We chose this hotel because of the high rating, 9. This hotel is not worth the rate. The front desk clerk working seemed overwhelmed. The room key didn't work, the king suites are handicap only with a cumbersome seat in the tub/shower that can't be removed. We couldn't get into the pool or hot tub, we had to ask the overwhelmed clerk to let us in. The hotel is in disrepair. We had to ask for more than two bath towels in a king suite. The breakfast has nothing warm to offer. We won't be back.

Don't trust the pool. Hot tub was down because of a chemical imbalance. Thanks for the warning. And that is understandable. I think the pool had an issue as well. Wife and granddaughter had severe allergic reactions of the eyes and they went underwater. My daughter and I didn't go underwater. My wife went to an optometrist upon our return home thinking she had a foreign object in her eye. Didn't.

Overall nice hotel. Clean room with nice hotel staff. However upon checkin we learned the pool was closed which was disappointing with 2 kids. Staff was apologetic though.

Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights and only rented at this place because it had a swimming pool and hot tub. As I checked in they had a sign saying pool amd hottub down until further notice. The daytime check in lady was very very rude. Also took us 1 hour to check in. Didnt get the rooms we actually rented. Sucky stay to be honest. Will never stay there again.

The entryway was full of bird poop and the eaves of the hotel was home to a lot of bird nests. I let the front desk know in the morning that one of the lights was out in my bathroom. Also that morning there was a bug running laps in the hall light fixture. If I saw that the night before I would have left.

Ants were all over in the room. Reserved a pet friendly room and was given the total charge at time of reservation. On check out was surprised with the pet fee that gets added. One would think a pet friendly room is self explanatory and the pet fee would be included in the total charge amount at time of reservation so you'd know what it was actually costing

This property is a disaster I stayed for about 1 week ago n the second day I asked to have my room cleaned as the sign says housekeeping by request only When I asked the front desk she act like I had thrown water in her face She said she would have it done the next day it did not get done this was repeated all week Finally on the last day I mentioned Iwas disappointed because my room had not been cleaned all week and I had requested each morning she stayed to prepare to be disappointed again because it was not going to get done She did say that they could give me sheets and towels and I could do it myself Basically my room was never cleaned and the front desk people were very rude

We were traveling with a pet so reserved a pet room. Our initial room had a terrible odor so the front desk changed our room immediately. New room was fine though a bit noisy. Had to bring our pet out for a bathroom break in the early morning while it was still dark and there were no outdoor lights on. Thought this place was a bit pricey for the conditions.

Our room is plenty big enough for us and our luggage. Closet with full length mirror doors, an iron and board, great breakfast selection, a dresser in the room, refrigerator, microwave, plenty of lighting and a good air conditioner. Very comfortable and enjoyable.. Highly recommend.

The lady that checked us in wasn't the most friendly, but pleasant enough. 1 room smelled like sewer but we just turned the fan on and it was better the second room was great. 4 out of 5 stars! Will be staying again! I was worried because the rate was less expensive than most of the other motels but it was awesome!

The check in lady was super nice. I was pretty mad the next morning when house keeping was knocking on the door before 9am when check out isn’t till 11. We just went and checked out the morning lady had an attitude because she had to come to the desk when I was checking out because I was seeing if I could get a receipt she was extremely put out so I let her know I was not happy with the door being knocked on. She was super rude

I will stay here again. Even though older, The hotel is spotless, has helpful staff, and is in a great location with quick access to the freeway and mountains. It's nice to have breakfast each morning and a good variety of breakfast foods. Excellent variety of restaurants nearby for dinner.

It was clean, easy access from highway and close to dining options. The breakfast had a mini crustless quiche option and it was delicious! The best breakfast we’ve had on our 3 week trek! Highly recommended!

Growing up in a guest ranch family I'm critical. Our stay was honestly great. The lady (wish I had her name) that checked me in was lovely. Our room was perfect, we had our dog and the room had lots of space for him to wiggle around and his kennel. Everything was clean. It was what we needed and quiet. I was impressed by the breakfast. They had burritos, sandwiches, muffins, danishes, everything prepped for you to take it, not just sit and eat there which is also an available option. I'm really happy we chose this hotel for ourselves and our dogs sake. And super close to Sandfords! Eat there, it's amazing.

The room was barely OK. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. The microwave didn’t work. There was a truck stop nearby. It was very expensive for a mid rate room. The continental breakfast was pretty sad.

Room was clean and smelled clean as well. Only issue we had is that the employee accidentally charged my card twice and since I was low on funds already I was pretty much broke my entire stay and had to ask for a loan ;( it was truly inconvenient.

Breakfast was great, staff was helpful. Stayed 7 nights. Pretty sure something crawled across my arm while asleep the first night. The room wasn’t dirty or anything and I get that spiders can find their way into things but it was very unsettling. It was a business trip. When I checked out I got a receipt and everything was fine but when I went to do my expense report every night was charged individually and even some of the daily taxes were individually charged. That equals extra time spent doing paperwork and a pain for accounting dept. probably won’t stay again unfortunately.

The check in started things off with an inviting conversation but things got better. I only stayed the night and had to leave before breakfast was laid out. So basically this is about the condition of the room and staff. The staff was very helpful when I arrived and the room was outstanding and I don’t have the words to describe it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
