Beach Getaway in Amelia! Ocean Views & Room for 8

Pros, Nice location off main road. Close to beach. Everything you needed for stay. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, water hose at condo to rinse off sand. Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island.

Location is perfect. Waking up to the sunset over the beach while enjoying coffee on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The pier to the beach was right outside the back door which is very convenient especially if you have a lot of items you like to carry. The beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed walking the pier and seeing the turtles nesting and rabbits hopping around in the dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

We had an amazing two day stay in Amelia Island. The property was just as described and there was plenty of room to both be together and spread out while inside. The sunrise on the patio was beautiful! Very short walk down the dock to the beach. Lots of shells, but not lots of people.

We could not have a had a better experience for the weekend. The residence was large enough to provide togetherness and quiet moments alone for our party of 8 adults. The beach was beautiful, weather perfect, we were thrilled with our weekend in Amelia Island.

The stay was amazing, to be able to just walk out to the beach, and store were so close, food was great, we went to getaway, relax, and eat good food. We got to do all that, it would have been nice to have extra TP, and there was a fire from fireworks and a neighbor that was a local was very rude to my niece.
