Poor customer service! I had to chase the service for checkout details and to find more details about the property, like where to get pool towels. Not as promised regarding access to the pool and spa.

Perfect location to the beach Close to restaurant and shops The swimming pool area needs to be updated the flooring was too hot to walk in bare feet and needs more furniture And the bathroom in Appartment the taps weren’t working properly no hot water but everything else okay would have liked my room cleaned once as I stayed 8 days

Great location looking over the beach and not too close to the loud bar on the corner. Unit was recently renovated and well laid out. Pool area looked good but didn’t use it due to heavy rain on our stay.

Staff were great and rooms were clean. Initially the walk up 2 floors of stairs with a large shared suit case at the age of 64 was a bit daunting, but I managed, when we booked we didn't realise there was no elevator on site. or bad!

Amazing location. Super roomy. Great shower. Single beds in second room a bit average. Be ok for kids not so much adults. Loved the extra things like drying racks for togs. Was a bit of hike to get luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Pool was small but lovely.

I stayed at this apartment during my holiday and found the experience to be below average. While the location was decent, there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not up to standard—I found insects in the apartment. Basic utensils were missing, which made it hard to prepare simple meals. The main bedroom lock wasn’t working, and the key to the main door was bent, making it really difficult to open the door. The under ground parking spot was given too us was very narrow hard to park our car. When we call.them regarding this they suggested to park at front or on the street, street parking was uncomfortable especially when it's rainy weather. Lizard was in my bathroom. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. No oven mitten

The accommodation was on the beach front. Walking distance to eateries. Checkin was quick and easy. Parking within the property, convenient if you have a car as limited carparking on the streets during the day. On the whole a comfortable stay.

Checked in and found the room had not been cleaned. No contact number for reception as they had closed early for the day. After finally getting a hold of someone,Waited 2 hours for the insight manager to respond and resolve issue. Was given another room. Not ideal after a long day of travelling for work.

We had booked 4 apartments. Communication and reception were very good.1st night I had locked my keys inside. After hours service was very good they had provided me with another set of keys. Thank you Property condition from 4 apartments. 3 of them were so old and outdated and dirty furnitures. All apartments had cockroaches. 1 apartment was renovated which was very nice though no dryer to dry clothes. Which was disappointing I didn’t bother going to reception to complain as we didn’t see any point.Dryer wouldn’t had been installed on our stay. I wanted stress free holiday so after washing I just asked my other friend in another apartment to dry our clothes. Beach front view was nice.

This property is in a lovely area overlooking the sea. The 1br apartment we stayed in was a bit tired but that was fine for us. All the kitchen and laundry appliances worked fine and were clean. The main concern was security as one of the balcony doors didn't lock. We did report this to management (an older guy) but there was no repair or follow up communication in the 4 to 5 days we stayed after reporting it, apart from an initial assurance that someone would come to fix it. We found a way of securing it with a leather belt as a precaution while we slept. One other suggestion would be to deep clean the couch as it was pretty smelly. Apart from these it was great base for exploring the area and relaxing at the beach.

Overall a great property in the perfect location right across from the beach and super close to dining and food options. The apartment was comfortable and had the basic cookware and utensils to be able to cook meals ourselves. Could do with some furniture upgrades and a good clean (bit mouldy).

To be picky...we didn't like the heavy door to the balcony, and the room could have been cleaner. But the view from the apartment over the pool/spa to the beach was amazing! The check in was super easy and super informative! The location was amazing only a little stroll along the beach to many places to eat. Overall 4/5

The overall feel of the room was ok, if a little outdated and a bit poorly maintained. The cutlery drawer in the kitchen had crumbs in it. Saved by the location and view.

Disappointed with my stay. Spent so much money and travelled from far to find the room did not have an ocean view as shown in the pictures. It was blocked. I was on the ground floor, and the patio door lock was broken. I reported the security concern to the management and they did not see the need to address it. The WiFi was poor and flaky. The hot water dropped out two minutes into the shower, and the stove needs fixing. The shower head flopped. The rooms were not soundproofed as advertised and there was much noise during the night from the flat above. Also have to read the fine print for this accommodation. It’s not a typical Expedia booking; and payment is collected at the hotel directly, which means you pay a deposit and then the hotel keeps asking you for money. Trinity beach itself is nice and the location was good. The apartment needs maintenance and upgrades.

