Stayed 7 nights

The property was warm and welcoming with a great view of the Tamar river and bridges. It is an ideal location for exploring Devon and Cornwall. We had a great time staying there. The electric car charger was very handy. Elaine the host was very helpful and her communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

Stayed 4 nights

We stayed for 4 nights. Comfortable property suitable for a couple. Welcome fudge was a nice touch. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues as there are 2 sets of stairs. Located very close to the river bank and directly underneath the historic Brunel Railway Bridge. There was noise from the trains but not too intrusive.Things we felt could be improved were, the blind over the porthole window in the bedroom. It was too small to block out light adequately. Would have liked another bedside lamp. We would stay again but things we missed, an airing line on the balcony, a teapot and a sieve.

Stayed 2 nights

We had a lovely time, Elaine and her husband were very welcoming. The accommodation had everything you needed. We sat and watched the boats go by from the balcony. Walked to the local pub which was very nice and over the bridge to meet some friends. Cute location good value for money.

It is central to all amenities. The Ferry Inn is very friendly and did great gin & tonic fish and chips on Friday. Great for dogs as has a little memorial park to walk them 2mins away. Close to Dartmoor and ponies and lovely pub The Boot Inn in Clearbrook.
