Location was great for the hop on hop off bus. About a 5 minute walk. Good little store near by and great coffee place too. The laundry was a huge plus. My kids also liked the kids' room.

The room and bathroom was big and comfortable with lots of areas for storage. Mini kitchen was serviceable. They only offer housekeeping every three days. There was only one elevator that was consistently in service, the other two were being repaired or something. Not a ton of bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there’s a metro stop nearby.

This was good for a longer stay. The room was clean and quiet. It was dark at night. Didn’t hear the usual hotel noise of other guests. Slept very well. Two twins pushed together which seems to be standard for Europe. Good thing was they didn’t slide apart so I was still able to sleep next to my husband. The sheets were so comfortable. The kitchen had the basics as far as pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. There is a small fridge, microwave, cooktop, but no vent. So you can’t get too crazy with cooking. There are several small markets nearby. Only critique was the slippery shower that spilled water all over the floor every time. It was incredibly hot so be careful! Front desk people were professional and helpful. Leave yourself a lot of time for laundry. The dryer takes forever to dry your clothes. We didn’t eat at the breakfast buffet since we got food to cook in the room for breakfast. Neighborhood was clean and an easy walk to two metro stations on different lines. This is not in the center of things which is good or bad depending on your needs but a quick metro ride away.

Perfect for visiting students who live at Marina Beyoo Nextdoor and I loved being able to do laundry. Elevator was broken which was kind of a pain but staff were friendly and overall it was a great experience!

We loved that they checked us in earlier than scheduled and the gym was much better than you’d normally find in same level properties. Cleanliness can be improved as hallway outside the rooms were dirty from the time we checked in till we checked out. One big no no was they cleaned our room a day earlier than scheduled and left a window wide open! The room was freezing! Security was an issue as window was on the 3rd floor and easily accessible from outside. Local people always warn about keeping our valuables safe then the cleaning crew themselves leave your room open for outsiders! No real apology or anything else from the hotel management was done to address this issue. That was the biggest disappointment for us. So overall happy with some stuff but ruined by experiences such as that.

The only 2 issues i had were 1 the dryers did not dry my clothes leaving me with damp clothes even after 4 cycles. 2nd the shower every 2 min would lose all cold water and turn into scalding water that burned the back of my legs and feet.

This property provided large rooms (even the studio! I stayed in both studio and one bedroom apartment), comfortable beds, great breakfast, and I was able to do a load of laundry and work out in a nicely appointed gym. It is ideal for visiting students housed nextdoor and there is lovely grocery nearby if you want to stock the small kitchen for some meals. It is also close to metro and was a great value.

Week end très agréable en famille. Suite bien adaptée pour 4 et personnel plutôt accueillant. Un petit bémol sur le service de chambre, pas de passage durant les 3 jours, nous avons conservé les serviettes humides de nos premières douches tout le week end.

Fin studiolägenhet med soffa/tv, skrivbord och ett litet kök förutom det vanligaste. Läget är lite i utkanten av centrum, men nära till 2 tunnelbanelinjer. Det som drar ner betyget var en avloppsstank i badrummet som hängde i hela vår vistelse.

The hotel itself was ok. Great little restaurant right around the corner! But we stayed on the first floor. The outside sewage. Smell was overwhelming! To the point we struggled to sleep ior enjoy any time in the room. We said something to the front desk and it was obvious this was a common concern. A higher floor may not have experienced this problem.

This was not a nice stay. Plates was dirty. Hair found in different places but the worst thing is that both our kids got bitten by bed bugs. They had rashes all over. Really disgusting.

Room was good, however there was an absolute putrid overwhelming smell in the room. Seems as though they have a plumbing problem. When I asked about it at the front desk they were aware of the issue and gave me air freshener. They sent someone the next morning to check it but did not fix anything. When I asked for cleaning supplies to clean up vomit from a sick child, they gave me glass cleaner. Some of the staff was nice but others were rude and not helpful.

I had understood that baths were in all the two-room suites. This was a misunderstanding on my part, but when I asked to change to a suite with a bath I got the impression the request was inconvenient. However, I was happy enough with the shower, and it was a very good one. A couple of other things: TV in bedroom wouldn't switch off, although it does switch off automatically after several hours. This didn't bother me, but it might bother others. Big quibble: the "double beds" are two single beds pushed together and covered with a sheet. This is obviously unacceptable and uncomfortable, but my extremely helpful cleaner offered me a proper double mattress, and this solved the problem. Hotel: double beds must be proper double beds, even if it costs a bit more. The quiet in the room was EXCELLENT - no noise at all, and this wasn't coincidence as I was there eight nights and there was pretty much zero disturbance. I would return on this fact alone. The kitchen is also very good. The locaton is...OK. A bit far from the centre, but if you can learn to love the metro you'll be fine.

