La struttura è immersa nel verde e gode di un bel panorama anche se nelle immediate vicinanze è presente una diga e quindi una centrale elettrica da cui partono decine di fili elettrici con numerosi tralicci dell'alta tensione. Nel bagno c'era la tavoletta rotta e la stanza era "datata". La colazione non era molto ricca. In pratica, la struttura non vale il prezzo pagato, almeno per ciò che riguarda le stanze. Può darsi che le cabine siano migliori ma non ho avuto modo di verificare. Sarebbe andata bene se disse costata la metà

We visited 5 years ago for my mums birthday and were excited to return for my partners birthday but didn’t feel like the overall maintenance of the cabin was great comparatively to what it had been on our first stay. The deck was peeling, cabins were missing the Adirondack chairs and the fire ring, there was no BBQ but gas tank was still there, our hot tub wasn’t pre heated. We ended up being upgraded to a nicer cabin but it was a chore to get a resolution, the manager kept saying it had been checked by maintenance but it wasn’t to temp so that doesn’t matter, we are not going to sit and wait for hours for it to come to temp, it should be there prior to our arrival, the overall guest experience wasn’t there, felt overpriced, missing touches such as we booked pet friendly cabin but then they were surprised when we had a dog in the cabin as apparently we hadn’t signed the form at check in but we hadn’t been asked to. Breakfast was cold, coffee empty, we were offered a late check out as compensation but then our keys stopped working at 11am. Very doubt we will return. Disappointing

The front desk staff was amazing as we showed up a day after our booking, and after a brief discussion honoured the reservation without additional charges even though the mistake was ours. We would return in an instant if we are ever back that way.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms and beds were clean comfortable and well laid out. The only negative i would say was the breakfast service. It was quite the underwhelming experience. It might be an understaffing issue, but the tables were not cleaned at any point and quite a few of the food containers sat empty for quite some time (yoghurt, coffee and bread station) The selection and quality were also very very basic. we ended up just eating our own snacks for the second morning and skipping their breakfast.
