Spark by Hilton Evansville Downtown

OK Hotel. Comfortable bed. Shower leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was a joke, very few options. But other that that it was an ok stay..

Good clean stay, breakfast was decent, no issues

The room was really comfortable, but I went to check out this morning and stood at the counter for 10+ minutes (also rang the bell multiple times) and nobody came to the desk at all.

I was totally unprepared for the lack of amenities, especially with the hotel being a Hilton. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. No drinking cups or ice bucket in the room! I mentioned it to the manager and she explained it was Hilton’s policy! Really?? The ice bucket must be requested at the front desk. The cups I retrieved from the lobby and if I wanted to reheat any leftovers, it too, had to done in the lobby. What a joke! Hilton’s policy is a cheap and inconvenient! The breakfast was very disappointing: cold cereal, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt from a non-functioning machine. Did I mention 2 bananas and about 6 apples? Although the room was clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant, I’ll never return.

When we arrived the staff was great super friendly and very helpful! Once we got to our room it was perfect! They had everything double stocked(soap, body lotion,shampoo, conditioner, towls, rags) and dont forget about the beds the beds are like sleeping on clouds! We were really glad worh our syay at spark and od recommend to anyone!
