Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown

Staff was very friendly

I appreciated the location, cleanliness, shampoo/conditioner & body wash in the shower. I did not however appreciate having to pay $40 to park on site, or drive 2 blocks and pay $15 for public parking ramp. I also did not appreciate paying $15 per person for a slightly upgraded continental breakfast.

Staff was very nice and the room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the bar was not open the evening I was there, when it was advertised to be open until 11 PM.

The hotel was wonderful. The beds were a little firmer than what I like. The only downfall is the fact that there were police sirens all night long. But that really has nothing to do with the hotel and just the fact that Downtown Minneapolis has a lot of crime right now.

They overbooked the room type I had but gave me a modest temporary upgrade. It was clean but busy. The area was fairly walkable though
