customer service. Was a breeze checking in. Manager himself even brought up our kids uber eats. Great spot thats not too far from everything..especially if you want somewhere a little more quiet.

The room was laid out very nice. Hotel was quiet, priced well, staff were all great. Best thing of all, they text you with any updates, or concerns you may have. Will be going back.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful! Every second day room refresh was ok except insufficient towels left on arrival day. Asked for more and staff almost instantly complied. Would book here again for next visit

When I checked in, the front desk attendant seemed distracted and gave me no info on wifi, breakfast or parking, although I heard her give this info to the person ahead of me. Room was nice and comfortable, although the toilet seat litterally would not stay up without me having to hold it! Seemed odd...

This was a great stay, very clean, great staff. The pool was clean, warm and open late. The basketball court was a great add on! Staff were kind. The only issue I had, was receiving a wake up call at 730am when I did not request one. Overall experience was excellent

We reserved a 2 bedroom king suite however upon arrival we were told they were out of 2 bedrooms king suites. We had to downgrade to a 1 bedroom queen suite. The reason i reserved this hotel over other nicer hotels was for the 2 bedroom suites. The rest of our stay was fine, great breakfast buffet, ok pool, nice gentleman at the front desk. The lobby and hallways are ok decor wise but the rooms on 4 are very dated and scruffed up. The most uncomfortable sofas in the universe, bar none. Not a comfy stay, zero compensation for our room not being available, we wont return.

Very friendly and courteous young man working the desk at night when we arrived. Room was clean, and with as full Family the pull out sofa was needed, it was in good working order and quite comfortable. Room was showing its age a little but always a nice stay here.

Upon arrival, gentleman at desk asked if my Expedia reservation was placed with a Mastercard. It was not. He asked for my credit card for incidentals/deposit. After checking bank account, I can see that my card was CHARGED for the prepaid rooms (-$950!!!).

Loved the front desk customer service. Was a breeze checking in. Manager himself even brought up our kids uber eats. Great spot thats not too far from everything..especially if you want somewhere a little more quiet.

Like its location in the southend. Alot more quiet then downtown, and only a 5min drive from there. Restaurant right there in parking lot, and several others in close vicinity. My only issue here was the horrendously loud noise whenever toilets were flushed in middle of building floors. Think our suite had the main drainage for bathrooms going down in the wall. When i say loud i mean loud. Like a bathtub of airlocked water and mud/gravel falling through the wall. Other then that, the room and service here was great, and the breakfast was awesome.

As someone with recent dietary restrictions, I was very pleased with the fat free food options and skim milk for the included breakfast. This is something not everyone thinks about, but for those of us with medical conditions and restrictions it made such a positive impression on my spouse and I to have these breakfast options available. This hotel was awesome!!! The breakfast was exceptional, the best we have ever had on our vacation!!! One restaurant within walking distance like across parking lot. Room was clean and quiet. Stay here is your able. Wonderful stay

Decent place to stay. Walls are a little thin between suites so you can hear a lot. Cardio equipment needs some maintenance. Excellent housekeeping and the morning breakfast was good.

Our stay was perfect, and we were impressed by the service and the amenities. The breakfast was excellent, and the Wednesday evening light meal on offer was a very pleasant surprise! The pool, basketball nets, and games available to borrow make Homewood Suites Sudbury an excellent place for families, and whenever we’re back in town, we will definitely stay there!

Stayed for 3 nights Friday-Monday. Had breakfast at hotel all 3 days. Sat was fine, Sun they had run out of sausages when we first got there and they weren’t replenished for a half hour at least. Layout was a bit weird didn’t notice they had cut up fruit until Sunday as it was tucked between the microwave and waffle makers. This morning (Mon) there was no waffle machine so my husband was disappointed. They ran out of bacon a few times (after 8 breakfast went to 9). Ran out of both types of coffee. Regular & robust. No decaf. Didn’t notice if there was instant. Stayed there expecting a better breakfast but had scrambled eggs all 3 days. 2 types of potatoes over 3 days. No hard boiled eggs. Usually visit 1-2 times per year but most likely would not stay there again. Breakfast was not much different than the one from the DaysInn a lot cheaper hotel but not as nice a hotel. We would probably stay at the CountryInn or Hampton next time.
