Beautiful home; Quiet neighborhood; great jumping off place for sightseeing in the area. Loved just walking the neighborhood in the morning as exercise. The game room was very fun when we were ‘home’ in the evenings.

My friend and I met here for the weekend with our 4 kids. We made smores in the fire pit, played games i the back yard and very much enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend if you are looking to visit this quirky little alien town!

Very pretty home with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. We only stayed the night for the last leg of our road trip, but I would love to stay longer next time. They had some fun amenities (ping pong table, football table, cornhole, fire pit, etc) that we didn't have time to use. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next visit to Roswell.

The home was spacious, updated and tastefully decorated. We had our family of 4 and 2 pups staying in the home. Plenty of room. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, securely fenced with grass and shade trees. We had morning coffe on the back patio area which had comfortable and quality outdoor seating. Excellent!!

The host provided everything to make us feel right at home. The home was clean, well equipped and ready for our arrival. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. We were in town for a funeral so did not use the game room, but that would be a nice touch for a family trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

What a great place for us to stay with our 2 dogs! Wonderful private, safe and secure backyard for our furbabies. Very nice neighborhood and also excellent area to safely walk our 2 on a daily basis.Carmen was very attentive and the place was immaculate. Highly recommended!!

This house was very nicely decorated and clean. The backyard was a great place to hang out. It was too hot for a fire, but the fire pit looked amazing. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay.

Sunrise had everything we needed-from snacks, extra roll-away beds, game room, fire pit (s'mores!), board games, to grill tools, etc. Too much to list. Host was very quick to reapond our request for an extra day, the place was perfect!

The Sunrise Experience is an excellent vacation rental property that we would highly recommend to others. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a lot to offer guests. We especially appreciated the backyard oasis, parking our vehicle in the garage, the game room, and the comfortable bed. Here are some specific things we liked about the property: • The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the desert weather. We enjoyed spending time around the fire pit and on the back patio. • The home is very clean and well-maintained. The décor is bright and cheery, and we felt right at home with plenty of space to unpack for our nine-night stay. • The bed was comfortable, and we were able to get quality sleep. There was some typical neighborhood noise, but nothing more than we experience at home sometimes. • The property is in a convenient location that is close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. • The property manager, Carmen, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. There is a security camera facing the back patio that did made us feel uneasy. We would have spent more time in the backyard otherwise. House was in immaculate condition. Very comfortable for us and the dogs. Yard was bigger than the photos indicated. Carmen was a gracious host, who did everything to make our two month stay so enjoyable.

We had our wedding this weekend and I couldn't stay at our house the night before so we rented this house so I can sleep there and get ready there the day of the wedding. Gorgeous house so clean beautiful. Would book again. Beautiful house!!!

We visited Roswell for a few reasons the main one being my brother and his little family. We had a reunion basically. The house was amazing and beautiful inside and out. The kids and my chihuahua loved playing in the yard. Everyone is still talking about how perfect the house is/was. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Everything was tidy and clean when we got in after a long day of traveling. The table games were enjoyed by everyone in the house. Everything in town is minutes away from where the house is located. Once again thank you for allowing us to all be together under the same roof!

The house was very nice and well appointed. The yard and patio were very nice, however the dogs next door really impacted the serenity! They are scary sounding. While the new solid fence helped, they still would bang against it and scare me and my dogs. For that reason alone I would not stay again.

This home could serve as a model home. Very well decorated and furnished. Fully equipped with every appliance and utensil anyone would need. The bed was very comfortable, and bathrooms were excellent.Sammy, our schnauzer, really enjoyed the large back yard. This property was exactly as advertised!!

House was super clean and had everything you could want. Check-in was a breeze and Carmen responded to texts/e-mails immediately. We loved sitting out on the back patio in the morning and evening. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

The Sunrise Experience is an excellent vacation rental property that we would highly recommend to others. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a lot to offer guests. We especially appreciated the backyard oasis, parking our vehicle in the garage, the game room, and the comfortable bed. Here are some specific things we liked about the property: • The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the desert weather. We enjoyed spending time around the fire pit and on the back patio. • The home is very clean and well-maintained. The décor is bright and cheery, and we felt right at home with plenty of space to unpack for our nine-night stay. • The bed was comfortable, and we were able to get quality sleep. The property was just as pictured as on the Vrbo site. It was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The owners were lovely and pleasant. Expectations of guests were clearly posted at the property. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to stores and restaurants. We were in town to attend our son’s wedding and this was the perfect house for us and our dogs. There were just so many pluses to this property! Loved our stay would come back to this property if ever back in the area.

We had a great stay at the Sunrise in Roswell! The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The proximity to Main St and many of the local attractions was perfect! And the communication with Carmen the host was easy, quick and positive! We would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Roswell for a relaxing time!

A beautiful and clean house with everything we need, we feel at home. It was very nice for us to find some drinks for us in the refrigerator and also some sweets for the children, another thing in the kitchen there were condiments, so I only bought what I needed to cook ,there was from shampoo to laundry detergent, the truth is that I didn’t have much need to buy. Thank you very much Carmen for receiving us that way.

House was super clean and had everything you could want. Check-in was a breeze and Carmen responded to texts/e-mails immediately. We loved sitting out on the back patio in the morning and evening. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

The home was spacious, updated and tastefully decorated. We had our family of 4 and 2 pups staying in the home. Plenty of room. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, securely fenced with grass and shade trees. We had morning coffe on the back patio area which had comfortable and quality outdoor seating. Excellent!!

The host provided everything to make us feel right at home. The home was clean, well equipped and ready for our arrival. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. We were in town for a funeral so did not use the game room, but that would be a nice touch for a family trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

This home could serve as a model home. Very well decorated and furnished. Fully equipped with every appliance and utensil anyone would need. The bed was very comfortable, and bathrooms were excellent.Sammy, our schnauzer, really enjoyed the large back yard. This property was exactly as advertised!!

Sunrise had everything we needed-from snacks, extra roll-away beds, game room, fire pit (s'mores!), board games, to grill tools, etc. Too much to list. Host was very quick to reapond our request for an extra day, the place was perfect!

Very attractive, well-appointed home in quiet neighborhood, with private, large back yard that was perfect for our dog, and with a garage that accommodated our large SUV. Everything was in excellent condition and working order, and very comfortable. The hosts had obviously given a lot of thought to providing everything that might be needed. Highly recommend. As soon as we walked in, we felt at home! Nice layout, and plenty of room for extra people. The backyard was amazing although we weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit due to weather conditions, it was still enjoyable to sit outside on the patio. It seems like the host pays attention to the little things that are needed by the guest. Very easy communication with the host. We definitely would recommend the stay here for families and pets. Thank you!

My brother and I have visited to Roswell a few times in recent years and stayed in other places, but this has been the best. The space is beautifully put together, very comfortable, and thoughtfully organized, with helpful placards everywhere so you always know how things work without having to ask. The location is very convenient to the main road while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The backyard is a huge highlight and absolutely incredible – my brother and I spent a lot of time out there just unwinding and enjoying time together. The attention to detail throughout the home really shows, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
