Great location and clean and well designed hotel, comfortable beds and fine bathroom. Sad that the swimming pool is not now functional with reconstruction on the roof. Will need to figure out how to get pigeons from landing on the pool deck when the pool is functional.

5th floor restaurant was very good. Bed was comfortable and generally the room was comfortable. The only odd thing was that our bathroom had a window into the bedroom. There was a curtain but quite odd design. We used their excellent taxi service to and from the airport. Very helpful.

It's a good place to stay, as long as you don't need to rely on their Wi-Fi for business purposes. I had a terrible experience trying to connect to a meeting. If connectivity isn't a concern for you, it's a nice hotel to stay at.

5th floor restaurant was very good. Bed was comfortable and generally the room was comfortable. The only odd thing was that our bathroom had a window into the bedroom. There was a curtain but quite odd design. We used their excellent taxi service to and from the airport. Very helpful.

Stayed while traveling, not on business. Very pleasant stay. We loved the location and the facilities. Felt the coffee was a bit weak, may want to change brand/supplier. Will visit again.

well managed hotel in a great central location. huge variety of shops, restaurants and pubs all in immediate walking distance. super clean rooms (thanks to mr. amrit rana) with very comfortable bed and bedding. generally friendly and helpful staff and good service. only severe drawback is the factually useless wifi (barely strong enough to load webpages, let along conduct a zoom meetings, etc.) breakfast buffet good, served on the comfortable lofty rooftop terrace.

If you’re considering this hotel, think again. My colleagues and I booked 3 rooms for 9 days on a business trip, prioritizing cleanliness, comfort, and relaxation. The experience was nothing short of unacceptable. From day one, it was clear the hotel was not as advertised: Smoking rooms: Our rooms reeked of smoke, and the issue persisted throughout the stay. Pool access: To enter, you crawl through a hole in a bird net. It closes at 18:00—no exceptions. Restaurant: Closed. No atmosphere, music, or staff. Alcohol? Not licensed, and bringing your own drinks is forbidden. Broken facilities: The AC failed, the hairdryer never worked, and for two days, we showered with buckets due to no hot water. Noise: Windows were broken and poorly “fixed,” letting in constant street noise. Doors are paper-thin—forget sleeping peacefully. The hotel is old, filthy, and neglected. Facilities are falling apart, and breakfast is low quality. Management refused to address our concerns. On Day 1, we requested to change hotels or receive a refund. The hotel flatly refused, and hotels.com was no help, sending automated responses like “We’re working on it.” At the end, we were told, “Sorry, the hotel won’t let you go.” Positives? The staff—receptionists and cleaners—were friendly and did what they could with the little they had. Bottom line: This is not a 4-star hotel. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. It was a wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice people around. Breakfast buffet was unbelievably awesome. Continental and South Indian breakfast buffet. Everyone must have it with their reservation. Definitely my goto place next time again in Bangalore.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, and the staff were very kind. The lobby appeared to have undergone a renovation and was very nice. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was far less nice. It was in clear need of renovation, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floors and half of the surfaces were fairly dirty - we wiped down the counters and nightstands with wet wipes, most of which were black after wiping. On our second night, I got out of bed in the night to use the bathroom, and stepped on a large cockroach next to the bed. Needless to say, I did not get a very good night's sleep before my long flight home. When I mentioned this at checkout a few hours later, the worker at the front desk said she would ensure the room received a deep cleaning, but didn't seem particularly concerned or surprised about it. I'm not sure if the property is slowly going through renovations, but the condition of the room was very disappointing compared to the photos and other reviews.
