Balcova Thermal Hotel

This is a pleasant place, and I think good value for your money. I was interested in the spa facilities, and they did not disappoint. The place is a bit dated, but still quite a place. You will not get thermal water in your room. Room Pleasant and clean. Could have been bigger...a large nicely tiled bathroom though Service Generally pleasant. A good front desk. Food Breakfast was average to good and what one would expect. Buffets are buffets. The dining room food was just very average and pricey....I would not recommend eating dinner there. Spa facilities Clean, and many different pools to choose from. It is quite an establishment. Very rehabilitation like. Do not have too high expectations that will not be met. But you will like the water....you will like the water.

Öncelikle otelin eski olduğunu ve konfor aramadığımı bilerek konaklama yaptığımı belirtmek isterim fakat özellikle banyo temizlik anlamında yetersiz bu alanların bu derece bakımsız bırakılabileceğini düşünmemiştim.ayrıca 12 yaş altındaki çocukların girebileceği termal havuz dışında bir havuz yok (sitenizde bu durumu açıklayan bir uyarıya satın alma aşamasında rastlamadım bu açıkça belşrtilmesi gereken bir durumdur) ayrıca o bilinen aqupark kapatılmış ilgilenenlerin gelecek olanların bunlara dikkat ederek rezerve yaptırmasını tavsiye ederim.) Bunun dışında çalışanlar kibar ve yardımsever

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt, muss eigentlich renoviert werden. Ich gehe seitJahren hin und als Frau alleine ist man gut aufgehoben.Ich war auch öfters mit meinem Mann dort. Ich bevorzuge das Hotel wegen dem Termalbad, weil es mir gut tut. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann zu Fuß in die Kaufhäuser. Das Essen könnte etwas besser werden, ist leider nicht mehr so vielfältig wie früher.

Die Lage der Anlage ist super! Da die Anlage ziemlich alt und renovierungsbedürftig ist, waren die technischen Einrichtungen wie Bäder und Türen sowie der Wellness- Bereich in keinem guten Zustand!

Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking distance from the centre. It is also accessible to other neighbouring localities via metro, buses. There is a bus terminus near the entrance to Balcova Termal Hotel. Breakfast buffet was sort of ok; Not much variety. Not at the standard of what we are used to at other Turkish hotels. I don’t know about dinner as always are out at different restaurants. Staff were kind and courteous. But the fact that almost all did not speak English affected the level of customer service I think. They moved me to another room when I could not get Wi-Fi in the original room. The hotel may have been a 4* in its former life, but now it does feel like a 3*. Looking a bit dated now. The hotel surroundings are great. It’s like in a forest with the mountain backdrop. Crickets chirping in the trees all the time. However, there can be a lot of noise (loud music) from the neighbouring Kaya Thermal Hotel when there is an event. For those lovers of shopping like me, there are lots of malls around! I enjoyed my

I did not stay in the hotel due bad condition of the hotel. Room was dirty, untidy. Overall condition was unacceptable, that was why I could not stay. How can I get refund? Your support will be appreciated.

There was a constant sewer smell in the bathroom during the whole stay

We were only here one night the room was cozy and comfortable. Nice bedding and pillows. Air Conditioning was awesome!

Das Zimmer alt und ungemütlich das Bett ist eine Katastrophe statt Lattenrost Holzbret unterm Matratzen bekam starke Rückenschmerzen schlafen war unmöglich da bei jeder Bewegung klapperte das holzbret unter der Matratze Zimmer Telefon war ausserbetrieb ebenfalls Wifi hatte keine Funktion tropfgeräusche aus dem Badezimmer bei geschlossenen Tür war stark störend Hunde Gebell (eins vor meinem Balkon) Schwarze Hund einzige positive ist die grüne alles andere kann und werde ich nicht weiter empfehlen

Das Hotel ist Renovierungsbedürftig und die Zimmet und die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Nur wegen dem Thermalbad und der schönen Umgebung sind die Zimmer ertraeglich

Temizlik iyi, yemekler iyi, konumu çok iyi, terapi ormanı güzel, havuzlar aşırı rahatlatıcı, ilgililer güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Olumsuz olarak; bilgilendirici kartlar, anlatımlar eksik. Hangi havuz ne işe yarıyor veya nereye tam olarak nasıl gidersin kısımları kafa karıştırıcı. Odalar sessiz değil. Yalıtım asla yok. Dışarıdan da çok ses geliyor.

Hôtel à déconseiller ppur un séjour de repos. Réservé plutôt aux malades pour les soins. Chambre sans confort, à peine 25 cm de chaque côté du lit. Pas de place pour poser les valises. Douche qui fuit, chambre sale, ne pas regarder sous le lit ou le meuble (poussières par paquet). Rien n'est aux normes, prises de courant qui risquent de prendre feu. On dirait un vieux gîte dans un endroit perdu. Très très décevant pour un hôtel assez cher

Malesef bina eskidiği için odalar son kullanma tarihi geçmiş şekilde kalmışlar. Duş yerleri su giderleri lavabolar yataklar o kadar çok sayarım ki buraya yazmak ile bitmez bence.

My room was discusting, TV did not work, electrical wiring unbelievably dangerous, shower panel hanging off, bath handles rusty, all in all the worst hotel I've stayed at.

Das Personal war unfreundlich. Spa und Wellnessbereich war katastrophal und entsprach nicht den Bildern. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter.

Çok iyidi. Sakin ve temiz bir otel. Tek kaldim ve normalde çift kisilik bir oda ödedim ama tek geldiğim için bedaba olarak kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği verdiler. Çok memnun kaldım.

Not great start . problems with 1st and 2nd rooms but staff was really helpful and by my 3rd room move it was really nice. location is very peacefull . buffet dinner is a bit expensive snack bar was lovely good choices and breakfast was great

After a long business trip, this place was exactly what I wanted. We were looking for a place to stay in central Izmir then we came across to this one. It is worth every penny. We relaxed, enjoyed and experienced a great cuisine. Will come back for sure.
