This spacious condo was perfect for our family and friends for spring break week (8 of us) ! There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and it’s an easy access to go on the beach daily! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch and appreciated having the pool area for the afternoons! The owner was quick to respond when we had questions!

Excellent property, location perfect, beautiful view. Quick walk to beach, restaurants, surf shop and convenience store. Gated garage and private elevator and foyer make ease of storing beach toys, surfboards, chairs, etc., very convenient and secure. Property exactly as listed.

The condo is wonderful and the location is great. It was perfect for our family vacation. The beds are extremely comfortable and the layout of the unit is perfect. You can prepare a delicious meal while looking at the ocean waves. The parking and elevator directly to the unit was so convenient. We had three cars and we were concerned about parking the extra two vehicles. But we were able to park in front of our unit. Barbara was easy to work with and answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend this unit and hope to return soon.

The condo is spacious and well laid out. Perfect for our party of 7 adults for family vacation. Barbara, the host, was very responsive and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Love the elevator from the garage opens directly into the condo. Great foyer/entrance area to leave beach stuff: 100% recommend and would stay here again.

PROS:Great building with fantastic views. Love the location on main beach.Has underground parking garage for one car and elevator directly to unit with code- Love this!Dogs are welcome, even though we did not have ours, and I give big thumbs up for that!Rate is fair for the size of unit, occupancy, and the fabulous location.The new couches and king bed in master were new and comfortable. CONS:The condo needed a deep cleaning!We had a window leak during a severe storm (not blaming host for this), but when we moved furniture away from the window to prevent damage, we found a child's sippy cup and cookies! Everything from towels to bedding to kitchen equipment was old and tired, feeling like cast offs from a primary residence. Many things need to be refreshed or replaced.Not enough plates for full occupancy. The ROKU streaming was tricky. Written directions would help. The condo does not look new in the photos, but it looks nicer than what we arrived to. I sent a thorough list of all the issues to the host via email during our stay. Barbara was very nice. This is a nice condo convenient to the beach. It is well equipped; it's nice to have the covered parking for one car. If it is a busy weekend (we were there during Easter and a sea turtle festival) finding extra parking can be challenging for the other guests staying in the condo. Having the 2 restaurants nearby was great, especially Salt Life Food Shack. The place is close to lots of things to visit; nice to have the playground nearby for kids. It was nice to sit on the condo balcony and take in the views (even though there is a good bit of traffic at times).If you're staying in the bedroom with the one queen bedroom you may want to bring a multi outlet plug in if you have several things you want to plug in close to the bed. I would stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed this spacious condo!! We loved the elevator that takes you from the garage directly to the condo — so convenient! You can’t beat the location of this condo: right across from Main Beach, right next door to Salt Life Restaurant, and down the street from Fort Clinch! Only downside was the pool definitely needed a lot of attention, but we weren’t there for the pool. We enjoyed this condo overall and would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely place, great location. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space with lots of hangers. We all loved to 2 sitting areas so if you wanted to watch TV you could without disturbing those who might want to read/chat in a separate area. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean was such a treat. Loved having an elevator that took us from the garage directly to our condo. Made arriving and departing with luggage and supplies a real breeze. Everything you need was there except wine glasses and a drip coffee pot (it was ok though because there was a Kuerig). We plan on staying there again next year if it is available. Only downside was trying to figure out the key/lock situation. Would be helpful to label keys.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to all the beaches and Fort Clinch was great since we like to shark tooth hunt. Also the pool was literally outside the backdoor. Great place to stay.

The condo was just as described and pictured. We appreciated how well stocked the space was. The location is directly across from beach, which made it nice for midday breaks. We had two cars and I was concerned about finding parking for the second car at the public lot but this was a non-issue, it was always easy to find a spot. We’ll definitely be back!

We have stayed here before and will definitely be back! Super clean, great amenities and easy check in/out! This time, the condo was decorated in a pumpkin/fall theme which made our Thanksgiving dinner perfect! Very thoughtful owner has stocked spice cabinet, shampoo/conditioner/soap and lots of other touches that make staying here easy!

We enjoyed our stay with family. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and the beach and a short drive to town. The furniture and bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning. Overall, the place was comfortable and we all had a great time.

Spacious, dog friendly condo! Large kitchen, living room area, close to the pool and short walk to the beach! We had a great view of the ocean from our outdoor patio. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this condo!! It is in the perfect location, especially if you have kids. Close to a playground and walking distance to two great restaurants and most importantly, the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty blankets, pillows, and towels for all! We loved sitting out on the porch looking at the water!

