Amazing resort! So much for everyone to do! Wave pools, lazy river, adults pool, water slide, basketball, pickleball, tennis. top golf, mini golf, regular golf! Awesome place!

GREAT FOR KIDS. Water slides, kids pool, basketball, wave pool, driving range, smores pit, lazy river. There is something for everyone. Food is pricey. At crocs we had 2 quesadillas, one nachos, 2 kids Mac’s and 4 lemonades and it was $140 including tip. Bring graham crackers and chocolate for smores cause your kids will want,& each smores kit is $10 at the deli on site. Self park is $38 per day, valet is $50 so plan on spending a lot. The grounds and facilities are exquisite and well kept. Now the reason I took one star away is because,we got off the elevator and walked the hallway to the rooms and the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in a while, I even saw a medicine pill on the floor. I wasn’t going to touch it cause I didn’t know what it was but, I kicked it into a corner cause a kid could grab it or a pet. I got in the room and wanted to shower and saw HAIR on the wall… gross. So housekeeping is not great on the 7th floor rooms 724&725. The bottom of the shower curtain had that red mold on it. The next morning I slept in and had my do not disturb sign on the door but when I left the room at 11, housekeeping was already gone. I didn’t think much until I got a text message saying they say my do not disturb sign and to text them if I wanted housekeeping. I mean obviously I want housekeeping to clean not just see the sign at 11am and assume I don’t. 2 days have passed and as I checked out the hallway was even dirtier and the medicine pill was still there.

Amazing resort for golf lovers, or families, it has it all!!! LOVE the Eagles Edge, brand new, fabulous and food is really delicious! David’s Club is also great, open late, love that! Great breakfast options - buffet, of the menu at the Italian Trevis, or grab & go at the Broadway Deli, awesome! The bad - This time we stayed at the west wing, there are no ice machines on any floor, but they do give you the ice bucket for teasers I guess. The Valet phone service is a mess! I was getting all kinds of text messages, just not my car, even when they texted it’s ready… Also, the Valet is $50 per night, WOW! I hate to say this, but the Crocs by the pool is disgusting! Sat at the bar with my husband and everything is old, messy and even moldy! Come on, clean it up!!! Lastly, the resort offers wonderful water options with lots of pools, slides, lazy river, wave pool etc all is wonderful, but the landscaping in the water areas seems very neglected and forgotten, perhaps before renovation…

Had a good 4 night stay but wanted to note that property sells pool passes to the general public via a 3rd party platform. The pool was packed with no chairs available. Many of the actual guests seemed seemed to be pretty inconvenienced.

Toilet leaked all over the floor. Kid’s dance party outside until 10 pm which was great during the early evening, but our daughter was so sad having to get to bed and hear the party on the ninth floor until 10 pm. Room was okay, but rundown in general. Water park was fantastic, but service at the pools is horrible. Over an hour to get a burger and drinks when with a cabana.

All Food and Restaurant Staff were excellent. Housekeeping was non-existent... we were sent a text if we wanted to opt out of daily cleaning service, we never opted out, although we never received ANY cleaning service either... no fresh towels, no wash clothes, no bed service, no water... NOTHING We were there from Friday through Monday!

The staff at the front desk is really attentive and extremely nice. I mentioned my birthday and they had a cake waiting for me in my room on my day. The pool area and walking around the hotel is clean. The staff is very friendly in the pool area as well. Checking in and out is easy and simple. The issue I had was the room itself needed to be cleaned and updated. The towels and sheets had holes in them. The pillows had burn stains. The curtain and carpet had stains. The chair and tv stand were damaged. I took pictures just in case since the hotel holds $100 per day for incidentals. My son dropped a toy and I had to go behind the nightstand. I looked under the headboard and there was someone’s dirty cloth mask and thick dust. Hopefully that doesn’t have Covid. The estimated fees you think you pay with Expedia is actually different in person. So just be prepared.

This was the most beautiful, clean, luxurious experience I have had at a resort. Me and my family were very impressed with how beautiful & clean the property was. We loved the amenities it had to offer, the outdoor areas, and water slides. We literally enjoyed the resort so much we had no reason to leave except for exploring the area. We had not one single complaint. The staff were friendly. We will definitely stay again. This place is a gem that we want to keep a secret.

