Cas Mariner enjoys a privileged location on the seafront, at the foot of the Sierra Tramuntana, making it ideal for hikers and cyclists. The area is quiet and relaxed, very close to restaurants, services, playgrounds, and the beach. No car is needed, as everything can be reached on foot. The house features, on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen-dining area and a bedroom. On the lower floor, there is a bathroom, a chill-out area, and a spacious bedroom with direct access to the sea. There is a custom reading nook and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy summer evenings outdoors. Guests have access to two bicycles to explore the beautiful island of Mallorca free of charge. The house once belonged to a family of fishermen who lived on the upper floor and kept their "Llaut" (a typical Mallorcan boat) on the lower floor. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience.