In spite of my later arrival, ease of check in was terrific with an after hours key pick up available. Spotless, well appointed apartment with amenities and its patio within steps of the pool. Did I mention that the beach is directly across the street with beautifully paved walks, benches and palms swaying in the breeze? Great restaurants and shops, too!

Checked in and found the room had not been cleaned. No contact number for reception as they had closed early for the day. After finally getting a hold of someone,Waited 2 hours for the insight manager to respond and resolve issue. Was given another room. Not ideal after a long day of travelling for work.

We had booked 4 apartments. Communication and reception were very good.1st night I had locked my keys inside. After hours service was very good they had provided me with another set of keys. Thank you Property condition from 4 apartments. 3 of them were so old and outdated and dirty furnitures. All apartments had cockroaches. 1 apartment was renovated which was very nice though no dryer to dry clothes. Which was disappointing I didn’t bother going to reception to complain as we didn’t see any point.Dryer wouldn’t had been installed on our stay. I wanted stress free holiday so after washing I just asked my other friend in another apartment to dry our clothes. Beach front view was nice.

This property is in a lovely area overlooking the sea. The 1br apartment we stayed in was a bit tired but that was fine for us. All the kitchen and laundry appliances worked fine and were clean. The main concern was security as one of the balcony doors didn't lock. We did report this to management (an older guy) but there was no repair or follow up communication in the 4 to 5 days we stayed after reporting it, apart from an initial assurance that someone would come to fix it. We found a way of securing it with a leather belt as a precaution while we slept. One other suggestion would be to deep clean the couch as it was pretty smelly. Apart from these it was great base for exploring the area and relaxing at the beach.

Great location and easy access to everything. Customer service is exceptional and very accomodating. The apartment had all we needed and was clean. Only thing we suggest is a second tv in the 2 bedroom apartments. Very happy and will certainly come again.

Poor customer service! I had to chase the service for checkout details and to find more details about the property, like where to get pool towels. Not as promised regarding access to the pool and spa.

On arrival the keys to my allocated room could not be found. The afterhours manager was verbally unpleasant. He provided the cleaners key but was unconcerned about security of my stay not knowing who may have access to the room with lost keys. When I politely asked him about security he suggested I find a room elsewhere!! This of course was not possible on a Saturday evening.

Great location looking over the beach and not too close to the loud bar on the corner. Unit was recently renovated and well laid out. Pool area looked good but didn’t use it due to heavy rain on our stay.

The accommodation was on the beach front. Walking distance to eateries. Checkin was quick and easy. Parking within the property, convenient if you have a car as limited carparking on the streets during the day. On the whole a comfortable stay.

Mobile reception in the area is trrrible, wifi wasn’t much better. I had ants and cockroaches in the room. AC sounded like it was gonna fall out of the wall. Bed was comfy and a couple good places to eat walking distance

Have stayed here several times now and is perfect for what I need to just switch off and relax. Perfect beach view, plenty of variety of restaurants close by, apartments have everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location for visiting Cairns as well as the Daintree and Kuranda rainforests. The condo is in a small complex with private residents. It was very clean, but lacked basic supplies (spatula, sponge, paper towels, etc). A few issues that arose: The hours for the front desk were a bit limiting if you were out and about exploring and coming back in the evening. We had to plan to be back in time to get extra TP and laundry soap. The parking garage under the building was extremely tight and had faulty gate sensors which almost caused us to miss our snorkeling excursion when it was stuck halfway open and we had to troubleshoot it on our own as the front desk was not open yet (730 am). We ended up parking on the street after that. The gate was left open the rest of our stay and not fixed. The guest shower was missing a glass door and was just "open concept" which my kids did not enjoy so everyone just used the master shower. Our kids used the pool but the hot tub was not heated, not sure if that is only due to it being off-season or not. Overall, we would stay there again but if you are expecting a turnkey condo with a ton of amenities (we weren't) then maybe this isn't for you. If you want a place close to the beach in a quiet setting between Cairns and the rainforests, where you can cook your own meals, then it's perfect!
