During our 2 night stay, hotel lost power one night. no elevators no light no AC. Staff was helpful that night, but its the management who just ignored. power was on for every neighbor and other hotels. It was not area wide outage. Power came back late at night. very inconvenient and frustrating for being in the Hilton. No generator or back up power. we were not compensated for that night in any way. Disappointed performance by Hilton.

Hotel is dated. Clean enough but 1980s era alarm clock on the bedside table went off early morning, Carpets old. Great shower tho. No tub. No shuttle to the metro on the weekends so a long concrete jungle walk. Springfield Mall is closed on Sunday so have to walk all the way around to get to metro. Staff v. pleasant. Breakfast NOT included. Omelette bar nice. Pleanty of dining options across the street if you want to play frogger and cross six lanes.

I’ve been traveling the past couple months, staying at various hotels, and this has to be one of the cleanest I’ve been in for awhile. I only stayed here for a night. Check in was fast, friendly and informative. The room was a nice size and very clean. The only thing I could say that’s negative is the bathroom sink drain gave off a bad odor every time I washed my hands or brushed my teeth.

The hotel is dated and dirty around the edges. The restaurant staff is reluctant at best. I had to ask twice to have the bathroom in the gym cleaned—it was gross. When they did they were very pleasant. Breakfast buffet is just regular fake eggs prettied up with wait staff. Decent for a night or two but no longer.

There is a lot of construction around the hotel. There are only coffee cups provided in the rooms, nothing for pill taking or hygiene. Ice machine on the 11th floor is excruciatingly slow or non-existent. Room cleaning is only provided on request. This has not been an issue, as our stays have been only 1 or 2 nights.

The beds were comfortable. But the wooden console that housed the bathroom sink was quite chipped and looked to be 25 years old. No plastic drinking glasses were provided. The toilet barely flushed. We were only staying 2 nights and were busy with family obligations, and were dismayed when we returned to our room before dinner to find that no staff member had been in the room to provide new towels or to have made the beds. We''ve stayed at several other nearby hotels, and they all offered a complimentary breakfast buffet, except this Hilton. Also, contrary to what was mentioned on the website, the pool was not available, for some reason. Would not stay there again.

The property was old and the bathrooms in the rooms need to be updated. Paint was peeling off the bottom of the door and the toilets are very low to the ground.

Our room was clean but very old, the carpet was in rough shape and the bathroom was very small. No fan in the bathroom to combat steam from the shower. The bed pillows were very flat but the mattress was comfortable.

Staff is nice and hotel is clean. The rooms are dated. No plug in for phone on bedside table. I had to pull the bed out and unplug the lamp. carpet old. Elevator hinky. We stay here because its closest to my sisters house. It fine but weird location. Right across from the mall but you'd be taking your life into your hands to try to walk there. Walk to the subway is LONG. They always tell us that breakfast is included and then charge us for the breakfast. Annoying. Breakfast is good tho.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have anywhere to hang my towel, washrag, shower cap, etc. I didn’t like the location of my room. I was right by the service elevator, stairwell, etc. Also, at the restaurant, we could either charge our room for the meal or pay directly. I opted to pay with my credit card, since my room was prepaid. The server who took my bill and card was not the same one who processed the payment. I waited for a little and went to find the server because it was taking long. She told me that someone else processed it and he’d be back. Then, another customer approached her and shared that the other server returned this credit card to them. It was my credit card but not my bill. The server charged my card for someone else’s meal. Overall, the stay and service was good but there were little things that prevented me from giving it 5 stars.

The staff during check in was very nonchalant when I asked for towels, and the digital key only worked for the elevator. The staff at 8pm est was notified during check in on 11/15/24 but was slow to respond. After 18 mins of waiting for the key, I was forced to go back downstairs to the front desk. Also housekeeping refused to clean when asked a few times. Definitely a waste of time and money.

I have stayed here over a dozen times I never had any issues with the check in staff ever until yesterday around 2:30. The young man who was working had an attitude and a tone I literally just shut down and didn’t say anything because you never know how someone day is going. But I too was tired from working 12hr shift and wanted to lay down I could not even tho I called and I was told a room was available but guess I missed it. Anyways his tone threw me off and but I was happy he was gone when I came back.

Everything was great exept we had an issue with the save. Maintenence responded timely and attempted to fix the issue. He thought he did but we did not have time to wait for another call to we were unable to use it.

Hotel needs to be updated but it was a good place for a quick stay. There were kids hanging out in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. The mall is across the street but it's not close to any convenience stores

Hotel is dated. Clean enough but 1980s era alarm clock on the bedside table went off early morning, Carpets old. Great shower tho. No tub. Staff is nice and hotel is clean. The rooms are dated. No plug in for phone on bedside table. I had to pull the bed out and unplug the lamp. carpet old. Elevator hinky. We stay here because its closest to my sisters house. It fine but weird location. Right across from the mall but you'd be taking your life into your hands to try to walk there. Walk to the subway is LONG. They always tell us that breakfast is included and then charge us for the breakfast. Annoying. Breakfast is good tho.

Hotel was typical, check-in/out was fast and simple, not sure how much time was spent cleaning our room as we found items on the floor, breakfast is not included and was $14/person for a typical hotel breakfast buffet.

I found this location while driving from Florida to my home in New Hampshire. I would be happy to stay there again. I arrived fairly late and was able to enjoy a great meal in the bar

We had a 2 hour delay on check-in. Breakfast was comped- but that was old and cold. Staff was very lovely and kind- and our room was small-but neat and clean.
