No hot water! Very run down and dirty, both rooms had big leaks, the staff didn’t want to give us fresh towels nor soap, the bath was broken, they turned the aircon off in the main areas and staff seem to live downstairs and smoke inside. Most of the downstairs toilets were broken / “out of order” without toilet paper and most of the staff ignored us and sat in the toilets watching drama on their phones. It is the worst most mislead place I have stayed in this country in 19 years travelling here and I can’t recommend that you avoid it enough!! A horrible experience and we couldn’t wait to leave!
