Lovely decor throughout the property. Room had everything we needed. One minor problem was that the wardrobe had nowhere to hang anything longer than a shirt, a small section to hang full length dresses would be nice. The shower was amazing, lovely shampoo/shower gel and conditioner provided. There was a bit of a wait when we had our evening meal there, but it was delicious. The breakfast was outstanding. we had a wonderful stay, but the parking was a problem. There are 98 rooms and only about 12 parking spaces. There is parking over the road, but only for 2 hours during the day. There is also parking in the streets running back from the front, but everyone from the surrounding area also parks there, so spaces are hard to come by. It is not ideal to have to carry your luggage to and from the car, maybe a parking bay specifically for loading and unloading your luggage would be handy? The hotel is ideally placed as it is a short distance from Blackpool, but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

We were given a ground floor room which was a little dark but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor terrace for a drink in the sun

Nice hotel. Self check in was a new experience but staff very helpful when assistance was required. Room was very clean. Liked the eco opportunity of a free drink in exchange for not getting room cleaned for a day although they still supplied anything that needed topped up. We booked a superior king room (2216) - had a lovely comfortable king bed with a lovely sea view but was a bit disappointed in the room size, especially the ensuite which was tiny and getting in and out of the shower was challenging. We didn't have breakfast but the meals we did have were lovely and reasonably priced. Parking was very limited - we were there for a week and never got a space in the hotel car park. Plenty of parking nearby though but had to be careful about restrictions on the promenade. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Really well presented property with very functional and immaculate rooms. The staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. I was surprised but loved how welcome dogs were. Beyond their control but parking is limited but I guess that is par for the course. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel overall. Staff friendliness took it back one star. Also fire alarm went off at 5am with no apology or explanation. Shame because overall it's a nice place to stay. Parking for me was OK but many had an issue and had to park on the road. Drinks were well over priced. £6.95 for a Guinness. Convenient for St Ann's bars and restaurants 5 minute walk. . Overall I would go back.

Rooms are very clean,modern,smartly furnished and a decent size. Bar and dining areas have a good atmosphere. Breakfast was freshly made to order and of good quality. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Limited parking available-can park on road outside at less busy times for a payment. Hotel rates represent good value. Would recommend and stay again.

We liked the hotel very much overall during our 2 night stay, and the staff and breakfasts were excellent. However, there were too many dogs for our liking and we found the parking inadequate and had to park on an inconvenient road. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

The hotel is beautiful very clean the staff are fantastic and always happy to help overall the hotel is good I would stay again I just wouldn’t stay in the top floor rooms there was no air at all even with the window open as they only open a small amount so it was very hot. We ate in the bar restaurant and the food was lovely

Very clean and well appointed room. Single room was very small though, and noise ‘leakage’ from adjoining linked room. Would be ideal for child staying with parents.

1940’s weekend in lytham. Room was. very hot even though it came with two fans and the windows were open. did not have breakfast there. Room was a good size and had a sea view. only saw the staff when we checked out. Would stay again.

I have stayed 3 times in the last 3 months and each time my room has got worse and worse. From a single sea view to nothing more than a glorified broom cupboard. If you get room 1107 either ask to change or stay somewhere else. It is dark, dismal, roasting hot and seems to have been created from a small space they had available when the hotel was refurbished.

This was the second consecutive year we have stayed at the hotel to coincide with an annual golf tournament and it was an outstanding experience. The staff are incredibly helpful, professional and receptive to requests. The best hotel in the area by far.

worst hotel i have ever stayed in staff were not frendly could not get room service when we ask member of staff walked in our room while we were in bed find us for smokeing in the room we dont smoke charged us 25 pound for being harf hour late booking out when we told them we were both sick after our breakfurst the day before had to moun about haveing breakfurst they did not wantto give it us in all the worst stay i have ever had

