5 estrellas en todo, excepto en el spa que le daria 4 estrellas, las duchas muy bien y la cama de agua taambien, pero no tiene ningun jet ni cuello decisne para tratar otras zonas del cuerpo. Recordar que el hotel esta situado al lado de la calle Laurel, con lo que eso supone.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Great bed, most modern conveniences of every room we stayed in the country. The bluetooth in-ceiling speakers was a nice touch. Loved the bathroom. Great integrated bidet, and privacy door for the toilet. Lobby bar and rooftop bars were both great. Only regret is we didn't have time to try out the spa. Super convenient location to experience the eating and drinking in town. My only complaint is the parking, and that was quite a disaster. But I don't know that that is the hotel's fault, we probably shouldn't have rented a car anyway. If you have the opportunity to pre-pay parking do it, the free lot was full on mad max getting a spot.

We had an excellent stay at the Palacio Correa’s. We pretty much loved everything about the experience. Beautiful common areas, great art throughout the hotel which payed respects to the buildings past. Swimming pool and small gym, exactly what’s needed. Nice bar area and stunning terrace. Room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and modern. We used the room speaker system daily and it was a treat. All power outlets have usb a na usb c, really modern. The shower was stunning, high pressure made the rain shower an experience. The housekeeping team were great as well we always had anything we needed. High power steamer really useful for freshening up mushed luggage clothes. Oh, and the location! As close to Calle Laurel as you can imagine. Once you’re done bar crawling the view of the hotel never stopped being impressive. Public car park 2 min walk away but keep in mind it’s really busy. We had to camp out for 15 min on certain days to get a spot. But if you can for out the €20 a day for hotel parking you’ll be golden.

Perfect location in city centre. Check in was quick and seamless. Room was well-equipped and high quality. Japanese toilet was a pleasant surprise! Didn’t have time to use the gym, and although small, had some reasonable weights. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of high-quality items.

The hotel is perfectly located and is beautiful. Rooms are immaculate. We had a double room for one night. It provides extra quilt, steamer, plenty of storage, great bathroom with hairdryer that actually dries hair really well. All in all perfect and we will go back for sure. Breakfast is yummy and we were given a welcome glass of wine on arrival at hotel. Nice touch. Only negative is use of pool/spa. We were told had to book and pay 25 euros per person and told nothing available. I booked the hotel for the pool so a bit of a let down. I did only book that day though so maybe hotels.com need to make clear about charge and availability to use. Also if you want to use car park it is under ground and tricky to get in too.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Palacios de Correo fue simplemente excelente. La localización es inmejorable, en pleno corazón de Logroño, a pasos de la famosa Calle Laurel y de los principales puntos de interés. El servicio fue impecable desde el momento del check-in hasta la salida; todo el personal fue amable, atento y profesional. Las habitaciones están decoradas con mucho gusto, son espaciosas, cómodas y extremadamente limpias. La cama fue una de las más cómodas en las que he dormido, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. Además, cada rincón del hotel estaba perfectamente limpio, lo que demuestra el excelente mantenimiento que tienen. Todo fue excelente: la atención, el ambiente, la ubicación y el confort. Lo recomiendo 100% sin dudarlo. Si vuelvo a Logroño, sin duda me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

Great location in old town Logroño for the tapas run. The hotel is has all mod cons - charging points, nespresso machine, turndown service etc. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel for a very long time. A great breakfast was also offered in the morning, with a buffet and some a la carte options. The only slight negative was a slight drainy smell at times from the bathroom sink.

Beautiful hotel in a historic looking building right in one of the central squares of old town. It doesn’t get more central than this for walking everywhere. We inadvertently were in Logroño right in the middle of the Rioja wine festival (San Mateo) though, so it also meant hearing partying and music until 3am — but not their fault! They did send us parking instructions that didn’t work because of road closures though, so we paid to park quite a bit further away on one of the bigger streets surrounding old town. That aside, the property is beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-outfitted. Comfortable beds, nice showers, etc. The 3rd-floor terrace overlooking the main square is nice too — a great place for a bar. But the bartender there was extremely rude, insisting to leave the awning out for “other guests” because of “the rain” (on a clear, sunny afternoon with 2 other people there) — when I just wanted to take some photos of the beautiful scenery. It opens and retracts with the push of a button in 5 seconds by the way. So I’d love to share a pretty photo from there, but alas…

Orbitz says onsite parking but it is full and requires advance registration which is not even an option on orbitz. Bogus arrangement and public parking is overflowing. Drag your bags for 8 blocks. Oh and no AC and nobody to answer the front desk. One person runs entire place. Best western is better. This is a one star motel.

Beautiful hotel in a historic looking building right in one of the central squares of old town. It doesn’t get more central than this for walking everywhere. We inadvertently were in Logroño right in the middle of the Rioja wine festival (San Mateo) though, so it also meant hearing partying and music until 3am — but not their fault! They did send us parking instructions that didn’t work because of road closures though, so we paid to park quite a bit further away on one of the bigger streets surrounding old town. That aside, the property is beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-outfitted. Comfortable beds, nice showers, etc. The 3rd-floor terrace overlooking the main square is nice too — a great place for a bar. But the bartender there was extremely rude, insisting to leave the awning out for “other guests” because of “the rain” (on a clear, sunny afternoon with 2 other people there) — when I just wanted to take some photos of the beautiful scenery. It opens and retracts with the push of a button in 5 seconds by the way. So I’d love to share a pretty photo from there, but alas…

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Palacios de Correo fue simplemente excelente. La localización es inmejorable, en pleno corazón de Logroño, a pasos de la famosa Calle Laurel y de los principales puntos de interés. El servicio fue impecable desde el momento del check-in hasta la salida; todo el personal fue amable, atento y profesional. Las habitaciones están decoradas con mucho gusto, son espaciosas, cómodas y extremadamente limpias. La cama fue una de las más cómodas en las que he dormido, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. Además, cada rincón del hotel estaba perfectamente limpio, lo que demuestra el excelente mantenimiento que tienen. Todo fue excelente: la atención, el ambiente, la ubicación y el confort. I loved this hotel. Great location for exploring the surrounding region with endless Pintxos options right outside the door. Also a few good wine shops in case you didn’t get to your favorite vineyard.

Great location in old town Logroño for the tapas run. The hotel is has all mod cons - charging points, nespresso machine, turndown service etc. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel for a very long time. A great breakfast was also offered in the morning, with a buffet and some a la carte options. The only slight negative was a slight drainy smell at times from the bathroom sink.

Great location in old town near all the restaurants. Not far from bus stops either. Hotel was clean. Paid breakfast buffet had a variety of options. Staff was super helpful with bagging ice and filling bottle water to go to a sporting event. Has a gym. Would definitely recommend staying there.