Property was nice overall, it was a busy holiday weekend and i did notice a lot of trash around the pool areas and lazy rivers and plastic floating in the water. Sometimes staff was hard to find for the water slides but overall the property is lovely and great for families. We were disappointed that Zen and another on property dining area were closed so we felt like we had to leave the property to get dinner one of the nights.

Checked in early for some R&R before a work trip. First room was filthy. Poop all over the toilet, trash in trash cans and toilet paper roll spilling onto floor. Front desk agent Amanda was unhelpful, her solution was to send me more toilet paper and a cleaning crew. Service came and then said no cleaning crew would come and I could use my travel wipes to clean the toilet. I did so but it was more than I could handle, especially when more was found all over the bath door. I then went to my suites front desk and the amazing Angel managed to move my room the front desk said they could not do. She went above and beyond sending me champagne and a cheese spread. Which was appreciated. But, while the toilet was clean there was still uncleaned urine all over the floor and walls. They also didn’t do room cleaning despite never opting out.

Our room was far from clean. There was hair in the shower, significant mildew on the sink, walls and shower, trash and a sock under the dresser. The lack of exhaust fan caused the entire room to feel damp after we showered. I don’t think we’d stay here again.

This property was noisy. The adult pool had different groups blasting music. No place to relax. Then Expedia does not list all the extra fees. Would not return

Excellent outdoor facilities. Wave pool and lazy river great fun. Adult pool was a great option. Many restaurants in resort. A great location for Disney, shopping and restaurants. Rooms a bit dated and need a facelift for the price.

This is a nice hotel, very clean and easy to find. Rooms were nice, but had a very "lived in" feel - could definitely use a refresh to update the furniture, carpet, and wallpaper. The food throughout the resort was delicious, but the service was slow at times. The best hidden find is the Broadway Deli. The property is safe and quiet, but removed from any walkable activities that are resort-based. Not many things to do around the hotel within walking distance.

We have been going to the Omni for years. We absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. On this trip, my son turned 13 and they brought him a special desert to our room! Every single staff was truly so helpful, happy and friendly. I really loved the roasted beet and feta salad from the Italian restaurant. I have only two complaints. The first is that the restaurant by the pool has very limited hours and closes fairly early. When we go to the Omni, we spend 90% of our time on the property. We stay by the pool ALL day long. I wish the pool side restaurant had later hours. My biggest complaint has been present on our past 2 visits, June 2024 and July 2025. The mattresses are terribly uncomfortable. It was so bad on this last trip that I literally got less than 5 hours of sleep the first night and woke with shoulder pain each morning. The mattresses are lumpy and hard as a rock. The bed sheets were nice and comfortable though. Sadly, I’m not sure we will return until they’ve changed out some mattresses.

My family and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Omni. We live in Florida and plan a yearly getaway at an Orlando resort that must have a lazy river. The Omni is now our new favorite place. The pool and lazy river were just what we were looking for. It wasn't too crowded. The employees we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast buffet at Trevi's. We had lunch poolside from Crocs. We also picked up breakfast sandwiches and coffee from the Broadway Deli. I appreciated the variety of restaurants to choose from as well as the convenience of not having to leave the resort. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfy and the air condition was cold. We had a balcony and was able to see the Disney fireworks in the distance. Overall, I'd give our stay a 10 out of 10.

For the price I paid...and the name, I expected a lot more. First, there are a lot of extra fees that were hidden in the fine print. Resort fee of $43 a day and parking fee of $38 a day...for uncovered parking....uhhhh okay. Making the cost more than I expected. I didn't even use the resort most of the time I was there. Out of the 7 days, we went to the pool 3 times for a total of 6 hours. The wave pool was broken. One day it was so crowded, there were no chairs to sit and relax, so I left and went to another resort that my friends were staying at (they only had a $10 resort fee and $10 parking...was also considered part of the Omi. Two thumbs down. The beds were NOT comfortable. I didn't sleep all week. Luckily I brought my own pillow. The water in the shower and bathroom SMELLED SO BAD! My daughter got sick from one of the restaurants. The drinks tasted FOU, maybe the ice from the SMELLY water...idk...but I paid $19 for adult beverages that were watered down and tasted disgusting. The service was not good. At check in they didn't tell me to use my key card for parking so I paid for parking twice. Restaurant service was not good either. The service took forever. Dinner one night took 2 hours because the server got a large party and forgot we existed. AND my daughter got sick from the food one day. Room was supposed to be “premier” but was very average at best. Shower and sink water was cool or luke warm in the mornings. Definitely not worth the price they charge.

