Hotel Praia Mar

The hotel does not match the photos at all. The room was not oceanfront as advertised, and I had to pay extra to be moved to another room. The final cost was far higher than what the place is worth. The bathroom cleanliness was not great. The photos make it seem like the entire building is part of the hotel, but in reality, only the first two floors belong to the hotel — the rest are a private condominium. The listing gives the impression that the whole building is part of the hotel, which is not true. The TVs in the rooms don’t work, and the walls — both in the bathroom and the bedroom — are dirty. The breakfast is not very good, just okay. There is also no place to park the car.

Praia mar is a good hotel. Nothing crazy but it’s in a great location for food, beach, and walking at night. The beachfront avenue has many people walking at night, lots of food and entertsinment

The bathrooms had hair all over shower, floor and bed. Room had stain on the floor that looked like blood.

No primeiro quarto eu encontrei um ESCORPIÃO no banheiro! Além disso, estava com paredes sujas e áreas de mofo, ar condicionado pingando. Solicitei troca de quarto e o único disponível era sem janela, mais limpo e organizado. Café da manhã razoável e funcionários cordiais. Não me hospedaria novamente.
