Hotel Benilde Maison De La Salle

If I could give this hotel zero stars I could. Absolutely no working WiFi, got charged extra in housekeeping fees because of stains left by a previous guest, and they were completely dismissive and hostile towards my requests. The manager was hostile and hurled racist, homophobic insults towards my partner and I. I would rather get treated with dirt than deal with their management. The low occupancy and lack of guests is a telling sign in itself. Go somewhere else where customers are treated with respect and dignity instead, not like dirty dogs simply because of our South Asian origin.

The room was clean with plenty of space and the shower was fantastic. The water was hot.