It took 30 min to check in, very frustrating for a high end hotel. The valet had my car in front for 2 hrs, that’s how busy and understaffed they were. The shuttle to take us to the villa never arrived so I ended up taking my car. The room was nice.

All Food and Restaurant Staff were excellent. Housekeeping was non-existent... we were sent a text if we wanted to opt out of daily cleaning service, we never opted out, although we never received ANY cleaning service either... no fresh towels, no wash clothes, no bed service, no water... NOTHING We were there from Friday through Monday!

For the cost, the staff should be bending over backwards for guests and oozing friendliness. We stopped by the bar outdoors to get drinks and the bar tender came over shouting that no kids were allowed at the bar — mine were standing behind the barstools waiting on the drinks my husband ordered for them. They were not at all seated at the bar. Another staff member yelled “move your food” to a woman who had her takeout bag on the rim of the fire pit. There are polite ways to handle people and I just didn’t see this with several staff. We did dine at Trevi and the food was outstanding. The waitstaff went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. It was. The hotel is gorgeous and the pool area and amenities are great. I just think there are other places just as nice that don’t have the high price point but have polite employees.

Only issue we had was we couldnt find our room..The property is so large and is spread out that if you dont get proper instructions on how to get the building your room is in you wont find it..

Superb hotel, stayed here many times en-route down to Naples, no hesitation in recommending. Far enough out of Orlando and Kissimmee not to be surrounded by tack and expensive tourist attractions and shops but near enough if that is what you want. Very safe and secure with excellent facilities. The lazy river is great fun and the water is always warm.

Hotel was beautiful. Loved the room. Buffalo wings were the best I've had. Not so thrilled with the deli and their service. Their breakfast sandwich was terrible and my daughter couldn't eat it. All staff from Omni were wonderful!!!

Property was nice overall, it was a busy holiday weekend and i did notice a lot of trash around the pool areas and lazy rivers and plastic floating in the water. Sometimes staff was hard to find for the water slides but overall the property is lovely and great for families. We were disappointed that Zen and another on property dining area were closed so we felt like we had to leave the property to get dinner one of the nights.

We stayed at the Omni over 4th of July weekend — a nostalgic trip for me, as I visited often as a child. I was excited to return with my own family, but the experience didn’t quite live up to the memories. Our room was fine overall. I had to request hand soap, and there were stains on the floor, but these didn’t impact our stay. The free drink vouchers were a nice touch. The biggest issue was the pool area, which felt more like a waterpark than a resort. While a holiday weekend brings crowds, the atmosphere felt overwhelming. Requiring wristbands to access the pool — even though you need a room key to get in — felt excessive and impersonal. We wondered: does Omni now sell day passes? What used to feel exclusive and relaxing now felt overcrowded and hectic. The pool chair situation was frustrating. Even arriving early didn’t help, and our chairs were taken while we were swimming! A staff member told us to just take other chairs — even if there were personal belongings on them! — that advice didn’t sit right. We also struggled with dining. Trevis appeared fully booked online and didn’t answer calls. After a failed off-site attempt at dinner due to weather, we returned and were seated right away at Trevis. Food and service were great, but staff began loudly closing up while we were still eating. Makes sense why they didn’t answer our calls. We made the most of our stay, but won’t return for another holiday weekend.

This Omni property never disappoints. Myself and my family have stayed here many times over the years. The property itself is beautiful, staff always nice the helpful. We can not get enough of the lazy river, pools and wave pool. The pool cafe also has very good food (which is not always the case in some resorts). Stay in their villas or hotel, which BTW is pet friendly!! You'll have a great time.

古い感じはするが有数のリゾート。地下の階には大型ホールが複数あり、学会と展示会に参加した。楽しそうなプールもあり、どこを見ても絵のような風景だった。 しかし、利用しない人にもリゾート料金が1泊49ドル+税別かかることはもったいない。 駐車場も38ドル+税別。 朝食は、値段に比べてあんまりだった。 周りの治安は良く、夜10時までのスーパーや24時間の深夜に空いているセブンイレブンやサークルKもあり、とても便利なところ。 良いホテルだが、別途でかかる料金が、多いことを考えると、リピートは考えてしまう。