Lovely place, great location. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space with lots of hangers. We all loved to 2 sitting areas so if you wanted to watch TV you could without disturbing those who might want to read/chat in a separate area. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean was such a treat. Loved having an elevator that took us from the garage directly to our condo. Made arriving and departing with luggage and supplies a real breeze. Everything you need was there except wine glasses and a drip coffee pot (it was ok though because there was a Kuerig). We had a great time on our visit. This condo is in a fabulous spot--close to the beach, restaurants nearby--it was perfect for us. I worked a couple of days while there and had no wifi problems. My family was so happy with the beach being nearby. It's such a roomy condo--plenty of space for me, my husband, two adult sons and two dogs. And everything we need was right there! We will definitely consider coming back again!

This spacious condo was perfect for our family and friends for spring break week (8 of us) ! There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and it’s an easy access to go on the beach daily! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch and appreciated having the pool area for the afternoons! The owner was quick to respond when we had questions!

PROS:Great building with fantastic views. Love the location on main beach.Has underground parking garage for one car and elevator directly to unit with code- Love this!Dogs are welcome, even though we did not have ours, and I give big thumbs up for that!Rate is fair for the size of unit, occupancy, and the fabulous location.The new couches and king bed in master were new and comfortable. CONS:The condo needed a deep cleaning!We had a window leak during a severe storm (not blaming host for this), but when we moved furniture away from the window to prevent damage, we found a child's sippy cup and cookies! Everything from towels to bedding to kitchen equipment was old and tired, feeling like cast offs from a primary residence. Many things need to be refreshed or replaced.Not enough plates for full occupancy. The ROKU streaming was tricky. Written directions would help. The condo does not look new in the photos, but it looks nicer than what we arrived to. I sent a thorough list of all the issues to the host via email during our stay. Barbara was very nice. Her initial response was simply, "Thanks for letting me know", but she followed up after checkout thanking me for the suggestions and told me she was shopping for new balcony furniture and linens. So, the issues above may very well be fixed for future guests. I would not hesitate to ask. The condo is nice, but not up to par with others in the same building. Excellent property, location perfect, beautiful view. Quick walk to beach, restaurants, surf shop and convenience store. Gated garage and private elevator and foyer make ease of storing beach toys, surfboards, chairs, etc., very convenient and secure. Property exactly as listed.

We enjoyed our stay here from July 5-July 12. There were 7 of us and two puppies. The location was fantastic with a very easy, short walk to the beach. The beach was never very crowded and it was always easy to find a spot to set up. We enjoyed finding seashells, hunting shark teeth and relaxing. We ate twice at the Salt Life Shack next door and the food and service were both great. I can’t recommend the Sandbar restaurant. We ate there once and it was not a good experience. Overall a great vacation!

This is a nice condo convenient to the beach. It is well equipped; it's nice to have the covered parking for one car. If it is a busy weekend (we were there during Easter and a sea turtle festival) finding extra parking can be challenging for the other guests staying in the condo. Having the 2 restaurants nearby was great, especially Salt Life Food Shack. The place is close to lots of things to visit; nice to have the playground nearby for kids. It was nice to sit on the condo balcony and take in the views (even though there is a good bit of traffic at times).If you're staying in the bedroom with the one queen bedroom you may want to bring a multi outlet plug in if you have several things you want to plug in close to the bed. I would stay here again.

This Fernandina Beach condo was the perfect place to spread out. Right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, plus less than five minutes to downtown Fernandina, we could not have asked for a better spot and so grateful to be able to bring our pups! We will be back!

We enjoyed staying at the condo! It was such a lovely place. Lots of room for everyone and it has great views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom! The elevator goes straight into the condo which is very easy to use. The walk to the beach is super easy and right across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing and at the restaurant next door they had music that you could hear. Very relaxing! The host Mrs. Barbara was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend! 💞 ❤️💛💞

The condo was just as described and pictured. We appreciated how well stocked the space was. The location is directly across from beach, which made it nice for midday breaks. We had two cars and I was concerned about finding parking for the second car at the public lot but this was a non-issue, it was always easy to find a spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Quick walk to beach or park or neighborhoods and short drive to wonderful and quaint downtown Fernandina Beach for shopping and dining!! Excellent communication with owner throughout and it made for a wonderful time away from home- highly recommend!!

We had such a great stay! The location couldn’t have been better, and everything was easy to access. The space was spotless and had everything we needed.
