Nicely updated but as usual, there are never sufficient bars for hanging in the bathroom. Ideally located for skytrain; the hotel is literally in front of the station. Breakfast is good for the price. Front desk staff is good.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location could not be beat, across the street from the skytrain, it was very easy to get to downtown Vancouver, and with tye metropolis at metro town across the street there was plenty of food, drink and shopping options within walking distance. This was a great base for a visit to Vancouver if you’re looking for something slightly more affordable than staying in the city itself!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. On our first night, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. However, the staff responded quickly and transferred us to a different room, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, including fresh fruit, eggs, bread, pastries, and hot and cold drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and hospitality. Despite the issue with the air conditioning, the staff handled the situation professionally and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