The hotel is well located However it needs some upgrades in panting My bathroom door and frame was rotten by water Bad construction and design to put a door next to the shower. That’s why the door was infiltrated with water damages over the years I would say the rate after seeing this was overpriced

Le sejour s'est bien passé meme si la literie du salon ne correspondait pas à notre attente. En effet, sur les photos du site c'est un vrai lit escamotable dans le salon et nous avons eu un canapé lit pas confortable : matelas de faible épaisseur et surtout ressort bruyant ! Les plus : propreté, localisation (20 min à pied de la pkage et 20 min à pied de la Sagrada Familia), metro à proximité, bagagerie, amabilité du personnel. Les moins : canapé lit, salle de sport dans une pièce aveugle, pas de cafetière !

If you are going with kids, the room set up can be a struggle. The bathroom is through the main bedroom. Which is tough. Especially in the middle of the night. There is almost no where to eat close to the hotel. We are people who walk, so it wasn't a huge deal. But there was no running out to grab something. Bigger issues were: 1 - the smell of raw sewage that wafted out of the bathroom. It was very strong. 2 - The internet was terrible. Weak, dropped all the time, frequently with the message "not connected to the internet". We had to drop the network to use LTE on our phones often. The staff are friendly enough. The place was clean overall. I would not stay here again though.

I stayed 11 nights for working and pleasure purposes and I enjoyed my stay. The Internet connection is reliable and fast for working. My room was a good size with a nice desk, sofa, TV with Chromecast and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious and the shower worked marvelously. Property is well maintained and it's close to 2 metro stations for 2 different metro lines, L1 and L4.
I stayed 11 nights for working and pleasure purposes and I enjoyed my stay. The Internet connection is reliable and fast for working. My room was a good size with a nice desk, sofa, TV with Chromecast and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious and the shower worked marvelously. Schönes Hotel, alles sauber, nettes Personal. Leider sind die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Türen an den Schränken sollten mal wieder befestigt werden.

L’établissement a communiqué avec nous pour avoir un numéro de carte de crédit et nous essayions sans cesse sans réussir à parler à quelqu’un. Un soir l dame m’a dit de rappeler dans 20 min parce qu’elle n’était pas disponible et quand j’ai téléphoné un homme m’a dit qu’elle était partie et qu’elle ne pouvait pas m’aider. Nous avons envoyé un formulaire par courriel comme demandé, et malgré ça quand nous sommes arrivés, ils avaient loué notre chambre à quelqu’un d’autre en nous disant qu’avec Hotels.com c’était compliqué et que ça ne se faisait pas comme ça d’habitude pour le paiement, etc. Une autre préposée nous a dit que c’était parce que l’air climatisé était brisé dans notre chambre. Bref, nous avons compris qu’ils avaient fait plus d’argent en louant à d’autres gens plus cher alors que nous avions réservé des mois avant. Nous avons donc eu deux chambres séparées non-communiquantes.

HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona! Great location: walkable distance to the grocery store and a few restaurants, 15-20 min drive to some meeting points for your tours in Barcelona and surroundings. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always available to assist you with anything you need. The breakfast was outstanding in variety and quality. Very clean and cozy! We will absolutely stay here again next time.

The hotel is close to a Metro stop and easy to find. Ahead of my stay, they contacted me to find out when I would be arriving in the city, and were able to offer me an early check in and access to my room when I arrived. I was happy with the service and helpful staff, and my room also met my expectations.

We are very pleased with the hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, price, the breakfast buffet, the extra assistance ( like booking a taxi for us or booking a tour for us), the courteous and helpful staffs and the peaceful environment!! It is a goldmine to find a hotel like this!! I would like to give extra to the gentleman at the reception for taking time to book out tour!! Will defintely recommend this hotel!!

Very friendly staff, shout out to Erik at the front desk, very clean, nice size rooms, great breakfast! Not city center but very convent for getting around both by walking and transportation. Recommend.

sono stato con la mia famiglia 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi e abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. La consiglio a tutti perchè non state nel centro di barcellona ma con la metro a pochi metri potete raggiungere tutte le vs. mete. Bellissimo viaggio

I stayed 11 nights for working and pleasure purposes and I enjoyed my stay. The Internet connection is reliable and fast for working. My room was a good size with a nice desk, sofa, TV with Chromecast and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious and the shower worked marvelously. Property is well maintained and it's close to 2 metro stations for 2 different metro lines, L1 and L4.

Great place to stay. GREAT AC! I was so worried that the AC was gonna be bad but it was great. Kept us cool the entire time and was true AC. Breakfast was so delicious every morning with many options. Room was spacious and quiet. Only downside was no wash rags and no conditioner but you can always bring your own. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel self-serve laundry was nice. The kid's playroom was good to give our pre-schooler something to do in the evenings. Hotel staff helped book a 3AM taxi back to the airport for us that went very smoothly. The kitchen and fridge gave us the opportunity to prepare our own breakfasts and some late night snacks. We didn't eat nearby, but there were plenty of convenience stores and a bakery on the way to the subway station. We did go to the Glories station a lot where there is a giant Carrefour and a bunch of food choices.
