1 Star — Filthy, Run-Down, and Nothing Like the Pictures. STAY AWAY! I booked my wife a three-night stay as a thank-you for handling everything at home while I was away on business. She was supposed to relax, read, and enjoy some scrapbooking. Instead, she was so miserable she CHECKED OUT A DAY EARLY. What should have been a thoughtful gift became a complete disappointment. The photos are wildly misleading. Within MINUTES of walking around, her socks were BLACK from the filthy floors. She checked for bedbugs (thankfully none found), but the underside of the mattress and bed skirt were disgusting. In her words, they looked like they hadn't been washed in 10 years. The countertops were covered in cut marks, the room was tiny and dimly lit, and the shower had LARGE holes where a grab bar appeared to have been ripped out. The entire property reeked of mustiness, mildew, and cigarette smoke, with people smoking right outside the entrance. I seriously considered canceling and moving her elsewhere. She initially didn't want the hassle, but ultimately couldn't endure another night. I'm furious. I paid for a relaxing getaway and got a filthy, depressing room that looked NOTHING like the pictures. I cannot fathom how this place has positive reviews. It feels like a complete bait-and-switch. I questioned the life decisions that led me to book this place. Save yourself the regret. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. One star only because zero isn't an option.

I had called prior to booking to make sure they would take the temporary I ssued ID from the DMV of my state. Once I get there Erick, condescendingly tells me he will not accept that, with a smirk/chuckle. Even though letting him know I called prior to booking and paying. I then requested for manager- he goes on to say they cannot be reached after 3pm?? Then states there is NO corporate number for me to contact. I drove 3 hours from KY to take my son to his very first concert (worlds collide tour) for his upcoming birthday & this was such a let down for him. All hotels surrounding said they would take that valid temporary ID but they were booked. This caused us to be late, unprepared and having a very disappointed child who deserved this more than anything after all the medical challenges he has faced this past year. Erick showed no concern or empathy towards us as paying guests and really made me question if the whole team has proper communication and a chain of command with conflicts as such. Will never return here. I also paid for insurance and did NOT receive it back because nobody to get in reach with apparently.

Very tired and unloved hotel. Shower not clean, bed uncomfortable and pillows smell. First and last stay for me. Choose only if there is absolutely no alternative.