Check in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... I didn't but was nice to know they were there to help Breakfast option was superb, nice coffee, lots of options, hot breakfast was excellent quality and size.. breakfast staff were really nice and interacted with us and others, which was nice Rooms reall clean, lots of historic touches around the hotel, good selection on tea and coffee tray and shower had good quality shower gel/shampoo All staff really polite, helpful and friendly throughout our stay
Check in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... I didn't but was nice to know they were there to help Breakfast option was superb, nice coffee, lots of options, hot breakfast was excellent quality and size.. breakfast staff were really nice and interacted with us and others, which was nice Rooms reall clean, lots of historic touches around the hotel, good selection on tea and coffee tray and shower had good quality shower gel/shampoo All staff really polite, helpful and friendly throughout our stay

Nice hotel overall. Staff friendliness took it back one star. Also fire alarm went off at 5am with no apology or explanation. Shame because overall it's a nice place to stay. Parking for me was OK but many had an issue and had to park on the road. Drinks were well over priced. £6.95 for a Guinness. Convenient for St Ann's bars and restaurants 5 minute walk. . Overall I would go back.

Rooms are very clean,modern,smartly furnished and a decent size. Bar and dining areas have a good atmosphere. Breakfast was freshly made to order and of good quality. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Limited parking available-can park on road outside at less busy times for a payment. Hotel rates represent good value. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely decor throughout the property. Room had everything we needed. One minor problem was that the wardrobe had nowhere to hang anything longer than a shirt, a small section to hang full length dresses would be nice. The shower was amazing, lovely shampoo/shower gel and conditioner provided. There was a bit of a wait when we had our evening meal there, but it was delicious. The breakfast was outstanding. we had a wonderful stay, but the parking was a problem. There are 98 rooms and only about 12 parking spaces. There is parking over the road, but only for 2 hours during the day. There is also parking in the streets running back from the front, but everyone from the surrounding area also parks there, so spaces are hard to come by. It is not ideal to have to carry your luggage to and from the car, maybe a parking bay specifically for loading and unloading your luggage would be handy? The hotel is ideally placed as it is a short distance from Blackpool, but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

Excellent stay again which was my 4th visit. Wonderful food and service by the hotel staff. I will be returning there again in the future. The only downside was not many available parking spaces in the hotel car park but there were just across the road or in the next road from the hotel so not a real issue. Location was very good and in walking distance to nearby St Annes Pier or St Annes Square for shopping.

We loved our stay at Offshore. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cosy. Our only complaint was the breakfast, although plenty of it, in the 4 days of our stay not once was it hot. Which is a shame because everything else was great.

Very nice place to stay, location good, breakfast not bad apart from the coffee. Maybe install a machine for different coffees instead of sachets or perculator. Yuk. Went with my dog, single room, quite warm though at night would have struggled if wether had been hot as no AC. Food on an evening was good and service very good. Made very welcome by all staff.

The hotel and food was good. The only problem we had was that the door to the date in the bedroom was open side when we got in the room and I tripped over it and tell into the wall (I cut and bruised my leg) as it wouldn't keep closed my husband out some tissue in to keep it closed.

We have previously stayed at this hotel. It continues to be maintained to a very high standard of comfort and cleanliness . All the staff ( without exception), are friendly, professional and helpful, giving a prompt and excellent service. Both the breakfast and evening meals were very good, with quality ingredients. Only one comment. Whilst all the facilities were present in our room, the room was small, with only one single window that would only slightly open. In what was hot weather, little air circulated in the room which made for a very warm and stuffy, sleeping environment. The one desk fan provided was insufficient to alleviate discomfort.

Everything we could have hoped for. The staff especially were outstanding, special mention for Mandy and Michael. Breakfasts outstanding and served so quickly. Clean and comfortable everywhere. Highly recommended and will stay there again.

Room was spotless as was public areas and the outdoor space. Staff excellent- very helpful. No complaints about food. What I would say is I don’t have any complaint about dogs in the hotel as I do like them and any I seen were well behaved but I do not think they should be allowed on the furnishings. Also safes in the room would be better placed higher up. Not ideally placed for disabled or anyone with mobility problems to access them. But overall I would be happy to stay there again.
