We were “upgraded” to the Wyndham Grand hotel from the Wyndham Garden Inn. This was not an upgrade at all. The room was incredibly small, smelled awful and nothing like the picture. We accepted the upgrade because we were aware that our initial hotel was housing people due to poor conditions on the reserve. We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary which was noted on the booking. When I asked to be moved to a room a little higher up floor wise, I was told the hotel was sold out. It wasn’t. The front desk clerk was not truthful. We booked a city view at our initial hotel and expected to get the same at the Wyndham Grand; however the window faced the parking garage.

Hotel is always clean, rooms are nice and staff are super friendly.

Very bad parking arrangements, Coffee machine not working in the room, toilet seat doesn't stay up. Very underwhelming stay.

Everything was excellent and clean. The staff here are super friendly and always helpful. My go-to hotel when I stay in Niagara:)
