There were bugs in our room and they moved us to the room directly next to us. Bugs there too. They acted like no big deal and that they were dirt. I didn’t know dirt crawled and bit. Didn’t try to accommodate us in anyway. Just said oh well. We will spray when you leave.

It was comfortable for the price. Clean and safe. Beds were a little cheap but it was clean.

Everything about the facility and the staff were excellent, except: the luggage carts were not those I have experienced at hotels in the past. They were similar to those you find at airports, smaller three wheeled and tippy. The entry doors were manual opening and the combination of maneuvering the carts while opening the doors was extremely difficult. I think the company should consider installing automatic doors and these issues could be overcome whether or not the cart issue was addressed. This would greatly enhance the arrival and departure experiences.

Quick and easy. Fresh good coffee in the morning. Place brand new so you can’t go wrong. And I forgot my room key in the room and at first went crap because it’s all automated, but it was a breeze. Definitely go back.
