Staff was very helpful.

Need better pillows. Mattress too hard.

The rooms are old, the parking lot was dark.

We had ants in both of the rooms that we stayed in on the third d floor.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job—very responsive to requests and kept the room consistently clean and comfortable. The front desk and overall staff were courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, and the location was ideal, especially since my son was graduating boot camp—the proximity to Great Lakes made everything very convenient. The only downside was that the continental breakfast was not included and required an additional fee.
