Quality Inn Shreveport Airport

The rooms I booked were not cleaned!! Roaches present , piss stains on bed blanket that smelled of cat pee even tho the sign says no pets, short on breakfast foods and limited drinks, maintenance had to fix the toilet and tv, one room had no tissue, garbage can one room had no bags, Half and half on the staff some good some terrible!! I will never recommend or stay again!!!

Staff is Rude and the room was not clean at all, power circuit burned out my computer worse hotel I ever seen I won’t be coming back

Carpet was disgusting and your shines almost stuck to the carpet. It desperately need to be cleaned and sanitized or removed all together. There was also a little bit of black mold in the bathroom around d the tub. The hotel is old true enough but it took a while to get into the room because the key card would not work.

There was a hole in the wall, the bed had a block of wood holding it up, and the headboard had fallen off the wall. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the morning receptionist was nice.

I booked four rooms for myself and my workers, and the rooms smelled strongly of urine. The toilets and showers had mold, and the third-floor hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.
