Clean, quiet, and just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Had three rooms and perfect space for visiting family in town. Breakfast was filling and had enough nutritious options for us. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean basic hotel room. Soap dispenser was broken and the pieces were laying on the counter. Only one wash cloth for 3 guests. No bath mat for the bathroom floor.Breakfast was decent. The main problem I had with this stay is when I booked the hotel room, I paid in full up front. The website stated there would be between $20 and $50 authorized on my card for incidentals. Upon arrival I was told there would be a $250 authorization on my card. Im on a fixed income and already paid $193 for an extremely basic hotel room. The authorization will fall off of my account. However, i was unprepared for the extra fee and as I said, I am on a fixed income. RI feel that if there is going to be that type of fee that Holiday Inn should of been transparent so that I could of made an informed decision as to me staying there.

The room was pretty nice. The hot water didn’t work very well though. The breakfast wasn’t very pleasant (not enough options in my opinion.) Also there wasn’t enough parking. We had to park around the street. It’s also stated 24 minute drive to lookout mountain but it took us 38 minutes each time we drove up.
