Its proximity to the stunning village of Cotignac mean that discerning guests can easily and quickly experience the best that a Provençal village deep in rosé territory has to offer. The house is very comfortable and well equipped especially the kitchen, which is no real surprise, given that the owners also own a restaurant. With subtle gentle colours and natural textures throughout, the house feels light, airy, spacious and importantly cool! The two ground floor bedrooms, bathroom and the kids' area stay at a cooler temperature. On the first floor the blinds and sliding glass doors provide welcome shade and relief from the high summer temperatures. There is an awning above the outdoor dining table next to the barbecue, and the Mulberry Tree the house is named after provides intricate patterned shade on a different terrace. With terraces and/ or balconies on each of the four sides of the property and gorgeous planting, it's always possible to find welcome shade or full on sunshine throughout the day, whichever you prefer. The pool, terraces and outdoor shower offer relief from the heat. The garden is totally secure and private. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. We recommend that parents of young children carefully review the photos of the staircase connecting the floors to ensure that it does not pose a risk for younger guests.
