Room was clean, but I did have a washcloth with mascara stains on it. Could hear other toilets flush and footsteps overhead. Walls are thin so that in the middle of the night when it’s quiet you can hear people in the room above talking and laughing loudly. And then hear them doing “other things “ loudly.

This hotel is not in a nice area and is surrounded by a fence that you have to have front desk unlock to even check in. I requested a low floor when booking due to knee issues and not using elevator due to claustrophobia. 11 hrs before I was to arrive and after being charged with no cancellation available I received a message stating they did not have first floor rooms. So I asked for a lower floor. I was given the top floor, 4th. Then I said where are the stairs only to find that the stairs are locked due to homeless population trying to get in. ( Per front desk staff) So the lady ended up walking us around the outside of the building to the stairs which took a key to unlock, up to the 4th floor at 2am as our flight had been delayed. Then when we got inside the room our air conditioning system did not work. Too tired to try and get it fixed at 2am wouldn’t even come on and was plugged in. The bathroom door was also very difficult to close. Seemed like it was swollen and drug across the floor. Would not recommend this property. Also about 20 minutes from cruise port 91. Can’t speak to breakfast as we just got up and left. I am sure there are many nicer hotels closer and willing to accommodate their guests for the $$$ spent. This is not one of them in my opinion.
