A great hotel room with thoughful amenities and features, I was impressed! Comfy bed, plenty of flat storage areas to set luggage, lots of counter space in the bathroom, good water pressure with nice showerhead, quality toiletries and good lighting in the bathroom, this one checks all the boxes for things that make for an enjoyable space away from home. The only negative I'd say is the door closers--if you don't hold onto it as the door closes, the doors will slam very loudly.

The employee who keeps an eye out during breakfast was nice. The lady who was working front desk close to check out was rude, but that’s okay. Some people just have their days. But the worst part was I didn’t have a way to make coffee in my room. That’s one of the reasons I like booking with Holiday Inn, but for some reason this time the coffee machine wasn’t provided.
